Ingredients
- 1 c packed cilantro
- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Pinch of minced garlic
Instructions
- Puree cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, sea salt, pepper and garlic in a blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate in a glass jar for up to 8 days. Pour on salad as desired.
