- 1 c spinach
- 3/4 c filtered water
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 banana
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed

- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want to make it colder, add some ice cubes during the blending process.
