Today was a tough day for me because I had a massive headache.  My body was a bit weak and I was nauseous all day.  I went over to the Sun Power Cafe to check out the raw menu and found something that I really liked.  The headache persisted through the night and I had blurry vision and even had moments of vomiting.  It has been too long since my last detox and these toxins are fighting with me because they don’t want to leave my body.  I have been doing too much these last two days, something that I would not recommend anyone to do.  On my next detox, I will take it easy the first week and not over extend myself.  My body really felt it.
