Protein, protein, protein! If you're a vegetarian, how do you get your protein? The same way all true vegetarians (herbivores) get their protein - by eating the vegetation of the earth and sea, e.g., grass (wheat, barley, oat), fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs and seaweeds.
First of all, people should know what protein is before they start asking questions of how do vegetarians obtain such and stressing how it is so important for body mass. Most people who espouse protein don't have an honest clue as to what protein is much less what constitutes great sources of protein for food and health purposes.
Protein is medically defined as: any of a large group of naturally occurring, complex, organic nitrogenous compounds. Each is composed of large combinations of amino acids containing the elements carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, usually sulfur, and occasionally phosphorus, iron, iodine, or other essential constituents of living cells. Twenty-two amino acids have been identified as vital for proper growth, development, and maintenance of health. The body can synthesize 14 of these amino acids, called nonessential, whereas the remaining eight must be obtained from dietary sources and are termed essential. They key words in the above definition of proteins were the named MINERALS e.g., iron, iodine, sulfur, etc. We are told by the medical community that each compound of protein is composed of amino acids CONTAINING the elements carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, etc.
Minerals folks! We're talking minerals. Minerals are the key to optimal health, not protein as we have been conditioned to believe. The human body is made up of minerals, 102 to be exact, and each containing a definite amount of electrons per atom, which gives the mineral an atomic structure.
If protein is so important, what is the atomic structure of protein? How many electrons per atom does protein contain? Why we don't even know, but foolishly pride ourselves in the pursuit of that which we have no knowledge of it. Well, after all, we do know God and have college degrees (most of us).
In order to have protein, you must have 22 complete amino acids, which are as follows:

There is no one part of a human's or animal's body that consists of complete protein (22 amino acids). Not one body part! It is the entire body and the various parts as a whole that give us protein, so if we are carnivores or carnivorous meat-eaters, we need to know that if we are not eating the entire carcass or body of a slaughtered animal and in a RAW (uncooked) state, we are not obtaining/consuming protein. That's right, with your civilized self! You must eat everything on an animal to get complete protein, I'm talking eating the butt (booty), intestines (full of feces), testicles, penis and vagina; eyeballs, nose, mouth, tongue, arteries, fur, scales, wool, feathers, hooves, claws, beak, tail, etc.
How in the world can a person sit up and profess to know God and talking bout cleanliness is next to Godliness and just got through eating pig's booty (ass) euphemistically called bacon which is really two words back and end, hence backend that we delude ourselves into calling bacon? Get real and stop fakin the funk!
Even though we may eat meat, we're still not getting the desired protein we think we need to have for good health, because after all, didn't we COOK (FRY, GRILL, BARBECUE, ROAST, BAKE) the pig's ass (or whatever else animal part we ate)??? Of course we did! Why? Because deep down embedded into our subconscious psyche we know that we are not true carnivores, at least pertaining to African people and other peoples of colors.
We know we are not true carnivores by nature because we always seek to rename (for our sanity and convenient delusionalism) the animal we eat with convenient and pleasant sounding euphemisms, e.g., pork instead of dead pig's flesh, beef instead of dead cows flesh, seafood instead of dead insects of the ocean, etc. In addition, in our self-imposed delusional state of mind, we cook (alter) the flesh under fire, in oil, and season it with herbal spices and seasonings to masquerade the smell and bland taste of slaughtered animal's flesh. The animal's blood, urine, and feces do not provide enough taste for us, so we conveniently spice the dead flesh to placate our palate.
We were not taught in the public fool, ooopps, I mean, public school, system that we are herbivores by nature. As humans, we do not have claws, nocturnal vision, short intestines, hooves, etc., such as true carnivores. We don't desire to eat raw flesh, with the exception of the learned behavior of eating sushi (raw, worm-infested fish flesh).
African peoples and many other so-called peoples of color were taught to eat meat by their European captors during and after the slave trade. Very few native African tribes engaged in meat consumption. The few native African tribes that still eat meat today, do so mainly for ceremonial reasons. Although the Native Americans ate meat, they were conscious enough to know not to eat whole animals day in and day out, and more importantly, after they killed the animal, they ate it within 24 hours, unlike modern day civilized barbarians who buy slaughtered animal flesh in decorated mausoleums called super-caskets (or is it supermarket?) and store it in the freezer for weeks and months before eating it.
Eating meat may satisfy the belly, but it does not provide an iota of protein. How can eating meat (so-called protein) make you more protein or meatier? Do you have to eat fingernails in order to grow fingernails? Do you have to eat hair in order to grow hair? Do women have to eat butt or booty to make their butts or booty grow or get big? Do men have to eat genitals in order to make theirs grow? Think over this! We are engaging in rampart insanity today listening to and following the wrong people in their prescriptions and recommendations for so-called optimal health.
Eating meat does not provide protein, but cancer and other degenerative diseases. The by-product of eating meat is uric acid, which lodges in the joints throughout the body and causes inflammation, e.g., it is, i.e. arthritis, tendonitis, etc. Meat and liquid meat (dairy products such as milk i.e. cow mucus and snot) is the number one source of proteinuria (protein in the urine), which plays a major role in eclampsia (toxicity in pregnancy), which should be evident to any wise person that meat and its by-product (uric acid) is a toxin and poison to the body. Why do you think you have a pair of kidneys that filters this crap (urine) and expels it from the body?
Excess uric acid in the kidneys is the true cause of kidney failure that claim the lives of so many African Americans (such as actress Esther Rolle of Good Times fame). It is also the true cause of osteoporosis in white women, as white women's bodies steal calcium from the bones for alkalinity and sends it to the kidneys to add base and balance in the acidic kidneys. Modern day doctors will never tell you this because they either don't know or know and don't want to ruin their economic base by telling you the cause of a disease that they get to make thousands of dollars off of due to folk's pain and suffering.
Gout is also nothing but excess uric acid from meat consumption in the diet.
I am earnestly telling you, too much uric acid from meat (false protein) consumption leads to protein malutilization in the body, especially amongst African Americans and Latinos. The body does not know how to handle this excess false protein in the body. This is why African Americans followed by Latinos have the highest incidences of colon and rectal cancers in proportion to their numbers population-wise. Meat does NOT DIGEST in the colon folks! Breast cancer is also high amongst African American and Latino women also due to meat and dairy consumption in the diet. Milk by definition is a protein.
Many so-called health-conscious people think getting weekly or monthly colonics is a security against the dangers of eating meat. While true a colonic will help remove toxins from the body, but what about the negative vibrations from the dead animal that changes your body vibration to that of the death (dead animals) that you eat? Also, does a colonic nullify God's command in the Bible (Book of Exodus) of Thou shalt not KILL? Of course not! The meat industry is based upon death and destruction to sentient beings strictly for economic reasons without any consideration for human health and life.
I must also warn you about new forms of so-called protein being promoted in the so-called wholistic health arena. Beware of whey protein! This is a junk product. It is irradiated and processed for food-stuff consumption. Whey is the protein by-product of cow's milk. The cheese industry has to find a way to get rid of all the mountains of whey (literally speaking) in Wisconsin (that stinks an awful stench for miles according to reports), so the dairy (cheese) industry, like the soybean industry, know that Americans are becoming more health conscious about what they eat, and are therefore targeting their waste product as a health product. You will see whey as an ingredient in many so-called health bars and as a protein supplement in many smoothie shops across America. It may not be so bad to consume an item that has whey as a minor ingredient, but to consume major amounts of whey is insalubrious to good health.
Also, don't believe the protein hype about soy. Most soy-based products are made of genetically engineered strains of soy. Most soy products are very processed and many go through very high heating processes with temperatures ranging from 700? - 1400? centigrade. Also, the by-product of making or producing soy is MSG ñ mono sodium glutamate, used today as a flavor enhancer, although it is neurotoxin and causes headaches in many people, especially African Americans, many of whom still cook with and use as a seasoning this neurotoxin under its commercially branded name of Accent, which is 100% mono sodium glutamate (read the label). Soy, along with corn, is the most genetically engineered grain product on the market. While eating certain products that contain soy as an ingredient in moderation is okay, however, eating products that are chiefly soy in makeup may not be so wise. After all, soy is indigestible in the human body. If you are going to eat soy-based products, look for the non-GMO (genetically modified organism) sticker or notice on the label.
Women should also beware of the false and deceptive advertising of soy's alleged phyto-estrogenic properties. Soy is a bean and beans are not phyto-estrogenic in nature. The term phyto refers to being plant-based. The soy industry is touting the isoflavone properties of soy in the prevention of cancer, knowing American women are very vulnerable to the thought of developing female reproductive area cancers, especially breast cancer.
Seitan, wheat meat, is a better alternative for vegetarians as compared to soy. However, seitan too can pose a health risk to individuals who suffer from so-called celiac's disease, caused by a sensitivity to gluten (gluten intolerance), which is the sticky protein substance found in grain products.
In closing, as humans, we don't have to worry about obtaining protein. The law of the earth is that nothing living on earth can develop or exist without protein, so why worry about obtaining it for your existence? The original beings on earth called solartarians didn't eat any food at all, so how did they obtain protein? They survived off of oxygen and sunlight due to two enzymes in the body ñ oxidase and nitrase. Oxidase broke down the oxygen in the body and converted it into fuel for energy and nitrase broke down the nitrogen into protein for body mass. And because their skin was green, like the trees and plants, they were able to absorb the sun's energy and therefore were highly activated with energy.
You do not have to engage in the savage and barbaric ritual of animal slaughter and consumption for food under the notion of obtaining protein. Nature greatly provides everything you need for your human existence on earth. Great sources of bio-protein are spirulina (70%), blue-green algae (65%), chlorella (60%), bee pollen (55%), Irish moss, dulse, kelp, alfalfa, Iceland moss, moringa (pods, leaves, seeds); beans, avocados, nuts, seeds, etc. Also, consider the fact that most fruits, considered man's first food (Genesis 1:29), contains less than 5% protein; so as you can see, Creator/God does not intend for us to have high amounts of protein.
Americans today, especially African Americans are mentally sick (due to European slavery and colonialism). They believe being big, thick, meaty, etc. denotes good health. They don't have a clue that they are foolishly following the ways of their captors. Eating meat and therefore being meaty (big) was a tradition of wealthy Europeans. Most poor folks in Europe (peasants) were farmers and were vegetarians and therefore very slim and frail. But poor people have always despised the rich for being wealthy and desired the lifestyle of the rich. The poor people didn't consider the fact that they greatly outlived the rich (by 40-50 years), they just considered the wealth of the rich, just like many of us today.
While many African peoples, especially the females, naturally held a lot of body fat, e.g. Hottentots, their diet was mainly vegetarian. They did not make protein the goal of their health. They simply ate and were happy. Obtaining protein was not the primary function of eating food, but simply nourishment.
Obtaining protein is and was the primary eating goals of most Europeans. High meat consumption was a European invention, which explains why all major meats are named in honor of European countries or personalities, i.e., bolgna for Bologna (Italy), salami for the island of Salamus (Crete), hamburger for Hamburg (Germany), frankfurter for Frankfurt (Germany), and Salisbury [steak] for Dr. Salisbury, British physician who recommended meat for his patients during WWII.
I should also point out that eating meat when you're an herbivore, causes Mad Human's Disease (insanity, wickedness, perversity, violence, immorality, etc.). If Mad Cow's Disease was caused by feeding dead, ground up cows to livestock cows (vegetarians), how could we think that feeding dead, ground up cows and other animals to humans (vegetarians) would not cause Mad Human's Disease? Are we as humans that nave?
One last note, for those of us who eat meat and profess to believe in God and doing good and behaving morally, Danny Bouseliel, former [Charles] Manson family member, told prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi, that Manson required all of his followers to eat a diet high in protein in order to better do the works of Satan. Manson required his followers to eat as much meat as possible. Read the book Sharon Tate and the Manson Murders by Greg King (an exceptional book on the whole Manson-Tate murders and personalities involved).
Anybody espousing or engaging in a high-protein diet for health purposes is greatly misinformed and misguided. The pursuit and objective should be for minerals and mineral balancing in achieving and maintaining optimal health. After all, protein itself consists of minerals.
