Statistics reveal that four (4) out of every 10,000 people are autistic or considered autistic, and that in the United States, some 100,000+ individuals are autistic.
Personally, it's interesting to note that with the influx of certain Light beings (i.e. Indigos, Star Childs, Crystal Children, Rainbow Children, Sirians, Komasans, etc.) that are incarnating on the planet and have been doing so in major numbers especially in the last 30 years, the medical world has introduced to us new diseases and disorders - neurological disorders, that has created whole new classifications for us to deal with: the "mentally" and/or "neurologically" challenged.
 The disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism, ADD (attention deficit disorder), Bi-polar Disorder, ADHD (attention-deficit-hyperactivity disorder), ODD (oppositional-defiance disorder), PDD (pervasive developmental disorder), SID (sensory-integration dysfunction), etc.
Unfortunately, because most people can't deal with consciousness and/or the paranormal realm of existence due to their successful programming within the Matrix, i.e. school, religion, society, etc., many children are written off simply as victims of some neurological impairment, disease, or disorder, and prescribed harmful prescription medication (for numbing purposes); however, from my personal research it simply isn't a case of these children being sick and/or diseased; well, at least in the majority of cases.
Again, from my personal research, experience, and from the information that has come to me directly regarding these children described with the so-called neurological disorders supra, the majority of them are certain souls that have incarnated into bodies that allows them to experience karmic lessons (and not necessarily "bad" karmic lessons).
Many of these children are born to parents or a parent that was heavily involved with the use of hard drugs (man-made chemicals, legal and illegal).
The crack cocaine and cocaine epidemic and explosion of the 1980s really opened up the door for a lot of souls to incarnate for certain experience(s).
Every soul needs a vehicle and we choose vehicles that best suit or experiences. If in a past life we used our minds to do harm (to self and others), well, to experience what we dished out, we may choose a vehicle that allows us to physically experience the certain activity or activities, thus we may incarnate into a vessel that is replete with an impaired physical brain and of course, since everything is classified here on earth, especially in Western nations, our vessels are classified and if the brain is physically impaired and certain traits result from the impairment, we are classified accordingly.
And even if we did not dish a thing out, we can still choose certain vessels to incarnate into to learn certain experiences (life lessons) that we desire to learn as we feel it will serve us on this 'soul-journ' (soul journey).
People who do drugs are serving a purpose despite how "bad" the activity may look or said to be here in the mundane world. In the higher, spiritual realm of existence, there is no "good" or "bad", only experience.
People who do drugs are fulfilling orders from the Other Side. They are physically creating bodies whereby souls can incarnate into and get certain experiences in their next incarnation.
The same is equally true of people who live fastidious and righteous, are deeply spiritual and conscious; who only eat vegan and raw foods, and who are greatly mentally and emotionally developed. These individuals are also creating physical bodies whereby souls (considered "light souls") can incarnate and experience certain life lessons. There is a science of gene coupling that is regulated by certain harmonious cosmic laws that take compatibility into account, i.e. astrological compatibility, biological and genetic compatibility; mental, emotional, and psychological compatibility; and vibrational compatibility among other things.
In addition to the above, consider the following:
"If people only realized the chances taken with promiscuous sex (beyond the chance of physical disease), far more caution and consideration would be given to the selection of sexual partners. Blind lust, careless sexual gratification, sex and drugs, sex and alcohol are dangers to the soul. They can lead to entrapment by the dark side which can take many lifetimes to wrench free of and to be healed. This is why sexual acts are routinely used in cult rituals. The line between healthy sex and unhealthy sex is clearly drawn. Where there is integrity, a sense of responsibility, and an honoring of the partner, the intent is appropriate. Where there is love between the partners, there is a balance of the thought and emotional energies. The balance of these two energies act as a safeguard." - Milli D. Austin, author, The Healing Bath, p. 52.
When two drug addicts get together and have sex and conceive, they have created a physical vessel that a certain soul finds ideal to incarnate into to get a precise experience while in that body or shell. Now this doesn't mean the soul will automatically be a light being or that the soul will be one that is physically classified with having a neurological disorder predicated upon spiritual reasons that are misdiagnosed by the medical profession. The reasons vary from child to child, as all karma is different according to the various souls.
And of course all parents of so-called neurologically challenged children don't do drugs. It may only be one parent who did hard drugs; or, both parents may not have done hard drugs, but whose bodies are laced with serious heavy metal toxicity, perhaps from vaccinations. The factors greatly vary.
I started off this article in rare form, giving the metaphysical causation for autism; however, on the physical scale the greatest causative factor of autism in children is from vaccines from vaccination shots or inoculation. I have been warning people for many years now that vaccines are harmful and in some cases, deadly! Pharmaceutical companies and other corporations are disposing of waste products in the form of vaccines that are inoculated or injected into the bloodstream of ignorant and unsuspecting people.
 In the Black community, many children were conceived out of the crack cocaine epidemic that strategically attacked the Black community (due to government planning involving the C.I.A. which was exposed by murdered or assassinated San Jose Mercury News journalist, Gary Webb, violently murdered a few years ago in Sacramento, California for a new book he was planning to release implicating more C.I.A. dirt which the agency couldn't tolerate, so they murdered Webb and made the murder look like a suicide, something this agency specializes in ).
Clearly, the majority of these children were not light beings, but who were souls that chose to incarnate for experiences that involved lives of crime or excess criminal activity that led to numerous years of incarceration. Many of these souls incarnated to experience life as violent gang-bangers, prostitutes, thieves/robbers, and other malefactors.
These select souls were attracted to the dark red aura and the high energy (from negative living, criminal and debased activity) around and in every major inner city of America, from Los Angeles, Oakland and Richmond, California; New York City, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; Houston, Atlanta, Miami, etc.
A few of these souls that incarnated into black skin or flesh were and are in fact light beings, but whose parent or parents unfortunately are of the Matrix and thus religiously affiliated (perhaps Christian) and thus gravely ignorant and frightened of the paranormal, consciousness, metaphysics, etc., writing these areas off as "dark", "evil", or "anti-Jesus", but who are in fact so at a lost and miserably confused about what to do with their children because modern or conventional wisdom has no answer for these children, except to numb them down via medication.
Some of these children's parents may not have done hard drugs, but are damaged on the bio-genetic level predicated upon poor gene coupling science (in addition to insalubrious diet and lifestyle) as many in the Black community do not come together under the right governing laws and principles or circumstances that govern "proper conception."
And the foregoing is true of many Americans in general (not simply isolating Black Americans - not my purpose at all), including Whites, Hispanics, Asians, and others. My words supra are true of most races or nationalities in the United States; however, Blacks' or African-Americans' figures and statistics are simply disproportionate.
A lot of mentally, psychologically, and emotionally challenged and damaged individuals (of all races and nationalities) are coming together and having sex and procreating, creating impaired/damaged vessels which offer an invite to certain souls, including dark souls, to incarnate. These souls incarnate and wreck havoc (usually on society). Just as there are light souls, they are also dark souls and it has nothing to do with race, or black and white. If the vessel is there or available, the soul will take it. Period!
I find it so ironic that after the 1980s drug boom (incidentally which occurred during the Reagan Administration's "Just Say No to Drugs" presidency), the prison industrial complex hit a major boom and numerous prisons were built all over the U.S. which also coincided (if you will), with a plethora of new criminal statutes and stiffer penalties. Mundanely and metaphysically, all of this was by design and served a purpose.
Clearly, drugs play a role in the higher/spiritual scheme of things, especially here in the U.S. where more than 50% of all drugs on the planet are consumed, despite the U.S. being only 5% of the world's population, which should really tell you something about the spiritual void and dis-ease of Americans (U.S. citizens)
Clearly I started off this article dealing with drugs and I did so for a reason. Drugs are heavily involved in causation of autism. Not just illegal, street drugs - but all drugs: drugs in the vaccine serums, the food supply, water supply, and the prescription medications. These things supra cause birth defects and autism is strongly associated with agents that cause birth defects.
DRUGS! DRUGS! DRUGS! But also, a strong GENETIC basis!
Also, drugs do adversely effect or impair the genes and drugs are responsible for birth defects.
Okay, now let's break matters down a little more closer to home for more in-depth understanding of autism.
So what is autism, medically speaking?
Autism is medically defined as: "A mental disorder characterized by extreme withdrawal and an abnormal absorption in fantasy, accompanied by delusion, hallucination, and an inability to communicate verbally or to otherwise relate to people. Schizophrenic children are often autistic. See also infantile autism." Mosby's Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, p. 112
Autism is a term coined by Hans Asperger in the year 1938. The term was created back in the late 1930s, but the number of people diagnosed as autistic rose dramatically in the 1980s and 1990s.
Lise Bourbeau states the following in regards to "autistic" children's physical block: "Autistic children appear to live in their own world. They have poor communication skills, exhibit bizarre reactions to people and objects in their environment, and show an aversion to cuddling, even an abhorrence of physical contact. They retreat emotionally, often becoming mute and refusing food. There is sometimes an absence of the use of "I" in sentences and difficulty making eye contact."
Lise Bourbeau states the following in regards to "autistic" children's emotional block:
"Research shows that the cause of autism begins before the age of 8 months. I feel the autistic child has a very strong karmic connection, mostly with their mother. On a soul level, these children have chosen autism to escape their reality. It is probable that their relationship with their mother in a past life was painful and difficult and they are reacting in this lifetime with a vengeful attitude, refusing food and affection from the mother and also refusing this incarnation."
Lise Bourbeau states the following in regards to "autistic" children's mental block:
"The autistic child must be helped to accept his or her incarnation. They possess all the skills to succeed and grow in this lifetime or would not have chosen to be here. Many autistic children display profound gifts and extraordinary talent. They are deeply sensitive souls that need extra nurturing to convince them they are equipped to embrace their lives. It is important that the parents of an autistic child not blame themselves, but accept that the child has chosen autism as a life experience. Only he can decide to pull through. Does he want to continue running away from life or does he want to take advantage of the life he has."
Healing Autism
Can you really heal something that is based upon choice? How can you heal something considered a disorder here on Earth but was a choice for incarnation? It's like saying you can heal a woman from being a woman. Women choose to incarnate as women. Likewise, autistic persons chose to incarnate as autistic. Autism is not a disease or disorder! It is a condition. Therefore, you don't want to make the mistake of thinking you can heal something that does not need or require healing. Yes, you may deem there is something wrong with the autistic person or child, but remember, they came (was born) that way. It is only your perception that something is wrong with the autistic person or child. In our society, anything different or not normal is considered a sickness or pathology, which is not necessarily the case.
Some children born autistic go on to live independent lives and a few become successful.
Pertaining to an autistic child, do what you can to make their lives comfortable as possible. Autistic persons still need and require love, care, attention, and compassion. They should be fed healthy and nutritious food, mostly vegan (no animal products and/or byproducts) and raw foods. A chemical-free diet is best!
Their water should be alkaline and/or spring water.
They should perform the "Children's Detox" at least twice a year.
As a daily regimen (for children), I would recommend they consume "Magical Alchemical Elixir", "(6) Sixth Chakra Elixer", "Brain Tuner Tea" (daytime), and "Nerves Tea" (evenings).
Adults should consume "Magical Alchemical Elixir", "Brain Tuner" (capsules and tea), "Nerves Formula (capsules and tea), and "(6) Sixth Chakra Elixer" in addition to detoxing (Full Body Detox) at least twice a year.
You may also want to look into essential oils and Bach flower essences as well for an autistic person.
You can program crystals and place them under the autistic child's pillow at night. Hematite (iron) is great for grounding persons. Hematite is easily found at most crystal and gemstone stores.
Give them sacred geometry cards to look at, as well as other divination cards, i.e. "Angels Cards" to look at and handle.
Autistic individuals' activities should be more into the metaphysical and paranormal side of things - crystals and gemstones; singing bowls, chimes, artwork (painting), etc. They also like to stack or line up things, i.e. blocks - which seem to be a common trait of autistic individuals.
These children do well with dolphin therapy. Dolphins, along with whales, are the most intelligent creatures on our Earth and dolphins can easily communicate with autistic persons. It's really an amazing phenomenon!
I do not suggest or recommend giving an autistic person pharmaceutical drugs (medical prescriptions). These are entirely dangerous and will not help the person. Not at all! In our society (Matrix), we seem to think that drugs are the answer for everything. Well, they're not! Drugs are just a way for the pharmaceutical industry to make easy money while harming people under the guise of helping or treating them.
Answers to human problems are found in Nature and the Universe, not in a bottle. Our society must begin to reject drugs and return to Nature's plants, which are for the healing of the nations (Rev. 22:2) and that are divinely caused to grow for the service of man (Psalm 104:14).
