Today is the day I do the radio show so I had to plan for it in advance. I was using my mind a lot today and it was more clear. I can’t focus when I eat bread for some reason and I get really dizzy. I realized today I haven’t been feeling that way. I felt a real connection to the planet today and I have even been more in tune on stage. Everyone kept asking me tonight what I have been doing and when I explained, some told me I was crazy. I would normally defend my position but not tonight, I didn’t even feel the need.
