Found that great lettuce and wow is it mouth wateringly good.  Isn’t it wonderful to enjoy eating healthy even when people around you are eating like wolves!  Not nice I know.  But thank God I can love myself. Enough to eat and enjoy my road to health.  Still feel a bit tired today but I know what is going on and it is very empowering to have knowledge.  Tuesday is my day to catch up on lots of things and I have been hearing my inner voice so clear.

Detox comes in many ways and my spirit is rising daily.  My intuition, my inner voice, and the like. 

Four more days and what a blessing to see how day 20 is……………..
