What an incredible morning.

I had my hair in protection mode and finally had it done by a professional courtesy of my third oldest son for Mother’s Day.  I could really tell how much I have changed.

My face looks clear and slim!  I almost didn’t recognize myself.

I also, had the wonderful opportunity to attend a luncheon recognizing women who are making a difference for other and all women.  Yes, I said luncheon.  I felt so great, so healthy, so clear about choices.  The luncheon was delicious by all standards.  At dessert time, they made sure I had fresh fruit and only bottled water.  I truly believe when you make choices to do better, you receive better.  I felt that all my needs were met at a luncheon I could have dreaded going to.  But, I walked out feeling my spirit high in taking care  of myself.  Now this weekend is a bit scary.  I will have Mother’s Day to contend with.  I am not perfect, but I do see how the world will align itself with you when you make choices to succeed.

I also wore an outfit that I could not get into for a year!  How’s that for the blessings of the detox!
