Vitamin D

There are so many myths and inaccuracies floating around in society today concerning the so-called vitamin D, even amongst so-called and wanna-be expert nutritionists and health gurus, and in my opinion it's so unnecessary.

Some people are just not in tune with Nature and the Providence nature of God and thus lack Providence Consciousness and instead embrace lack, rarity, and scarcity consciousness.

It makes no sense to believe that God would make our bodies and require the body to need certain nutrients but not provide those nutrients in Nature leaving us hanging short.

Man would do this, but not God! God is all providing and Nature is God's apothecary and I can easily prove it as I have been doing so since being into health and herbology. My personal success in herbology (from the business and healing aspect) is due to my undying faith and trust in God and Nature if we can even separate the two).

Why would God not make our bodies to be able to digest animal flesh and then require us to have certain nutrients that we lack (mind you) that are only found in animals (animal flesh), creatures we are not supposed to be eating and cannot naturally digest? A clear absurdity if you ask me!

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient classified as a prohormone. A prohormone is NOT a hormone as some allege or believe. The English prefix "pro" means "on behalf of" or "for" so a prohormone acts on behalf of an actual hormone. Vitamin D is not a hormone, but acts as one:

"The Encyclopedia goes on to say that the active compound - 1,25- (OH) 2 D3 - functions as a hormone, since it is a necessary substance made in the body tissues (kidneys) and transported in the blood to cells within target tissues." Frank Murphy, Sunshine and Vitamin D, p. 8

as 1 |az| adverb (usu. as -- as) used in comparisons to refer to the extent or degree of something.

In order to compare, there must be two separate things, as the same thing cannot be compared to itself. Vitamin D is necessary for calcium and phosphorus absorption, regulation of calcium metabolism, growth in general, normal growth and development of bones and teeth in children, prevention of muscle weakness, normal and healthy regulation of the heartbeat, and boosting the immune (defense) system.

There are two types of Vitamin D: Vitamin D2 (or ergocalciferol) and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

The human body naturally produces Vitamin D from the result of sun (Ra) exposure but this form of Vitamin D is inert and must undergo two hydroxylation processes or reactions in order to be activated and utilized by the human body.

The end result of the hydroxylation reaction or process is Calcitrol (or 1,25-Dihydroxycholecalciferol), which is the active form of Vitamin D found and used by the magnificent human body.

Calcitrol's major function is to increase the flow of calcium into the bloodstream by promoting absorption of calcium (chief alkaline mineral in the body) as well as phosphorus from food in the intestines, as well as reabsorption of calcium in the kidneys, enabling normal mineralization of bone and preventing hypocacemic tetany, and for purposes of normal and natural bone growth and bone remodeling.

The above explains why you hear about calcium and Vitamin D going hand in hand. That's why your commercially produced cow milk (snot/pus/mucus) and orange juices are processed (fortified) with calcium and Vitamin D, synthetic sources of both.

However, the problem with fortification of nutrients by commercial food-stuff manufacturers is that the nutrients are always SYNTHETIC in nature due to being derived from oxides and being made in a man-made laboratory instead of coming from Nature from a real food source. We must understand what food is if we are to truly be enlightened on human nutrition.

Food, real food (which comes from Nature and not man), is defined as: "A substance consisting of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients that is ingested, digested, absorbed, and assimilated into the body so as to provide energy and to promote the growth, repair, and maintenance essential for sustaining life."

Real food is nourishment! Real food will contain nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and copper. These nutrients, along with amino acids, are the basis of all life. All living beings must consume them to sustain life, including animals; however, there is only one source to obtain such nutrients: PLANTS!

The amino acids found in raw animal flesh (that humans consume, well, after cooking) are derived from plants, but are lost due to being altered due to the unnatural process of cooking.

I don't understand so-called black or African-American so-called or wanna-be health experts (many of whom have been educated or inculcated in man-made Euro-centric institutions) who are promoting Vitamin D supplementation (that are derived from synthetic sources and made in laboratories) and the unnatural process of eating cooked animal flesh and/or consuming the oil from the liver of dead fish as a source of Vitamin D when the greatest natural source of the vitamin is the Sun (Ra) - exposure to it.

First, when we are dealing with REAL FOOD, you can't supplement food. Food supplement as a term is a great misnomer.

Supplement. noun. 1 something that completes or enhances something else when added to it.

So how in the heck can food complete food or enhance food? This can only occur and/or make sense if we are dealing with "incomplete" food(s), but Nature makes no incomplete foods.

Nature does not isolate compounds (e.g. alkaloids, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, etc.).

Only man makes incomplete so-called food (faux food, faux nutrients) because only man isolates compounds and that's why you can go to these commercial junk health food stores such as GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Great Earth, or your local pharmacy (drug store) and find and purchase isolated nutrients (that are also synthetic) such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D, L-Taurine, Calcium, Magnesium, etc. Nature does not give you any compound or nutrient in an isolated form. Nothing is monostructed in Nature. Even the air we breathe is a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen (and more than 90% nitrogen). Pure isolated oxygen would kill us all dead.

When you start isolating substances, you are now into making drugs which can be patented and regulated by government via government agencies, e.g. FDA.

This is why hospitals can legally charge you for the oxygen they give you from tanks and canisters while in the hospital as a client. It is not the same kind of oxygen we find in Nature. It is a different kind of oxygen (one under pressure) and that's why doctors can charge you for oxygen on your medical bill. Nature did not give you this kind of oxygen. The doctor (or hospital did)! It is their property and they can legally charge you for it.

If doctors would open up windows in the rooms where patients are and let them breathe natural oxygen and get some natural sunlight they wouldn't have to administer oxygen from tanks and canisters to their patients and who would heal much faster, but we must understand that doctors and hospitals under the Doctrine of Allopathy are disconnected from Nature and operate and practice solely for money (profit), though all doctors may not do so and may genuinely be concerned with helping people, but it's difficult to truly and genuinely help people when you have been programmed and miseducated due to Rockefeller agenda and usurpation of the entire American medical system.

Synthetic sources of Vitamin D can be very toxic, but never the kind that is produced from natural sunlight and that come from plant sources. In fact, of all the so-called vitamins, Vitamin D is the most dangerous and toxic. This is an established fact!

You are only hearing so much about Vitamin D due to the fact that in recent years and decades sun exposure has been connected or linked to skin cancer, especially for Europeans (or Caucasians) though in recent years blacks or African-Americans are also being subjected to skin cancer.

Ultraviolet rays can be very damaging to the skin and eyes of Caucasians; however, it is by the body's exposure of the skin to ultraviolet rays of the sun - light of short wavelength and high frequency, that produces Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin.

Some miseducated, so-called and alleged and wanna-be health and nutrition experts are alleging that Vitamin D is not found in any natural (plant) food sources, which is incorrect and I'm not the only person stating that Vitamin D is available in Nature from plant sources:

"Ergosterol is found in plants." Frank Murphy supra

"Herbs that contain Vitamin D include alfalfa, horsetail, nettle, and parsley." James F. Balch, M.D., Prescription For Nutritional Healing, p. 19

Why promote consumption of cod-liver fish oil for Vitamin D? If God wanted us to obtain Vitamin D from fish we'd have the ability to eat fish like bears and other omnivores do. We wouldn't be de-scaling fish before eating their flesh. We de-scale fish because we are NOT omnivores, at least not by nature.

I'll say it again - people are eating meat (fish) because it is conveniently provided for them by industry and commerce. Fish oil is conveniently provided for people who consume it. The average fish eater would not know how to press his or her own oil from a dead fish and I can guarantee you this.

If that cod-liver fish oil weren't conveniently sold in a brown bottle at a health food store, pharmacy, or supermarket, folks who consume it would not be consuming it. I can guarantee you this!

Many people are consuming cod-liver oil because of traditional paralysis - grandma and ma (mother) gave it to them when they were young so they still take it today and believe that it is beneficial and thus may give it to their children, keeping the cycle going (just like they do with religion, for most of us embrace the same religion and diet as our parents and grandparents did, despite much recent evidence that both are faulty in many or most respects and regards and should be done away for something better and more effective).

But it's a new day now. We have new information, much of which is far better and superior than that of our ancestors. Ancestors equal the past and today equals the present and the law of earth is forward motion, or progress. This does not mean we ignore everything our ancestors did and taught in the past (by no means), but if our modern way is better in certain respects (especially for the planet, animals, and ourselves as a species, because modern man became corrupted by greed and violated and destroyed the planet in the process of feeding his greed) we must do what is better and necessary for our survival.

Forget all about the confusion and complexities of Vitamin D and the source you need and just get you some natural sunlight on a daily basis. How much more easy and simple can it be? Life does not have to be complex. Life and Nature are very simple when you get in tune with them and understand them.

If you reside in a cold weather zone, e.g. the North, the east coast, Washington state, Europe, etc. remember that green plants absorb sunlight into their pigmentation which we call chlorophyll.

Chlorophyll. noun. a green pigment, present in all green plants and in cyanobacteria, responsible for the absorption of light to provide energy for photosynthesis. Its molecule contains a magnesium atom held in a porphyrin ring.

As I teach constantly, start thinking in terms of color when it comes to your food. Colors are a sign into the nutritional content of food. When you think of calcium, see green. When you think of Vitamin A see orange (and even red and yellow). When you think of bioflavanoids, think of the color of citrus fruit, e.g. orange, yellow, and lime green.

When you think of antioxidants, any food the color of the human chakras will contain antioxidants. So learn the colors of the human chakras (energy centers).

Because calcium is better absorbed with Vitamin D and Nature knows this as well, also see Vitamin D when you see green.

Green plants will give you calcium and Vitamin D in addition to a host of other necessary nutrients including sunlight (chlorophyll).

So if you are in a cold weather zone, make sure to eat plenty of green foods because those green foods are holding sunlight in them. Animals, especially dead and cooked animals, do not hold sunlight in them. It makes no sense to eat dead animals for nutritional purposes.

Also, if you reside in a cold weather zone, make sure you use full spectrum (neodymium) light bulbs in your home (the whole house) as full spectrum light bulbs mimic natural sunlight. These bulbs give you true daylight color and many European countries use them in public to compensate for the lack of natural sunlight they get all year round. You can do the same thing if you reside in a cold weather zone and where there is little sunlight throughout the year or certain times of the year.

These bulbs are called full spectrum because they contain all seven spectrums of natural sunlight, which spectrums coincide with the colors of the seven chakras: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo, and violet.

These bulbs may be considered expensive ($5.95 - $7.95) to many people (especially those who operate on poverty and lack consciousness) who are used to using cheap and insalubrious 2-spectrum light bulbs; but these bulbs can and will improve your health, especially if you suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and eye problems; plus, these bulbs last for 4,000+ hours, twice as long as cheap and harmful 2-spectrum fluorescent light bulbs that harm eyesight and throw off the natural color of things you look at and see.

Also, when eating food, think in terms of your seven major chakras (their colors). Eat foods the color of your major chakras and these colored foods will stimulate and balance the chakras as well as nourish the correlating glands of the endocrine system associated with the chakras.

1st Chakra = Red = adrenal glands

2nd Chakra = Orange = gonads

3rd Chakra = Yellow = pancreas/spleen

4th Chakra = Green = thymus gland (seat of immune/defense system)

5th Chakra = Blue = thyroid gland

6th Chakra = Indigo = pituitary gland and pineal gland

7th Chakra = Violet = pineal gland

In closing, Vitamin D helps to prevent certain degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis, breast cancer, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, asthma, prostate cancer, multiple sclerosis, osteoarthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gum disease, colon cancer, scleroderma, rickets, celiac disease, and skin cancer to name a few.

A Vitamin D deficiency can cause bones to become thin, brittle, or misshapen and also cause or play a role in kidney and liver disorders.

A deficiency can also result in impaired bone mineralization, rickets, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, and bone softening.

Good herbal sources of Vitamin D include Parsley, Nettle, Alfalfa, Spirulina, Blue-Green Algae, Chlorella, and Horsetail.
