Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional topping)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, except the red pepper flakes and parsley, to a blender and puree until very smooth. Leave it blending a little longer to generate some warmth from the blade revolutions.
- Pour into a bowl and top with the red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
