  • 1 cup water

Tip: Save a little of this juice and apply it around the eye area to decrease puffiness.

 

Juice for Sinus Relief:

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 orange, peeled

 

Juice for Acne:

  • 4-5 neem leaves
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 green pear

 

Juice for Detoxing:

  • 1 green apple
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch of jalapeno pepper

Note: Consume this juice throughout the day. It is actually recommended to thin it with three cups of water.

 

Juice for Colds:

  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric root
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple

    Q: My question is what could be causing my puffy eyes? I've had them for probably 6 or 8 months now (maybe more). They sometimes will have a little darkness added to them.
