How Turmeric Tea Benefits Your Thyroid

Belonging to the ginger family, turmeric was first cultivated in India and Indonesia, where it was used in culinary, medicinal, and religious practices. Turmeric Tea For Your Thyroid


  • 1-2 tablespoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup boiling water
