A Quick Note
The reason we don’t recommend air fresheners is because they don’t work. The bathroom ends up smelling like a horrible combination of poop and whatever the air freshener scent is. DIY Bathroom Spray
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces distilled water
- 20 drops lemon essential oil
- 20 drops lavender essential oil
- 4-ounce amber glass spray bottle
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to the amber glass spray bottle. Make sure to add the oils first!
- The reason you use an amber spray bottle, or dark-colored glass bottle, is because it helps the essential oils stay fresh for a lot longer.
- Shake the bottle and then it is ready to go. You will have to shake it up before each use.
- Spray about 3-4 times on the surface of the toilet water before you do your business.
