Theres a difference between being nice, and polite, and being a sucker and a doormat.

Im not sure if this guy really knows the difference. If you are nice and polite, your boundaries will always be tested, and if you don't stand your ground you will be food. Jail rules should be outside rules. Be polite and respectful to EVERYONE, don't gossip, handle your business and when someone pushes that boundary GET IN THAT ASS.
