Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen overnight
- 1 1/2 c homemade almond milk
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ginger minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp. raw agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You can add a touch more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick for your liking.
- Pour into two cups and enjoy immediately.
