All morning I was craving chocolate! I drank my herbal tea, crunched on my carrots and tried not to think about it.

I was having a really good day until I went to the Urban Ballroom Social. In the rush to get ready and get there on time, I hadn’t eaten dinner. I was so HUNGRY! When I got there, all they were serving were hot dogs, chips, cookies, crackers with peanut butter and popcorn. I chose the popcorn to go with my distilled water. I was hoping it was the lesser evil of all the processed foods on their menu. I felt a little bad but….what can you do!
