Hair loss?
« on: October 27, 2009, 02:54:10 PM »

Peace,

I am a 35 year old male, and about 5 months ago the hair in my beard starting to come out in small patches in certain areas on my face. Is this a sign of something and is there anything I can do to get the hair to grow back? Thanks...

if you are not stressed out and is getting enogh sleep at night it sounds like a vitamin or mineral defiency. i forgot the name of the vitamin that if you are not getting enough of it causes hair loss. also certain chemicals in certain products can aggravate hair loss.

Peace,

I was hoping stress wasn't the cause, but yes, Ive been very stressed latley and Ive heard most likely it is stress.  If it is indeed stress, is this a problem that can be corrected(other than not stressing)?  Or  once the hair falls out it wont grow back?

I appreciate the responses...

if the problem is stress, you should try yoga, meditation and prayer. also read inspirational quotes. listen to them in your ipod. focus on what you want and not what you dont want. i was stressed and this happen to me, my hair began to fall out. trust me when you detach yourself from the situation and just foucus on your life purpose, the whole situation will work itself out.

Thank you for your response.  I have defiantly been slipping on my prayers, and I will look into yoga and meditation also.

Have you checked this out, along with the other articles on hair?

http://www.dherbs.com/articles/hair-problems-138.html

Hair loss usually means, lack of nutrition and psychological issues like stress, what else would cause the hair to seemingly fall out? Even if it does fall out and start balding, the human body can regenerate, with the correct atmosphere. Also what do you use on your hair, what type of products, etc? I knew a girl who was starting to lose hair and it was thinning, after nuclear bombing (perming) her hair for a long time, she eventually switched her diet, mindstate, and starting using natural hair products like coconut oil, and HENNA which worked amazingly well and fast. I wouldn't look for a miracle in a few days, but still it can be done. Another thing that works well with this is things will Sulfur, take that, or eat foods high in sulfur like kale, raw onions, etc.

This African lady I knew, had this oil from this herb that works great for hair loss, but I forgot, I'll get the name, but you just message it into your hair, and it specifically stimulates the glands and follicles that cause hair growth.
