Dherbs.com Vegan Diet

Congratulations on your wise decision to become a vegan after performing the Full Body Detox or perhaps just deciding to change your diet to a more salubrious one.

By becoming a vegan, you have taken steps to improve your health, save the environment, save animals, and save money on medical bills, doctor visits, and medical or pharmaceutical drugs if you were a firm believer in Western medicine.

As a vegan, you are unlike a vegetarian who still consumes animal excreta (dairy products and/or eggs). In fact, there are various types of vegetarians and only one kind of vegan.

Various Types of Vegetarians

  • Ovo Vegetarian
  • Lacto Vegetarian
  • Ovo-lacto vegetarian
  • Vegan

Ovo vegetarians do not consume animal flesh and dairy products but still consume animal eggs (chicken eggs).

Ovo-lacto vegetarians do not consume animal flesh but still consume animal excreta in the form of dairy and eggs.

Lacto vegetarians do not consume animal flesh or eggs but still consume dairy products.

Technically, vegans too are considered vegetarians – of the strictest form!

Vegans do not consume anything from an animal be it meat, dairy products, or eggs. Vegans do not even consume bee products (i.e. bee pollen, royal jelly, honey, or bee propolis) because they consider bees as an animal, though technically it’s an insect.

Veganism transcends diet and impacts lifestyle. Vegans not only don’t consume animals, they also don’t wear products that are derived from animals. Vegans are very strict pertaining to their diet and lifestyle. They do not wear leather, wool, feathers, fur, snakeskin, alligator skin, lizard skin, eel skin or anything else used as fabric and derived from an animal.

For the reasons above, veganism is purported to be a religion by many, especially naysayers and opponents of veganism.

Technically, veganism is a philosophy and ideology. One does not have to believe in God to be a vegan. However, one could be a Christian, Muslim, Jew, or Buddhist and still be a vegan.

Vegans are purported to outlive meat-eaters by 14 years and vegetarians (who consume animal excreta) by 7 years.

Preparing Yourself For the Transition

If you are unable to go vegan cold turkey, simply give yourself 30 days to make the transition. In this time frame or period, dabble around with vegan products and entrees. Become familiar with vegan products. Try almond milk, Rice Dream, Garden Vegan patties, Riblets, Egg Replacer, and other vegan products you will discover herein.

Simply practice and consuming vegan products! Practice makes perfect!

Of the 7-days of the week, make 2-3 of these days your vegan days.

Also, make sure to read as much as you can about veganism. Visit a vegan restaurant once a week (if you can afford to).

Use mental science too! See yourself as a successful and content vegan. See yourself eating vegan foods, drinking vegetable juice, and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. SEE this in your mind! Mentalize it! Conceptualize it! Then, realize it! Actualize it!

What Are The Most Conducive Cities For Vegans?

It is easier to live as a vegan residing in a major city or metropolitan area. The top U.S. cities conducive to a vegan lifestyle include:

Los Angeles, CA
New York City, NY
Seattle, WA
San Francisco, CA
San Diego, CA
Berkeley, CA
Orange County, CA
Salt Lake City, UT
Chicago, IL
Atlanta, GA
Oakland, CA
Houston, TX

Vegan restaurants are commonplace today, especially in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, and Oakland/Berkeley. You can locate vegan eateries and restaurants in the U.S. by accessing Dherbs.com “Alternative Health Directory.” For a more comprehensive list of vegan eateries in the U.S. and around the world, access HappyCow.net.

Undoubtedly the best state for living vegan is California, bar none. Other states that are conducive to vegan living and lifestyle include Washington state, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Florida, New York, Georgia, and Illinois.

“Replacing Dairy”

Milk

So you like to eat milk and cookies? Perhaps milk and cereal? Well, just because you’re a vegan doesn’t mean your habits have to end. With veganism, there’s always an alternative. For everything man has and provides (that is required or that is a human necessity), Nature also has and provides.

Being a vegan does not mean the end of milk. It only means the end of animal-derived milk.

Because you are now vegan, you will no longer consume cow and/or goat’s milk, mainly because you are:

  • * Now conscious of your true state as a human – frugavore/plant-eater
  • * Not an animal that walks on all fours (like both cows and goats)
  • * Don’t have the necessary enzymes to digest animal milk (or even human milk after the age of 2) and thus biologically ‘lactose intolerant’
  • * Will no longer support the dairy industry that sells humans dairy products all for the sake of profit.

Great alternatives to cow (or goat) milk include:

Almond Milk*
Banana Milk
Cashew Milk*
Coconut Milk
Hazelnut Milk*
Hemp Seed Milk*
Oat Milk
Rice Milk*
Sesame Seed Milk
Soy Milk*

To make your own milk, in a blender (or Vita-Mix) simply add 1 cup of any of the above to 2-3 glasses of spring water, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave nectar (or 2-3 seedless dates), and blend to a smooth consistency. Strain liquid into a bowl and pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate (not more than 2 days).

* Almonds, cashews, soy nuts/beans, hazelnuts, brown rice, and hemp seeds should be soaked in water overnight before being added to blender.

NOTE: Banana milk may not require sweetener (maple syrup, agave nectar, dates), as bananas are usually sweet, especially when ripe.

If you desire to make an alternative to harmful pharmaceutical baby formula, please read our article entitled “Alternative Infant Formula Milk” in our article section on our site.

It is very important and imperative for you to read that article so as to learn about adding proper amounts of nutrients to the milk. Absent nutrients added to this milk, your child will suffer from malnourishment.

Nutrition-rich substances include:

“What About Calcium?”

The calcium in milk is not organic but is man-made (synthetic) and the body really can’t absorb it though the body tries to. Milk is not a significant and viable source of any vitamin or mineral because all of them are synthetic in nature. Humans are organic (organic creatures), not inorganic (synthetic). The dairy industry promotes milk as being a great source of calcium so as to dupe unconscious shoppers into buying their product.

If milk is such an important source of calcium and needed for strong and healthy bones, how do we explain animals that do not drink milk at all (after being babies) but that have strong and healthy bones?

Horses, cows, giraffes, hippopotamuses, kangaroos, elephants, etc. do not drink milk. Actually, no animal in nature beyond the baby stage drinks milk, and especially not the milk from another creature. Man is the only creature that willfully drinks the milk of another creature. Man is greatly in error!

“What About Vitamin D?”

Just like with calcium, the Vitamin D in milk is man-made (synthetic) and your body really can’t absorb it though it does try to on your behalf so as to make sure you get the necessary nutrition for purposes of maintaining and sustaining optimal health and well-being.

“What Are the Benefits of Drinking Non-animal Milk?”

  • You don’t have to worry about bad cholesterol or elevated cholesterol levels
  • You don’t have to worry about harmful growth hormones
  • You don’t have to worry about fat in he milk
  • You don’t have to worry about cow feces in the milk
  • You don’t have to worry about pus and mucus in the milk
  • No homogenization process is needed
  • Greatly less mucus forming
  • The body can actually digest and absorb it

“Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts”

Vegans have a plethora of dairy-free frozen desserts brand to choose from. There’s Soy Delicious, Rice Dream, Coconut Bliss, and Purely Decadent to name a few brands. Additional brands are listed in Dherbs.com “Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual” which is highly suggested.

Vegans can enjoy cream deserts, sorbets, popsicles, and other frozen treats. Vegans can also enjoy banana split sundaes, chocolate sundaes, ice cream floats, and ice cream on a cone, and all dairy-free with no risk of bad cholesterol, cow feces, mucus or pus; and no synthetic growth hormones unlike with dairy products.

There’s even ‘Soy Whip’ to take the place of whip cream.

You can even enjoy malts and milkshakes, all dairy free! Vanilla and chocolate are still common flavors even in the world of veganism.

Vegans even get to enjoy yogurt – soy yogurt!

“Replacing Meat”

Chances are you used to eat meat because you were programmed to eat meat for purposes of protein. However, the truth of the matter is meat does not provide the body one iota of the kind of protein the body needs and requires.

Protein from meat sources is pure propaganda! Here are a few reasons why people should not eat meat:

* Meat contains worms and parasites

* Meat consumption induces the development and buildup of mucus

* Meat contains carcinogens (sodium nitrate)

* Meat contains harmful synthetic hormones (fake estrogens)

* Meat contains synthetic growth hormones

* Meat consumption causes high cholesterol levels in the body

* Meat consumption is pivotal in cancer development

* The rainforests around the world are destroyed due the trees being razed in order to make room to feed livestock that will be killed for human meat

* Cows are fed other dead animals which plays a role in mad cow disease

* Cows are fed cement to make them weigh more on the auction black

* Fish consumed by Westerners swim in toxic mercury-laced waters

* Chicken are fed pig poop (chickens are copraphageous by nature)

* Sheep contain various harmful viruses (micro-organisms)

Contrary to popular opinion, meat does not provide protein, not bio-available protein that the body can digest and absorb. By nature, humans are not carnivores. Our bodies are not structured or designed to handle or process meat at all.

Meat consumption nowadays causes various forms of cancer because the meat contains too many chemicals and then is cooked. True carnivores (which exist in Nature) do not cook their flesh (meat). They eat it raw. Also, they only eat meat when they are hungry. Most carnivores only eat meat about 2 times per week. Compare this with humans who eat meat also every single day and without break. The above explains why animals in the wild do not develop cancer but humans do, especially here in the Western world but also now in Africa.

Cooking meat is very dangerous! Read our article “What is Dead Food?

Meat consumption provides absolutely no viable nutrition that humans require. It provides no protein, no vitamin B-12, no nothing! It is nothing but toxic waste!

By becoming a vegan, you will no longer have to worry about all the contaminated meat callbacks (commonly seen on the evening news), the cloning of meats (which humans are now eating), the harmful chemical agents meats contain (i.e. steroids, growth hormones, preservatives, antibiotics, etc.), all the damage done to the environment due to razing of the land and methane emissions emitted from cows, and everything else that is associated with meat consumption.

As a vegan, you will now consume mock meats, faux meats, or meatless meats that are less hard on your digestion and digestive tract than animal flesh is. Most of these mock and faux meats are derived from vegetables, beans, seeds, nuts, and legumes and many of them are very tasty (others are not).

Mock or faux meats really should not replace animal flesh (meat), but should be used as transitional foods, meaning you are eating them to help you in your transition away from consumption of animal products (animal flesh). These mock or faux meats should not be eaten everyday and because they are processed foods they too lead to the development and production of unhealthy mucus, just not to the same degree as animal products.

As a vegan, you will really not be missing out on anything because vegans have many of the same choices meat-eaters have. Vegans get to enjoy hot dogs, bacon, burger patties, chicken, tuna, fish, sausages, links, corn dogs, tacos, turkey, shrimp, deli slices (bologna, salami, chicken, ham, turkey) and other fun foods, just not derived from animals but instead derived from beans, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and mushrooms.

NOTE: Some of the textures of these mock or faux meats supra may be too similar in texture and thus result in a psychological aversion to consuming them which is okay and very understandable. You don’t have to eat them! You have free will and choice!

However, African-American vegans will permanently have to kiss goodbye their ham hocks, hog maws, neck bones, salt pork, and everything else under the umbrella of so-called soul food.

I will admit that switching over to mock or faux meats is an acquired taste. However, you will feel better about yourself due to feeling better about what you’re eating and this will accelerate your transition and in no time at all you’ll have an acquired taste for mock or faux meats.

Mock, faux, or meatless meats include: soy (textured vegetable protein, tempeh, tofu, and Gardein) and seitan (pronounced SEE-TAN) products.

Seitan. Also known as “Wheat Meat.” A mock meat derived from wheat gluten and is a staple of the vegetarian community. NOTE: Seitan should not be consumed by individuals suffering with Celiac’s disease (gluten intolerance).

According to Barbara and Leonard Jacobs in their excellent book Cooking with Seitan, The Complete Vegetarian “Wheat-Meat” Cookbook, “seitan has been a staple food among vegetarian monks of China, Russian wheat farmers, peasants of Southeast Asia, and Mormons. People who had traditionally eaten wheat had also discovered a method to extract the gluten and create a seitan-like product.” Seitan is derived from the protein portion of wheat. It stands in for meat in many recipes and works so well that a number of vegetarians avoid it because the texture is too “meaty.” Tempeh. Tempeh is made by a natural culturing and controlled soybeans into a cake form. It is especially popular on the island of Java, where it is a staple source of protein. Like tofu, tempeh is made from soybeans, but tempeh is a whole soybean product with different nutritional characteristics and textural qualities. Tempeh’s fermentation process and its retention of the whole bean give it a higher content of protein, dietary fiber and vitamins compared to tofu, as well as firmer texture and stronger flavor. Tofu, by contrast, is said to be more versatile in dishes. Because of its nutritional value, tempeh is used worldwide in vegetarian cuisine; some consider it to be a meat analogue.

Textured Vegetable Protein. Also known as textured soy protein (TSP) is a meat analogue or meat substitute made from defatted soy flour, a by-product of making soybean oil. It is quick to cook, high in protein, and low in fat.

It is not to be confused with hydrolyzed vegetable protein, which is commonly used as a source of glutamate in various seasonings and imitation soy sauce.

Tofu. Also known as “bean curd” (the literal translation) Tofu is a food of Chinese origin, [1] made by coagulating soy milk, and then pressing the resulting curds into blocks. There are many different varieties of tofu, including fresh tofu and tofu that has been processed in some way. Tofu has very little flavor or smell on its own, so it can be used either in savory or sweet dishes, and is often seasoned or marinated to suit the dish. The production of tofu from soy milk is similar to the production of cheese from milk, although some tofu is made by processing non-soy products, such as almonds or black beans. The byproduct of the process is soy pulp (also called okara in Japanese).

There are tremendous benefits when you opt to consume mock or faux meat over the real deal (real animal flesh), and the biggest reason is that you will not be contributing to the wholesale harm of God’s other creatures commonly known as “animals.”

Take a look at some of the following videos provided:

At Dherbs.com we showcase many animal abuse videos on our home page’s Video section in an attempt to bring awareness to animal cruelty and abuse, especially for unnecessary food purposes.

“Dispelling the Myths of Vegans and Nutritional Deficiencies”

Following is a list of certain nutrients that comprise many myths about vegans – how the vegan diet comes up short in providing these essential nutrients. It is folly to think that Nature would come up short in providing man what he/she needs for optimal health and wellbeing, but that man could and would beat Nature and provide man what man needs for purposes of maintaining and sustaining optimal health and wellbeing. Nature is not derelict in her duty to provide the human body with all it requires for purposes of nutrition.

For everything Nature produces, man also produces nowadays, but for one purpose – PROFIT! Man copies Natures and instead of helping, man harms and does much damage. Just because man has mastered altering molecular structures of things doesn’t mean man can do anything better than God or Nature.

What About Vegans and Protein?

There are many myths surrounding vegans and protein. Vegans get way more viable protein than meat-eaters because our number one source of protein as humans (frugavores) are from fruits followed by vegetables, beans, seeds, and nuts. Actually, everything we eat contains protein. Humans don’t need a lot of protein. Nature gives us 5-10 grams of protein in most of what she provides individually. Contrary to popular opinion, meat-eaters are not getting protein by eating meat and dairy products. Meat and dairy are dead so the body can’t extract organic nutrition from these things.

Vegan sources of protein include: chia seeds, hemp seeds, various nuts, beans, potatoes, mushrooms, soy products, moringa (whole plant), alfalfa (herb), fenugreek seeds (herb), chlorella (sea weed), spirulina (sea weed), blue green algae (sea weed), and Irish Moss (sea weed).

NOTE: All soy should be non-GMO variety exclusively!

What About Vegans and Calcium?

Calcium is necessary for development of strong bones and teeth, muscular growth and contraction, maintenance of healthy gums, optimal transmission of nerve impulses, maintenance of regular heartbeat, and the prevention of muscle cramps.

Vegans get way more viable calcium than meat-eaters because most calcium meat-eaters are consuming come from inorganic sources such as Tums, Rolaids, commercial orange juices, commercial cereals and milk, and other dairy products. The calcium in these products is not organic! These products above claim to contain calcium so as to get consumers to purchase the products. The body has difficulty assimilating the calcium in these products because they are inorganic forms of calcium and calcium needs to be organic (a/k/a/ phosphate).

Organic calcium comes from Nature – plants! Inorganic calcium is harmful to the body and leads to calcium deposits (usually in the joints of the body).

Vegan sources of calcium include: moringa (whole plant), comfrey root and leaves (herb), horsetail (herb), oatstraw (herb), alfalfa (herb), spirulina (sea weed), chlorella (sea weed), parsley leaf (herb/vegetable), spinach leaf (herb/vegetable), chamomile (herb), blue green algae (sea weed), red raspberry leaves (herb), nettle (herb), broccoli (vegetable), watercress (herb/vegetable), mustard greens (vegetable), orange (fruit), kale (vegetable), cabbage (vegetable), and sesame seeds.

What About Vegans and Iodine?

Iodine is a trace element and is necessary for helping to metabolize excess fat, important for optimal thyroid health and activity, physical and mental development, and to prevent mental retardation.

Vegans get way more viable iodine than meat-eaters who may only get iodine from the consumption of sushi due to the seaweed wrap sushi comes in. Iodine is an important element for proper thyroid function and thus metabolism.

The iodine in commercial white salt is TOXIC and POISONOUS and should not be consumed! It is synthetic and thus inorganic! White table salt should be replaced with sea salt (a good brand). And by all means avoid “iodide” and the body does not require this toxic crap!

Vegan sources of iodine include: all edible seaweeds, i.e. spirulina, chlorella, kelp, dulse, nori, wakame, hiziki, Irish moss, Iceland moss, bladderwrac (sea wrack), red marine algae, blue-green algae; onion (plant), garlic (plant), moringa (whole plant), asparagus (vegetable), lima beans, mushrooms, spinach (vegetable), summer squash (vegetable), Swiss chard (vegetable), turnip greens (vegetable), white oak bark (herb), alfalfa (herb), and black walnut hull (herb).

What About Vegans and Iron?

Iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin and myoglobin (form of hemoglobin found in the muscle tissue), the oxygenation of red blood cells, and prevention of the red blood cells from becoming sickle shaped (especially in African-Americans) and leading to sickle cell. Appropriate amounts of iron prevents anemia. Iron is greatly needed by all menstruating females as they lose iron via the monthly menstrual cycle.

Vegans, here again, get way more viable iron than meat-eaters. Most meat-eaters as well as all unconscious individuals are consuming man-made and synthetic grades of iron (iron oxide, inorganic iron) which is very harmful and a great causative factor of constipation, especially in pregnant women as doctors criminally prescribe harmful, synthetic iron pills for pregnant women when the only kind of iron women (pregnant or not) should be consuming is organic iron or iron phosphate.

Vegan sources of iron include: blackstrap molasses, almonds, avocados (fruit), watercress (vegetable), pumpkin (fruit), beets (tuber/vegetable), raisins, wheat bran, brewer’s yeast, red raspberry leaf (herb), chives (herb), moringa (whole plant) parsley (vegetable), yellow dock root (herb), alfalfa (herb) burdock root (herb), dandelion root (herb), mullein leaf (herb), nettle (herb), devil’s claw (herb), dulse (seaweed), spirulina (seaweed), Irish moss (seaweed), and blue-green algae (seaweed).

What About Vegans and Vitamin K?

Vitamin K is necessary for the production of prothrombin which is necessary for blood clotting, the synthesis of osteocalcin, and is essential for bone formation and repair.

Vegans get way more viable Vitamin K than meat-eaters. If your Vitamin K is not from an organic source such as plants, the Vitamin K is synthetic and the body is unable to assimilate it.

Vegan sources of Vitamin K include: alfalfa, kelp, spirulina, chlorella, dulse, blue-green algae, moringa (whole plant), watercress, cornsilk, gotu kola, and slippery elm bark.

What About Vegans and Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 (also known as cyanocobalamin) is necessary for prevention of anemia, aiding folic acid in regulating the formation of red blood cells, helps in the utilization of iron, prevents nerve damage, maintains fertility, aids in proper digestion and absorption of foods, aids in the synthesis of protein and the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. This is an important nutrition for pregnant females.

Vegans get way more viable Vitamin B12 than meat-eaters. If your Vitamin B12 is not from an organic source such as plants, the Vitamin B12 is synthetic and the body is unable to assimilate it.

Vegan sources of Vitamin B12 include: alfalfa (herb), spirulina (seaweed), chlorella (seaweed), blue-green algae (seaweed), moringa (whole plant) burdock root (herb), dandelion root (herb), chickweed (herb), mullein leaves (herb), hawthorn berries (fruit/herb), catnip (herb), dong quai (herb), red clover tops (herb), white oak bark (herb), and fenugreek seeds (herb).

“Vegans and the Holidays”

Valentine’s Day

Vegans can still enjoy Valentine’s Day as there are plenty of organic chocolate brands to choose from. Places like Whole Foods Market, the Bodhi Tree Bookstore (West Hollywood, CA), Alexandria II bookstore (Pasadena, CA) Soothe Your Soul (Redondo Beach, CA), Crystal Matrix (Los Angeles, CA), Sevenanda (Atlanta, GA), and New Frontiers (Sedona and Flagstaff, AZ) sell beautiful celestial-cosmic, inspirational and motivational cards including ones for Valentine’s Day. And vegans can still purchase flowers for their loved ones.

Easter

Vegans can still join in the traditions of the holidays and holiday seasons. There are vegan sweet treats for Easter such as chocolate, jelly beans, and other kinds of candies that do not contain the harmful sugars that commercial candies contain and that can be added to Easter baskets. And instead of hunting for kidnapped chicken eggs that are colored with toxic food coloring, opt for hiding chocolate eggs instead. Simply improvise! Be creative!

Memorial Day

For Memorial Day, vegans can barbeque soy patties, links, and frankfurters if they desire. And don’t forget there are ‘Riblets’ by Gardenburger (which shouldn’t be barbecued however)! Potato salad can be made by substituting mayonnaise with soy mayonnaise or Vegenaise. Everything pretty much stays the same with the exception of alternative animal products and byproducts with vegan ones.

Fourth of July/Independence Day

For the Fourth of July, vegans can barbeque soy patties, links, and frankfurters if they desire.

Halloween

Vegans can still take their children Trick-or-Treating just for the sake of Trick-or-Treating, however, they will not be able to consume most or any of what ends up in the Trick-or-Treat bag or grab bag due to the unconscious state of most people (despite how well-meaning people may be). However, vegans have the choice of providing far safer candies for Trick-or-Treaters, candies that don’t contain harmful sugars or petroleum-based dyes i.e. Red Lake, Blue Lake, or Yellow Lake dyes.

Thanksgiving

Vegans can still celebrate Thanksgiving thanks to ‘Tofurky’ and other kinds of mock turkeys. With mock cheese, vegans can enjoy macaroni and cheese. There’s also mock chicken (seitan, soy-based). Some Whole Foods Market provide vegan Thanksgiving meals that you can order and pick-up on the day before Thanksgiving. I’ve had these vegans Thanksgiving meals about 2 or 3 times and they were quite delectable. The turkey was ingeniously encased in a bread stuffing covering. The cranberry sauce was ambrosial!

Fabe’s brand makes awesome vegan and naturally sweetened cakes and pies, including a delectable pumpkin pie. However, if you have some culinary skills yourself, you can make your own vegan desserts and trust me, there are plenty of recipes.

Christmas

Yes, vegans still get to celebrate Christmas, the granddaddy of all Western holidays. Again, there’s Tofurky, mock chicken, and just about mock or faux everything else. Why there’s even a soy-based egg nog – 100% dairy free!

“Vegans and Sex”

In my personal opinion, having been a meat-eater and typical junk food eater AND a vegan, I can honestly say that becoming vegan has greatly improved my sex life.

After becoming a vegan, I had more energy, more rigid and firm erections, more stamina and endurance, improved girth, prolonged erections, and the scent or smell of my semen was greatly noticeable – it smelled very clean and pure as compared to when I was a meat and junk food eater.

Before becoming a vegan, after sexual intercourse I would normally fall asleep, a clear cut sign of exhaustion due to depleting my energy reserves; but after changing my diet, I noticed after sexual intercourse I felt recharged, rejuvenated, and more revivified.

I also noticed I got erections quicker too. The days of going limp while in the act (due to stress and psychological factors) also disappeared after becoming vegan.

I never enjoyed sex to the degree I enjoyed sex after becoming a vegan and eating lots of raw food and drinking plenty of vegetable juice. It also helped that I became very knowledgeable about herbs with aphrodisiacal properties. I began drinking herbal tea blends containing herbs such as damiana, saw palmetto berries, cocculus root, licorice root, sarsaparilla, muira puama, schizandra berries, and catuaba to name a few. Most of these herbs are now contained in Dherbs.com Jackrabbit Formula, Bunny rabbit Formula, Formula 6/9 extract, and Jackrabbit Tea.

I also learned about essential oils with aphrodisiacal properties. Oils such as ylang ylang, patchouli, Bulgarian rose, neroli, jasmine, combava, cananga, caraway seed, may chang, sandalwood, and pipli.

I eventually learned about crystals and gemstones that had an aphrodisiacal effect on the body when drank as an elixir, crystals and gemstones such as red garnet, ruby, green aventurine, rose quartz (added for balance), moonstone, and carnelian.

What you eat affects the smell and color of your sexual juices and ejaculate, for males and females alike.

A vegan diet helps improve bodily circulation which helps improve one’s sex life, for good sex requires good bodily circulation.

A vegan diet helps a woman maintain vaginal lubrication while in the sex act. The herb “saw palmetto berries” is helpful for this.

A vegan diet greatly improves a woman’s menstrual cycle – shortening it by a few days and also causing the blood to be lighter and the smell to be more pleasant. Vegan females experience far less painful and problematic menstrual cycles than women who consume animal flesh and animal byproducts.

The vagina of the vegan female smells sweeter than that of the meat and dairy-eating female. And if the vagina smells sweeter, its nectar or milk snow also tastes sweeter.

A vegan diet is more conducive for conception than a diet based upon consumption of animal flesh and byproducts.

I still got my ‘freak’ on too as a vegan because I replaced honey with maple syrup and whip cream with soy whip.

I also noticed that my thoughts in regards to sex became purer. Becoming a vegan raised my vibrations. Sex became more of a spiritual thing than just a physical thing (act). I also became more satisfied and content after one or two rounds of sex. I didn’t need or want sex as much as I did when I was a meat-eater. As a meat-eater, I was purely mechanical, wanting to have sex just because. Some days I would have sex 5-8 times a day, and I didn’t know how to replenish the nutrients I was losing through excessive ejaculation. You see, I was purely physical in my pre-vegans days. Sex wasn’t spiritual at all due to my perception (thoughts) at the time. It (sex act) lacked substance despite the physical pleasure, which is a given; but sex must be wholistic for total enjoyment of the act. In addition to being physical, sex is mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and even astral. Conscious sex balances and aligns the chakras. And with conscious sex, there’s even what Marvin Gaye sang about: sexual healing!

A conscious man or woman can heal via the sex act via use of the mind to direct the energy. Becoming a vegan led me to open up to spiritual and conscious sex and sexuality. I became very knowledgeable in regards to sex and experimented with my thoughts and ideas. Going into sex, intimacy, and lovemaking with knowledge, understanding, and wisdom dissolved a lot of stress, fear, and anxiety which I’m sure played a role in pre-vegan sex days of premature ejaculation, randomly going limp, inability to become erect and/or maintain erection on certain days and at certain times. I didn’t experience all of the above a lot, but nevertheless, I did experience these and let me tell you, one time is too many. It’s a miserable thing when you want sex and the thought is there by your body is somewhere else. After becoming a vegan it would soon be revealed to me that sex is meditation and to really enjoy sex and intimacy the mind must be clear (of worldly things). You must also be in the moment.

All of the above greatly led to me having a very high self-esteem and confidence level pertaining to sex, lovemaking, and intimacy.

In all due honesty, I really never sexually pleased women like I did upon becoming a vegan, and I thought I was Mr. Stud in my pre-vegan days. I had some sexually memorable times in my meat-eating days, but they don’t compare to my vegan days. No way, no how! Every woman I’ve been with since being vegan told me: “Vegan is best!” and “Vegans make better lovers!” I concur!

I also must share this: upon becoming a vegan, my breath smelled sweeter and fresher in the morning. Morning breath, which is usually bad breath or foul breath, is totally dietary in nature.

The first woman I had sex with and made love to upon becoming vegan was totally mesmerized by everything she witnessed with me in regards to sex and couldn’t get enough. I became the criterion upon which she judged all of her boyfriends of the past. A whole new world opened up for her just as it did for me.

“Vegan Females and Pregnancy”

Vegan females can have healthy pregnancies just as non-vegan females can. In fact, the vegan female stands a much better chance to have a healthy pregnancy because she and her developing baby receives more wholesome foods than the meat-eating female.

I personally have helped birthed four healthy vegan babies. And none have ever been vaccinated either (as vaccinations are poisonous and toxic and therefore harmful to human health regardless of medical professionals have to say – remember: government officials have to say certain things as part of their jobs). Please read our article on “The Dangers of Vaccinations” in our article section.

The conscious vegan female also opts for a home birth over a traditional hospital birth that wrecks psychological damage on both mother and child. Remember: hospitals are a place SICK people go to. Pregnancy is not a sickness!

Pregnant females whose pre-natal regimens are based upon Dherbs.com products have healthy, safe, and sane pregnancies and deliveries. A Dherbs.com pre-natal regimen guarantees organic nutrition.
