Day 10. On the move. Heeeyyyy errrrbody. Today I spent the day with my son at his Karate tournament.

Mistake one: No snacks.

Mistake two: no water.

Mistake three: There for almost 6 HOURS.

Yes. That’s what I said. SIX HOURS. No SNACKS. NO WATER. Yes I still had to take my supplements. Umph. Yeah. Not a good look. Anywho the good news NO CHEATING!! The better news, I FEEL GOOD ABOUT ME!! Looking forward to the remainder of this journey…
