The best way to prepare for all the germs that will be passed around during back to school season is to play some serious immune offense.   • Peel or partially peel all citrus fruits or beets and remove the cores from apples.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you need to add some filtered water for a little blending assistance then you can do that.
  • Pour the blended mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a jar or cup. Make sure to squeeze all the liquid out.
  • Enjoy the shot as soon as it is made.

 

Ingredients For Immunity Shots

Lemony Beet Shot:

  • 1 beet (tops included if possible), peeled
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 lemon, peeled or partially peeled

Cayenne Ginger Shot:

  • 1 lemon, peeled or partially peeled
  • 4” piece of ginger, chopped
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons filtered water

Carrot Turmeric Shot:

  • 3 carrots, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 lemon, peeled or partially peeled
  • 1” piece of ginger, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

Leafy Green Shot:

  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 1 handful of leafy greens (kale or spinach)
  • 1 handful herbs (mint or parsley)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled

    Q: Please tell me which products will help my 11 yr old son eliminate or aid in his healing of this horrible disease (Allergic Fungal Sinusitis).     Q: I was wondering if you were familiar with the Rhogam shot. It is basically a blood product shot that is taken when pregnant women are tested to have RH- blood, this would be blood types such as O- and A-..etc. It is said that if you are pregnant by a man who is considered RH+ that the child can have serious issues, or you can have a miscarriage if you dont take the shot.     Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper.     Q: Good Day to you. July 07, I was diagnosed with having the auto-immune disease Myasthenia Gravis.     Q: My question is what could be causing my puffy eyes? I've had them for probably 6 or 8 months now (maybe more). They sometimes will have a little darkness added to them.     Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water.     Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.

     

    A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet. 

    Example:

    Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)

    Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories) 

    Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains,

    Q: My husband is experiencing severe lower back pain, and numbness in his leg. He has already had a series of epidural shots in his spine, and the pain is still there. He has been a body builder, and a healthy eater in the past. He is retired Army and thinks alot of the pain is due old injuries. I do not see any herbs for severe back pain. He is on Flexerol, 800 ml of motrin, and I believe next they will suggest surgery (fuse the bones together). Can you tell us what may help his back?

    It appears his condition is self-inflicted and not degenerative in nature, so herbs exclusively would not be of great help; only partial help. The drugs are making his condition worse. I would suggest he give the Full Body Detox, a try so as to purify his body so REAL healing can begin. The pain may always exist, but it could be contained. He should also see a chiropractic. Being honest too, what he is experiencing is the effect of his cause (what he did to his body under the guise of what he thought was the right thing to do in bodybuilding, and eating what he thought was healthy food).     Q: During a dental check-up today, my 6 year old son was given a shot to have a minor extraction and then prescribed Gel-Kam (0.4% stable stannous fluoride preventive treatment gel) to be placed on a few of his teeth.
