A Lil Sumthin' Sumthin' In Regards To Poverty Consciousness In Hopes of Stimulating Higher Thought!!!
INQUIRER: Would you develop an affordable approach that takes you thru all the stages of pregnancy?
DJEHUTY: I'm presently working on an e-book that will be released this month entitled "The Complete Home and Natural Birth Manual" that is loaded with insightful and invaluable information and personal knowledge on the subject of pregnancy. It covers all stages from post-conception to birth and even post-natal.
INQUIRER: Consider the cost of all the recommended pre-natal herbs: the prenatal formula, iodine phosphate, vita c and the green cell formula. This is about $100 per month alone!
DJEHUTY: Yes it is (c. $100), but do you know how much it costs to manufacture these products? With these Dherbs.com products you are getting the BEST! Show me a better Vitamin C formula on the market! Trust me, it doesn't exist. I'm a researcher and a manufacture so I know what's best and what's available. I'm telling you ma'am, I'm selling people the BEST and for less! This is part of my success. I don't have Dr. Sebi-like prices, beloved. In fact, I partially started selling herbs (and affordably so) in response to discovering the astronomical prices of people like Dr. Sebi and others who were charging astronomical prices for herbal products and this didn't sit well with me so I did something about it.
FYI: I'm working on my Pre-natal package right now and it should be out in early 2010; but more importantly I'm writing a NEW e-book entitled "How African-Americans Can Over Poverty Consciousness and Financial Mismanagement" which is more important than the pre-natal package. I want people like yourself to not ask me or other Blacks for a discounted or lower price, but HOW people like yourself and others can develop a WEALTH consciousness and naturally attract more money to purchase whatever you need REGARDLESS of price. I'm an herbalist and yet attract hundreds of thousands of dollars (monthly). I never asked for a lower price or discount (while financially and spiritually conscious) which is so pathetically typical of Black people (the masses of them).
I simply developed my mind (mental science) and learned how to attract what I needed. I make no excuses knowing that there is Universal abundance. The more money I need the more I attract due to working my magic (service, creativity). I don't beg or ask for discounts, especially from Black entrepreneurs (White entrepreneurs will always have the advantage over Black entrepreneurs because Black people will harm the Black entrepreneur by not wanting to pay full price).
My wife is pregnant at present and her midwife services alone are $2,000.00. (including prenatal check-ups). Her herbal pre-natal is about $125 per month. I won't even mention what we're paying for prenatal massage, chiropractic services, and other amenities to facilitate a healthy pregnancy.
My grocery bill per month is c. $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 because I and my family are conscious eaters (vegan/raw foodist) and we shop at the best health food stores in the area. I'm just a little herbalist, ma'am, but I make no excuses for what my family and I personally need, require, and desire. The Universe is ever abundant and freely giving, so I don't trip on anything (esp. money) because there's plenty of it and I know how to attract it.
How can a little herbalist make more money than people who make six digits working corporate jobs? Beloved, I simply trust more in the Universe than man and his corporate sector because there is more financial freedom, stability, and security in serving the Universe (from doing what one loves and/or following one's heart) than working in corporate America. Of course the average person would never know this unless they too decided to follow their heart and trust in the Universe (or God) to provide for them.
INQUIRER: "This means that some of the great services and herbal formulas are off limits to those who have not saved up thousands of dollars specifically for the birth of a child!"
DJEHUTY: Now whose fault is this? Whose fault is it that certain people didn't save up for a child they created via the sex act? Beloved, poor planning on someone else's part does not (and will never) necessitate an emergency on my part. Never! That's why I'm writing the e-book because too many Black people (even those who are would-be conscious) in particular and Americans (of all races) in general don't have goals (esp. financial goals) and more importantly, don't plan and like is said: "He who fails to plan, has planned to fail." Period!
Beloved, I'm more off into helping people to attract more money than making things (products, services) affordable, which is not a priority when it comes to helping people make more money so as to afford what they desire and need. Good, organic, and beneficial products e.g. organic food, herbs, clothing, household supplies, etc. cost more and understandably so.
People (Black business folk) like myself don't need to go down (price-wise), especially when our prices (of our products and services) have already been made to be as low as they possibly can without harming ourselves business-wise in order to help people.
Part of the goal of a successful businessman or woman (regardless of their race) is to not harm self while helping others. Many Black entrepreneurs go out of business simply because they harmed themselves too much at the expense of trying to help people (their people) and you just shouldn't do more for a people who are not willing to do more for themselves.
These kinds of Black entrepreneurs give themselves their own deathblow by trying to save themselves (their businesses) by raising their prices and you NEVER raise your prices in an attempt to save yourself (your business). You ALWAYS lower your prices and work more for less money for a while until the dynamic changes and you realize that by working more (and even perhaps harder) you've made more money, way more than you could have ever made by raising your prices.
During hard times, e.g. recessions, don't raise your prices, lower your prices. You will make more money selling to a lot of people for less than selling to a few people for a lot.
Poverty conscious individuals are not going to pay more when they can pay less, regardless of what is purchased. This is a fact of life, Beloved. Why do you think fast food restaurants in Black and other so-called minority communities make a fortune from selling cheap unhealthy food? Even if you were to open up health food stores on every other block in Black and other so-called minority neighborhoods the people of these communities would not patronize them because of the price(s) associated with good and healthy eating.
People who operate on poverty consciousness do not eat healthy as a rule of thumb. These people let their finances dictate what they and their children will eat and thus let their external-influenced finances and financial circumstances dictate what their health will be, for what you eat will determine your health over time. Because so many "poor" people eat unhealthy, they have the poorest health on average.
In the past, vegetables and fruits used to be cheaper than meat, eggs, and dairy products (because rich people were the only people eating meat, eggs, and dairy products daily) but today meat, eggs, and dairy products are cheaper than 'organic' fruits and vegetables and many poor minded people always complain to me about this, stating they would eat more healthy if the prices were cheaper and/or if they made more money.
However, the problem with these people is that they continue to complain about what they perceive themselves and believe themselves to not be able to afford and never set a personal goal (to attract more money to live and eat healthy) and never 'see' (or imagine) themselves as affording what they want and desire.
People like myself don't need to come down in prices, Beloved; instead people (who think like yourself) need to COME UP in consciousness pertaining to wealth, abundance, prosperity, and affluence so you can afford all they you need, require, and desire. "The Universe is ever abundant! It gives freely to all who ask of it and who understand its laws (e.g. Universal Law) and how they operate."
INQUIRER: Where is the wholeness in that?
DJEHUTY: There is no wholeness in people who are not whole pertaining to understanding how life operates and how Universal law operates. Whole means 'complete' and if you're begging or requesting a discount or lower price you are not complete in your consciousness (as you lack wealth abundance, prosperity, and affluence consciousness). You'd suffer from poor (financial) circulation and poor circulation in any area (not just bodily) manifests in many im-balances (dis-eases).
These people whom you speak on behalf of know how to purchase what they want, even if the purchases are no good for them. This is typical of the average Black person in the U.S. I hate to say it but it is true that pertaining to Black people (African-Americans) on average, "we buy what we want, and beg for what we need."
INQUIRER: "This is what I really wonder about those who promote wholistic lifestyle-is this approach truly accessible to people who need it most?"
DJEHUTY: Of course it is! It's accessible to ANYBODY who really wants or desires it and who knows they are WORTHY of it. Many people in general and Black people in particular may desire or want a wholistic lifestyle but they don't FEEL worthy of it and thus never attract the means to acquire and maintain a wholistic lifestyle.
However, I did, and even at a point when I made no where near the amount of money I make at present (I was living a wholistic lifestyle while only making $24,000 a year (make that $17,000.00-$18,000 after the I.R.S. raped me with income taxes)). But I always felt worthy of eating and living better. I KNEW and FELT it was my birthright! And so thus, I attracted the wholistic lifestyle and even when according to my monthly paycheck I couldn't afford it.
It's expensive (to live and eat healthy) but there is nothing wrong with expensive things when you can afford them. I have realized in life that only poor people complain of things they can't afford an they are too stuck in their 'poorness' to even think about changing their circumstances to one of 'richness' and 'abundance.'
INQUIRER: " Are we really putting our best work forward to devise ways to help folks learn all that is necessary to treat themselves and use the herbs readily available to them?"
DJEHUTY: I can't speak for others but MY work clearly shows you that I am putting forth my BEST work at present and have already devised ways to help folks learn all that is necessary to treat themselves and use herbs readily available to them. The prices of my services (phone consultations, natal chart, numerology chart, etc.) and products speak for themselves.
But more importantly my actions in the form of writing e-books that deal with money, wealth, prosperity, and abundance consciousness speaks large volumes (at least in my personal opinion), for if you can show people how to attract more money and how to become financially solvent, sovereign, and free you have done a helluva work because the one thing we all can use more of to better our lives and the lives of our family members is: more money!
No matter who we are and what we do, we can always use more money. With MORE money, you can help MORE people! This is why Afrikanistic minded people struggle in spreading their message and trying to help others of their race - they lack the financial wherewithal to make reaching the masses easier so as to spread their message (whatever that message may be, e.g. unity, empowerment, self-reliance, etc).
So instead, to compensate for financial lack, they work and work hard, and it is a sin to work harder when you could work smarter!
I truly question the consciousness level and mindset of many Afrikanistic minded individuals, especially the ones (usually Black males) who claim to be God (by mere virtue of dark pigmentation or melanin) but yet clearly don't have a pot to piss in or a window to through it out of.
Peace and Love!
