I want to start off by saying how much I admire what you are doing to help enlighten people and spreading the word about what is going on with the food in today's society. I am a new vegan for about 24 days now and I am struggling to find a variety of healthy foods to eat outside of veggies and fruit. I eat tofu and drink soy milk, but I am not so sure that is the best thing either. I have detoxed and lost weight at doing it and I take a few more of your products now. I have type II diabetes and I am struggling with pasta even though I know it is not good for me. My questions are: 1. Is soy good to eat and if not, what could I use in place of it? 2. What words of encouragement can you provide to me to help me stop drinking alcohol? I am anxiously awaiting your response. God bless and thank you so much.

In re the soybean, I am in agreement with Elijah Muhammad with regards to this bean. The soybean (along with yellow and white corn) are the two chief genetically engineered crops today and thus should be avoided, unless they are grown organically and are non-GMO (non-genetically modified organism). Even if the soybean is grown under the proper conditions, it is very hard on the digestive system. The soybean was never intended for human food. Originally, it was an industrial product. Soy is the primary source of many vegan-vegetarians, eating soy in various forms such as tempeh and tofu.

Soy requires a lot of heat to process and manufacture into a so-called food. I am not an advocate of soy products which includes soy milk, soy flour, soybeans, and soybean oil.

Soybean oil is harmful and destroys the myelin sheath around the nerves in the brain. Soybean oil is one of the four worst or unhealthiest oils a person could consume, the other three being cottonseed oil (cotton is not even a food, but a fabric), peanut oil, and canola oil (which is really rapeseed oil). All four of these oils will greatly negatively impair human health. You would be wise to avoid them.

Alternatives to soy include Seitan, Gardein, and a host of other products made from vegetables and legumes.

2. In re ALCOHOL, read my article entitled the Harmful Effects of Drinking Wine (under Articles). Emotional issues lie at the root of alcoholism. Also, you could a second chakra imbalance that needs correcting (energy healing work).

Hello, I recently purchased full body detox. The problem is that I am a body builder and it is impossible to not consume protein for 21 days, I also do not consume soy products. How do I get around this and still accomplish a sufficient level of detoxing. Can I eat wild game, fish, and whey protein? Any information would be appreciated.

Nothing in life is impossible (unless you believe it to be, then it is, but only to you and in your world). While you are free to do as you please on this detox, we RECOMMEND an all raw foods diet and an elimination of dairy and meat during the 21 days. Protein is in everything you eat (Read my Article on Dherbs entitled PROTEIN PROPAGANDA). Beans, seaweed, and nuts are EXCELLENT sources of protein. I don't recommend whey which is dairy.

Beloved, it really shouldn't matter how I feel about hair coloring. The question is, how do YOU feel about hair coloring? Follow your instincts and do what you feel is best for you. It's time for people to wake up and take control of their own lives and make their own decisions. Now yes, there are natural hair coloring agents on the market. Do the research and inquire. Ask and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. For me personally, I use Henna, a natural herb. Though it?s a natural coloring agent, I use it not for coloring purposes but for hair maintenance. I was wondering if you could subject something for irritable bowel syndrome? Also can one have a reaction to milk thistle?

I am interested in your products for detoxing, but I am breastfeeding a 5 month old baby. I was told that when detoxing while breastfeeding, the toxins will come out first through my breast milk. Do you know if this is true? If so, I obviously will need to wait. Thank you.

How does detoxing impact me nursing my baby?

Detoxing with capsules are too potent when a woman is breastfeeding. Liquids are far better for a nursing mother!

I am only on the second day of the full body detox and I am experiencing a migraine headache to the point I am ready to throw-up. I have been diagnosed with neutropenia and been seeing a hematologist for the last 6 years. He wants to avoid doing a bone marrow biopsy on me if he can. I am also anemic and received a iron infusion about a year ago. I go weekly for a CBC count and Monday I was told that my iron count is low again. The lowest my white blood count has been is in the 700's. I am Afro-American and I know that it's common for our white blood count to run low. I rarely eat red meat. Today was my first day of detox, but I only made it through formula 1. After taking formula one, I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. I have been living with uterine fibroids for about 2 1/2 years. My uterus is the size of a 3-month pregnancy now. Hello, I purchased the Detox kit and planned on starting it Feb 1st, but I learned that I will need to have my wisdom teeth extracted in Feb. They will be putting me under for the procedure and probably prescribe pain medication after, my question is,"Shall I wait to start the Detox till after the procedure & medication or is it ok if I am on the Detox and given anesthesia and pain medication?? I'm interested in a water purification system and there are two advertised in the American free press. One is the blue print water unit and the other crystal clear. Can you comment on either system and or what to look for in a water system?

What you want to look for in a water purification system is the type of filter it contains. The best filter material is CARBON, COPPER, and QUARTZ (crystal). All three are good at the filtering process.

The filter should either be an osmosis unit or an ionization unit (which uses UV rays or micro clustering which is an electrical process that breaks down water molecules making them small enough to penetrate and permeate the cells of the body so the water can be absorbed within the cells and electrify you).

I was reading about a famous black author who died of brain cancer and I wanted to know what does it mean on a metaphysical level? Cancer of the brain, breast, colon, mouth. What does this signify other than extreme toxicity? What does poor circulation mean metaphysically speaking? Do you think there is a link between hair dyes, hair relaxers (burners) and brain cancer and lupus among black females. This is "off the cuff" but I hate seeing black females with straightened hair and hair coloring. I really hate it. I hate long claws (fake fingernails).

Metaphysically, cancer denotes a feeling being eaten up (on the inside) by some emotion or emotions, always negative emotions. Mouth cancer - the person refused to speak out their hurt, anger, pain, etc. Breast cancer - the female failed to get things off of her chest or neglected caring for herself (nurturing herself, her wounds and pains, etc.). Colon cancer - the person couldn't stomach things but failed to release what was emotionally eating away at them.
