 You do not diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease with food or herbaceuticals. You merely FEED (nourish) the body with the food or herbaceuticals it requires and this allows the body to grow, repair, and maintain itself.
When you use any substance, natural or unnatural, with or for the "intention" to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease, that substance in the eyes of government (FDA) and secondary law (statute, Act, code, or ordinance) magically becomes (1) an "article" and (2) "drug." Don't think so? Consider the following:
The term "drug" means (B) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals. 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B), California Health and Safety Code § 11014
The elements of the statute(s) that leads to control are the terms: "articles", "intended", "use" "diagnosis", "cure", "mitigation", "treatment" "prevention", and "disease."
To be convicted of manufacturing or selling drugs without government approval (though your products are herbal or natural but called a drug by government), would require the prosecutor (U.S. Justice Department) to prove EVERY element of the charge (violation of 21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)(B)), i.e. (1) that your creation/formula/compound is an article (basically a 'product'), and (2) that your intention was to use your creation to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent, or treat disease. Now in every criminal action, intention MUST be proven. This is Black letter law. This is why the people must always clarify their intention in any thing they do, especially where government is concerned.
So if your intention was to use herbs or any other natural substance to provide nutrition or to heal, how could anyone (including government) prove otherwise? The law is clear in that "no person can make a legal determination for another." Natural healers must state their intentions via jurat or affidavit and give public notice.
Now because we are dealing with law which still governs this land, even though the nation is technically under International Maritime-Admiralty statutory law, we must remember that in law, the United States Supreme Court ruled that "...statutes cannot be enlarged to embrace matters not specifically pointed out," Gould vs. Gould, 245 U.S. 151, and as such, the words (actually 'terms') in 21 U.S.C and your state's health code to define "drug" cannot overreach and apply to words (terms) or matters not specifically pointed out in the statute or provision.
Terms are called 'terms' for a reason because they limit or restrain, just like how the President of the U.S. is limited by terms (he can only serve 2 terms in office as Puppet, oops, I mean 'President'). Terms means to limit (in meaning) pertaining to language and law has a language (all of its own) and the language of health is also language nonetheless - the language of law too! What do you think 21 U.S.C. (or "Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) is? LAW! So we are dealing with the language of the law, something most Americans or U.S. citizens do not understand which has led to their collective enslavement masterfully carried out under law by the 3 branches of government: Legislative (makers of the law), Judicial (interpreters of the law), and Executive (executors or enforcers of the law).
 When you erroneously focus on disease instead of focusing on health, healing, and optimal wellbeing, you voluntarily place yourself under the jurisdiction (authority and control) of federal and state government via statutory law (21 U.S.C. and Health and Safety Code). This is the mistake of the alternative health industry and field (in my opinion) which allows most alternative health companies and practitioners to be regulated by the FDA and Department of Health and Human Services. Many (practitioners and laypersons alike) become regulated by government via word play (word manipulation) predicated upon ignorance despite proficient knowledge in their particular field.
Disease or the term "disease" is the registered, trademarked, and patented property of government (federal government and its franchise, the State) for control purposes. You are regulated only under "disease", not "health", "healing", and "wellbeing" which are divine rights. So the key to freedom on all levels is to focus only on HEALTH, HEALING, and WELLBEING (physical, emotional, mental, etc.); and remember, "where thought goes, energy flows."
Remove the word "disease" from your vocabulary and you get nothing but ease which leads to optimal health and wellbeing. The masses have been tricked to focus on disease, and not health, healing, and wellbeing, so as to be controlled and actually owned by government. In the U.S., the people are controlled by words which is why ignorance is promoted in American society and the school children are being purposely dumb-downed which is why the United States ranks at the bottom on a list of Western industrial nations pertaining to education and literacy. This is no accident as there are no accidents in the Universe. Nor is it an accident that most people in the U.S. speak, read, and comprehend on a 2nd grade level. People who speak, read, and comprehend on a 2nd grade level clearly are not critical thinkers.
The codes (secrets) are all written in the language of the law. In fact, they place the laws in books called 'codes' or 'code books' i.e. Penal Code, Vehicle Code, Family Code, Civil Code, Internal Revenue Code, and United States Code. If you can't understand the laws or the language of the law, you can't break the code. Period!
You and your children are being dumb-downed on purpose!
