As I move closer to the 21 day ending of the Detox I am looking at what I will do next. I am a carnivore at heart and I doubt that I will radically change that. I can see myself eating less meat and watching my fats, etc. I also can see myself not having soda. Before the detox I use to have 3-6 sodas a day, depending. My energy is more even keel from the reduction of caffeine and sugar.

I feel the positive impact of the herbs in and on my body and appreciate my friend turning me on to the detox program.

That’s pretty much it for the past two days. I am not a force fed writer and there is not much coming through at the moment.
