I had an appointment with my primary care doctor. She specializes in diabetes. Here’s the good news:

My A1c was 8.5 on my last visit, but it’s down to 7.1!

I know that the guidelines have been loosened for normal readings. It used to be 6.9 and under. Now, it can be between 7.0 and 6.5.

I am aiming for 6.5!
