Today’s Natural Remedy: Coconut Oil

Did you know a tsp of coconut oil will help balance blood sugar levels? God is so Awesome!

Coconut oil can help maintain normal blood sugar levels and acts as an antioxidant, antifungal, and antibacterial agents in the body. When used for massages, coconut oil is removes stress from the body and is very soothing. It is also a healthy alternative for hair and skin care. Cooking with pure unrefined virgin Coconut oil helps with proper digestion and strengthens the immune system.

1 tsp of Coconut oil (w/a meal) is also good for counteracting and calming down cleansing reactions, diabetes, and asthma attacks.
