Ingredients
- 8 mandarin oranges, juiced
- 1 tbsp. mandarin zest
- 1 Meyer lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 c sugar or honey
- 1/4 c water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, place the tops or sticks in the center, and place in the freezer.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and remove from the molds. If you run the molds under warm water, they are easier to remove.
