Do The Thing You Fear!

That's right! I'm telling you to do the very thing you fear and the fear will go away!

Once you walk in the direction of your fear and acquaint yourself with your fear or fears, they begin to dissolve and instantly. All illusions dissolve or wear off and that's what fear is - an illusion.

Fear is an illusion, and one that can paralyze you in your steps if you let it. Fear is an illusion but may appear real when you are looking at what you fear from a distance. Fear is only real when you make up your mind to believe that what you fear is real.

When you start challenging your fear(s) by dealing with them, you acquaint yourself with the very thing or situation you're fearing and thus begin to gain knowledge, and fear and knowledge (true knowledge) cannot coexist because knowledge can be applied and when knowledge is applied you will get experience and when you experience the thing or situation you're fearing, the knowledge of what you're fearing and the knowledge of how to solve what you're fearing manifests.

When we face our fears we can gain much needed answers that can propel us into taking the necessary steps we need to take for our spiritual evolutionary growth here in the Matrix.

It is very human to be afraid or fearful at times, but fear should never last long. Fear should never overtake us. It's not so much about being afraid or fearing, but being stuck there. That's the problem! Not fear itself, but being paralyzed by fear!

When you get stuck in your fear or what you're afraid of, this is a serious problem simply because fear will stifle you, it will paralyze you, and you need to be active when fear is present because you must walk in the direction of your fear because action shows us that we are alive. We are only dead when we don't act, when we don't move (when we need to).

Now let's look at some basic definitions of this thing called fear for more understanding of this thing that we've all experienced and dealt with at some point in our lives and for some of us, may be experiencing at this present moment.

fear |fi(ə)r|noun. An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat : drivers are threatening to quit their jobs in fear after a cabby's murder | fear of increasing unemployment | he is prey to irrational fears. • ( fear for) a feeling of anxiety concerning the outcome of something or the safety and well-being of someone : police launched a search for the family amid fears for their safety. • the likelihood of something unwelcome happening : she could observe the other guests without too much fear of attracting attention.

Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by a certain belief. Clearly, fear is the result of belief or beliefs and belief or beliefs are nothing but thoughts tightly held to or embraced.

Belief or beliefs can also be said to be opinions and all opinions are formed in the mind, therefore, fear too is formed in the mind but the mind can be tamed (controlled, regulated) and thus so can fear. Just as opinions can change and no longer be embraced, likewise with fear. It too can no longer be embraced if the choice is made.

Fear is like a seed or nut that can be cracked open, manifesting many sought after answers to life's many puzzling questions.

I used to fear government when I was ignorant of government, especially the police powers of government. But as I learned to study law (including Universal law) on my own, my fear of government and the process and function of government dwindled and eventually disappeared.

My problem was answered and it was answered via my acquisition of knowledge. In every problem lies the answer to solve the problem. What a wonderful gift when we understand this simple truth. Basically, we are given problems throughout life so as to be given answers throughout life. Receiving and applying (or living) the answers we seek helps us to grow and evolve mentally, emotionally, spiritually and on so many other planes and levels.

We actually scripted our lives (but forgot this upon incarnating into flesh bodies) and thus have purposefully chosen all of our experiences in advance. We really are living out scripts we wrote for our own lives. Everything is chosen too, from our parents, siblings, friends, loves and mates, antagonists, lessons, challenges, and experiences.

From this wise perspective supra, fear is an ally and not an enemy. If we see problems and challenges as things that help us, problems and challenges are beneficial. Likewise with fear, if we see fear as something helping us, fear is beneficial.

Now on the other hand, if we see fear as something bad, dreadful, or negative, then we shape our perspective of fear and will only reap negative from fear pursuant to the Law of Attraction. Undoubtedly, you will attract what you fear. All energy is cyclical so if you send out fear via thoughts, those thoughts will manifest at the point they return to you in full circle. Thoughts go out to take on physical form. Thoughts may go out or leave your mind in thought-form, but will return to you in physical form. For the invisible, there is the visible and for the mental, there is the physical. Everything has its opposite (or polarity), including thought. Never forget this! Fear is attracted when you put too much focus on what you fear, for after all, thought goes where energy flows.

The more you focus or concentrate on what you fear, the more energy (momentum) you give the thing you fear. With each thought you give to what you fear, it is like making a deposit into a "Fear" account and the interest paid on this "Fear" account compounds and when you need to make a withdrawal to convince yourself that your fear is real and you are powerless against that which you fear (and perhaps may feel a need to be punished), you have more than enough in your account to make what you fear physically manifest and to your own detriment.

The thing you fear will always come upon you if you get stuck or trapped in your fear pursuant to repetitious thought.

There is only one thing that causes fear to dissolve and that is doing the thing you fear; in other words, walking in the direction of your fear to face it head on. And let me tell you, it's easy (or easier) to do the thing you fear when you have knowledge and faith in a higher power (be it God, the Universe, or the Higher Self).

When you know and believe you are truly protected (by a Higher Power or Force) from all harm in this world of man, it's not so unpleasant facing fear. It's really not!

Facing and overcoming fear actually gets or put you more in tune and alignment with this Higher Power you believe and trust in.

Overcoming fear as well as other challenges in life causes your faith (in God, Universe, Higher Self, etc.) to blossom and strengthen. After all, God or Higher Power never brings you to a thing to not help you go through a thing.

Whatever we go through in life, God, Higher Power, or Universe (or whatever else we may choose to call it) is always there with and for us, so really, what's to fear?

The stronger the faith and trust in what we believe (e.g. Higher Power), the less powerful and less lived the fear (or problem or challenge) will be.

You never have to fear the outcome of anything if you shape the outcome in advance pursuant to working your mental science and magic. It is said that the best way to predict the future is to create it. Well, I say the same thing pertaining to outcomes. The best way to predict an outcome is to shape it or create it (in your mind).

Be like the Rulers of the Matrix and the international banksters who shape the outcome of wars even before the wars are even fought. If they can do it, why can't you and I, especially pertaining to our individual lives?

If they can do it with wars and other nefarious and sinister things e.g. bank panics, recessions, etc., why can't we do it with our lives and the circumstances that shape our lives? Why can't we do it for righteous, positive, and beneficial things? Our minds belong to us, don't they?

We can shape (create) conducive outcomes by use of repetitious messages (of our desired outcome) played in our minds repetitiously so as to effectuate mental programming that is so strong that we attract the external outcome in the mundane world. Remember, what goes out as thought-form eventually returns to us as physical form.

The Law of Attraction can and should be used for more than just attracting material goods and wealth.

So wisely take my advice and do the thing you fear. In the end, you'll be glad you did. You can trust me on this and take this advice to the bank and cash it in.
