9 Reasons Sex After 50 Rocks

0-873272700-oldercouple

There’s no doubt about it: sex after 50 rocks! But I wouldn’t expect you to just take my word for it, or my sex advice, so I’ve asked around. Now I can say with certainty, straight from the mouths of sexually-fulfilled people over 50, that sex after 50 rocks and maybe I can inspire you to embrace the sexual advice of these experts.

They say 50 is the new 30. I say no thanks! I wouldn’t want to be 30 again if you paid me. Sure, I had more energy then and I could still eat what I wanted without gaining weight. But in my 30s, I was in the middle of a divorce, raising a baby and reinventing a career. Who even remembers what sex was like then? Life was busy! Pleasure was a good night’s sleep or hiring a babysitter so I could go and watch TV undisturbed at my best friend’s place. So sex at 30 wasn’t so great… why does sex after 50 rock?

#1 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Self-Confidence
At 50, you know yourself better than you ever did before. You have figured out who you are as a human being, what you like in life and from life. You focus on the things that are important to you. That new self-confidence equips you to live in the moment and embrace your choices — and those choices include the way you embrace sex and intimacy.

#2 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Spontaneity
Georgia just turned 50 and has been married for over 25 years. She reveals that not having kids around has opened up the spontaneity page in her marriage. She raves about spontaneity: it’s the reason she and her husband have ramped up their sexual activity. “It lets you be mischievous and naughty,” says Georgia. “We couples who have been married for so long know that any feeling of playfulness is welcome.”

#3 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: No Pressure
Robert is liberated and has discovered that sex after 50 is the most fulfilling he has ever had. “When you’re younger,” he says. “There’s so much emphasis on the physical part of sex and so much pressure to perform, being a man. Now I’ve found out that lasting longer doesn’t necessarily mean enjoying sex more, for you or your partner. Sex after 50 is more about connecting. Even if it’s casual sex, the focus has shifted from performing to relating.”

#4 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Self-Pleasure
June married young and was a virgin. At 50, she and her husband concluded that their lack of interest in sex was just the tip of a much bigger iceberg. At 51, June found herself divorced, with no understanding of sex and overwhelmed by her freedom. Sex after divorce was a nightmare. So she decided to buy some books on sexual fulfillment and experimented with self pleasure, something she had never contemplated before. Understanding herself and her sexuality opened new doors and with this new-found knowledge about herself, June began experiencing sex without guilt and as an expression of both partners’ enjoyment.

#5 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: No Worries
Even though George is in his mid 40s, he is dating an older woman and loves to give sexual advice to younger men. He was disappointed that all his relationships ended because he didn’t want to have children, even though he was upfront about this right from the beginning. Even women who said they didn’t want children ended up hearing the ticking of the biological clock. George met an older woman at a social event a few years ago and is still involved with her. The best part of their rockin’ sex life together, says George, is the clarity she brings to the relationship. He believes that when procreation is no longer in the picture for a woman after 50, intimacy can take on new meaning for adult partners, leading to an astounding sex life.

#6 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Spiritual Sex
I had a long discussion with Wade about the meaning of spiritual sex. He said that spiritual sex means expressing spirituality during sex and it is this that has made his sexuality after 50 rock. Spiritual sex, says Wade, is an expression of sexuality that you can have only after you understand yourself and your partner in a profound, almost mystical, way. Being older is a requirement. Spiritual sex transcends the physical act and may not even involve sex at all. It’s a way of connecting and merging souls, experiences and deep knowledge of the other person. It takes two to tango, says Wade, smiling at his own cleverness. Spiritual sex is not for the young or the faint of heart. It involves surrender and trust — definitely for people over 50.

#7 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Orgasm
Julia claims that ever since she turned 50, she can reach orgasm, even multiple times, more easily. These more fulfilling experiences are because she has become more selective in choosing her partners. Since creating boundaries around her sexual partners, the trust she places in them has allowed her to relax and be more present in her body. “I spend more time getting to know my partners now,” Julia says. “And have strong boundaries about when it’s time for sex in a relationship and when it’s not. Before, sex happened in the early stages of getting to know someone. Now, it’s postponed until after I’ve discovered more about my partner’s personality.” Because boundaries in relationships have brought Julia deeper connections, leading to more orgasms, she is definitely endorsing sex after 50.

# 8 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: More Time
Dennis’ sex life has definitely improved since he turned 50, simply because he has more time. A 58-year-old businessman, he says he has paid his dues working long hours and most weekends. He’s now in the fortunate position of being able to prioritize and can spend more time cultivating hobbies and dating. “Having more time to pursue my interests has made me a more interesting person, including in the dating world and having more time to date has opened up a more enjoyable sex life after 50.” While Dennis makes it clear that he is not willing to sacrifice his new found fulfillment in sex in favour of monogamy, he is willing to continue to invest time in his self-development.

# 9 Reason Why Sex After 50 Rocks: Clarity
“Clarity!” screams Megan with excitement even before I have a chance to finish the question. “Clarity has skyrocketed my sexual pleasure! Clarity all around. Mine, his, about who we are, what we want, where we’re going. About why we want certain things. Clarity that life is short and sex after 50 is mind-blowing. “The moment I got clarity,” says Megan, “my life transformed and my sex life became a lot more interesting!”

The best part about writing this article was the honesty and authenticity of the people I interviewed. They were willing to share their experiences and their sex advice so that others could understand why their sex lives had improved. It is refreshing to know that it isn’t just wine that improves with age. Sex after 50 is something to look forward to — unless you’re already experiencing it now!

Q: I know you are an herbalist and I have read your articles on relationships, but I really need to discuss an issue with a conscious person like yourself. I have a friend who is a conscious brother, he made it known that he doesn't want to be in a relationship, claims he's to busy, but he is into having a spiritual sexual relationship(releasing energy he says on a spiritual level). My thought is that in order to connect with someone totally on a sexual level they should be a unit to experience this sacred sexual experience he refers to, otherwise to me it seems a very clever why to have sex without the commitment of being in a relationship. I would really appreciate your thoughts.

    A:

Dudes can be so clever! He sounds like a Taurus! LOL!

He's using spirituality to justify having sex with you. There's no spirituality with a casual sex partner. This practice is deep and creates serious energetic connections via the chakras. There's no connection without being a unit and having a commitment. My motto is: no sex absent love and commitment (unless both parties agree)! Hope this helps you out!

Q: I have been married 5 years and my husband and I are not seeing eye to eye after the birth of our two kids. It seems like he has drawn farther away from me. It could be stress or job related issues, but the fact remains that he does not communicate to me about anything important in his life. He just has a closed shell when it comes to telling me things. Also, he stop paying the the rent for a while now. I don't know if this has anything to do with me making more than him financially. How can I approach my husband, with out hurting his ego and get him to talk to me about anything? But, I must say we are not affectionate to each other only when it comes to be sexual. What can I do?

    A:

Sometimes men feel like an outsider after children are born. It's because the wife has to give the children so much of her attention. He cant help feeling a little resentful or jealous. If you want him to open up. Give him some attention. Tell him you appreciate him often. Kiss him and love on him too. Men also shut down when they are not getting enough sex. Tell him when you feel sexual. Tell him you want him, and are attracted to him. This will help him to feel close to you again, and he will begin to share himself with you again. Treat him the way you want to be treated.

    Sending love and light.

Q: Dear Yogi, I read an article on your site about reverse Kundalini (anal sex). I don't know if you can answer my question or not - originally I was going to pose it to "Ask the Guru", but in my limited understanding, Kundalini is tied into yoga. I have been trying to get balanced by meditating, living my passions, writing, art, and belly dancing all unprofessionally, except for the first one (on a very small scale). I have been doing guided chakra meditations and other things, including yoga, and some dietary modifications. I feel I am gradually growing and living my purpose. However, incrementally starting in my mid forties. Anyway, I have been on this path for a couple of years now, and have more happiness and peace than I ever have. I don't want to get into a lengthy essay about my limited understanding of Kundalini, and the possibility of what I perceive is going on with my body (though I am very healthy) right now, so I will attempt to get to the point. I am grateful for my life. I have much more than many people if I were to measure. I feel like I am still blocked, though. About three years ago I dated a guy who sodomized me one time. He was a rapist, long story short and an error in judgement on my part. Though my intuition was screaming at me the whole time. I look at the experience as pushing me further along my path and teaching me to trust, love, respect myself, and defend my boundaries. What concerns me is that I feel that experience is still trapped within me to a degree, and I am worried that it will manifest into a disease. Often when I meditate on my root chakra I start crying. Part of me believes that I can't force anything, just have to let the process unfold in its own time. There is so much info out there that I find it overwhelming, and it is hard to know which to trust. So I have just been going with what resonates with me as far as technique. If you could offer me any advice, I would be grateful.

    A:

Hello, I would like to first thank you for sharing your story and your experience. It sounds like you are devoting time and attention to the many things, that will help foster a sustained health and healing for you in life. As you have recognized, it is very helpful for us to take intuition very seriously and to honor this innate ability to discern whether a situation will be harmful or beneficial to our growth and experience as humans. Very often the circumstances and challenges presented to us in life, as happened in yours, serve as great teachers in allowing us to witness our own great strength, compassion, and value. I am glad to hear that you have been able to take the very difficult situation you found yourself in and use your experience to create a better understanding of yourself in the process. While it is true that we tend to develop patterns of holding and habitual ways of holding tension within the body; this does not mean that there are not steps you can take to move through such a body, mind, and spirit experience. The fact that you are crying upon meditating on your root chakra is a sign that you have made yourself available to the grief that naturally accompanies traumatic situations such as the one you experienced. Keep in mind that when we deeply grieve, our bodies are able to express the energy that may have potentially been repressed during this experience. The energy of the root chakra is all about our ability to feel safe, strong, and supported. The violation of this energy can leave one feeling ungrounded and striving for our self-preservation. Try not to become fixated on the worries you are having about the experience arising as disease in your body, as worrying can lead to increased levels of chronic stress, which will potentially create an internal environment more vulnerable to disease - which is what you are trying to avoid. It might be nice for you to meditate on your right to be here, to exist on this planet, and to be valued. It may also be very nice for you to take some restorative yoga classes, which can be grounding and stimulating to the parasympathetic nervous system (assists in the healing process). Recognize that the body may be holding energy in a direct response to a real threat, but begin to create a safe, loving and supportive environment to allow yourself to begin to be able to let go of this holding as you feel safe. When working to heal the first chakra, it is helpful to get in touch with the direct experience of the sensations of the body and become aware of the physical experience of the body. This can be done with the assistance of an expert, to help you change the physical expression of your felt experience. We could also do something called "body dialogue" to put you more deeply in touch with what the physical expression you are experiencing has to teach you about how you are inhabiting the world you are in. There are also many forms of grounding exercises which can help to balance the first chakra. If you are interested in being lead through a series of guided meditations, please contact me at megan@ritualwellbeing.com. Namaste, Megan

Q: I think it is interesting that you spend a lot of time pushing your personal opinions and share limited advice. What do you understand about integrity and professionalism? Or even respect for others? I do not see it. If people are looking to you for help why do you spit on their problems? I was researching your site to help a client resolve their addiction to smoking. I have to say I was sadly disappointed to read your article. It is not helpful nor is it informative. In fact it enforces shame and negativity on those who seek help and positive life changes. I would hope you could restructure your article to benefit all. It would be beneficial to check out higher consciousness sites on herbal healing. I wish for you in this moment to find peace and resolve your anger and prejudice that is so apparent in your articles. Love, light and peace.

    A:

YOUR perception is not MY reality, Love. I am doing me and you do you. Tell you what: you do what I am failing to do or what you feel I am failing to do. This would be more appropriate. Pick up the ball where you deem it dropped. Talk is cheap and actions speak. I have done the actions and am doing them (read the reviews and testimonies on Dherbs.com). It speaks for itself. My new smoking article will reflect where I am presently, but it will still blast the ignorant cigarette smokers. One can't just blame government and the cigarette industry for the actions of the dumb cigarette smoker. Dumb and weak Americans must also foot partial blame, actually most of it, because they had a choice and there was no gun to their head forcing them to smoke. These people were simply weak and stupid and not to mention unconscious. Period! It doesn't sound nice but it's factual and truthful. I don't sugar coat the truth because sugar is a poison! The first article was written 6-7 years ago and that's why it's so brief. Thank you for visiting the #1 website in all-natural herbal products and raw uncompromising information that people all across the world are eating up and just can't get enough of.

Q: Thank you for your responds to my letter. The reason why I want to gain weight is for a health reason not for looks. Society has nothing to do with me gaining weight. I'm 5'11 1/2" almost 6' and my weight is 137 lbs. Now to me I'm underweight for what I used to weight in my 20s. I was 150-160 lbs then but as I'd reached my 30s and having a lot of stress weigh down on me my eating habit as well my weight decrease to 120 - 130 lbs. So as you can see I had lost about 30-40 lbs. So yes I want to gain my weight so I can be happy and healthy. I understand that "gaining weight is gaining waste" if you are doing for the society or physical appearance. But that's not what I'm looking for, I'm doing it for my health. So if there a way for me to put the weight on; do you have a suggestion. I will appreciate it if not then thank you for taking the time to read my letters.

    A:

THE BEST WAY TO PUT THE WEIGHT BACK ON IS VIA EXERCISING (WEIGHT LIFTING), PERFORMING VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES (SEEING YOURSELF WITH THE WEIGHT ON YOU) AND PERHAPS OVEREATING GOOD VEGAN FOOD

Q: I was online searching for some natural treatments for hair growth in Black Men when I came across your article. I must say that I believe it was so on point that I decided not to look any further. I'm 44 years of age and started noticing my hair thinning when about 12 years ago. I was one of those that you wrote about in your article chasing a lifestyle that is no longer an interest to me. I did fall into some bad habits that were not good for my health off and on over the past 15 years or so more off than on. My body type I would describe as athletic. I'm tone, and strong when I exercise regularly. I'm about 150lbs @ 5'11". My diet is mostly vegetables but from time to time I feel I have to eat fish or chicken. Not necessarily prepared in the healthiest way I'm sure. I just got out of one of my "on" spells so to speak. Meaning the drinking of beer and cigarettes. I've been smoking and drinking beer now since September 2006 after not having done anything but live healthy for six years before that. As soon as my wife and I came back to the states and started working and runnign again these old destructive habits appeared again in my life. I only blame myself though. Right now my hair and skin suffer from the chemical poisoning from the habits that I just mentioned. I am prepared to take your advice about righteous living to heart and start fresh again. Is there a mild remedy that can work with me to stimulate the re-growth of my hair in the spots where it is balding in that classic balding pattern? I am generally very healthy when I doing right and even now rarely get sick. But my sickness manifest in stress and bad habits to num the pain of having to live this way when don't really want to. I quit the job that I've been working for the past 4 years for that reason and have been blessed to have some time not to grind everyday chasing after money. Now is a crucial time of healing for me, and I must take full advantage of the time. Moderation is in order for whatever you can suggest for me in the way of herbal remedies. I am sure that you can prescribe a simple overall regiment for my overall health based on what I have shared with you with an emphasis on the hair and skin. Again, thank you for writing the article. Call or write. The sooner the better.......Thank You!!

    A:

I would say first detox with the FULL BODY DETOX and get your diet right CONSISTENTLY! Constantly clean your temple! This is key! Next, perform the TOTAL MALE CLEANSE. After this, do a daily regimen of HAIR SKIN NAILS FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, KHEMETIAN GOLD, and MSM SULFUR. Forgive yourself of past self-inflicted harm! Stop worrying about your hair loss. Start visualizing your hair growing back. If you can see it, you will achieve it! The mind is all and problems and remedies begin in the mind! BTW: we offer phone consultations if you're interested.

Q: I am a marathon runner, swimmer, and part time student. For my Entire Life since age 13 1/2, I?ve had either anorexia or bulimia, sometimes a bit of both. I am now 41. Yes, my teeth are hurting. Yes, I realize this is supposedly not optimal health, but I suppose my life has been so stressful for such a long time, that my eating 'disorder'edness has just been the coping mechanism that has kept me sane. Thing is, I realize I want to live a long, healthy life, and I need help. My thought is that a cleanse of some sort of toxins might really help me. Would you have any herbs to offer I could do that with, say, in tea form? Or any other sage. I really seriously hope you respond because I need help.

    A:

The Full Body Cleanse will greatly help your body to remove toxins.

Q: I have been married for 4 years and I just found out that my husband was diagnosed with ADD when he was a little boy. His mother told me that she had a nervous breakdown when he was inside her womb. I wanted know, is there anything that my husband can take to help stabilize his chemical unbalance. He has decided that he wants to walk away from our marriage because he is not able to cope with pressure. Please help a marriage that is divided. I love my husband but I don't know how to help him. I pray for him every day. That's all I know to do right now. But I just wanted to check to see if you had any suggestions or any articles that I can read.

    A:

Your husband needs to first detoxify his body (FULL BODY DETOX) and while detoxing he should take a few of the Crystal Elixirs (i.e. #6 and #7). After his Detox, he needs to take daily NERVES FORMULA and drink NERVES TEA. Prayer is good but actions are better. Get that man involved in activities such as yoga, meditation, etc. Have him Detox his body. Look for an energy healer in your area. What zodiac sign is your husband? Aries, Gemini, and Virgo are naturally prone to nerves problems.

Q: I was reading your article on Astrological Health and I am a Scorpio woman, born on October 31, who does not have a strong sex drive at all. In fact I've never really been into sex at all which has made my partners upset and discouraged at times and has had me thinking that something may be wrong with me. I have even considered seeing a sexual doctor about these issues. You state that the "Scorpio governs the genitalia or sex" and this explains our sex drive but yet I've been sexually active for 7 years and have also never had an orgasm. I was molested from ages 4 to 11 and sometimes I think this has something to do with how I am but I'm just not sure. I would really like to increase my sex drive and be able to orgasm and have considered taking your bunny rabbit formula in order to fix this but now knowing that astrologically I'm supposed to be opposite of how I am (which I've heard before but didn't know the extent until now), I'm beginning to think something is seriously wrong with me. What are your thoughts?

    A:

Please consider scheduling a consultation so we can get to the root of the issue and help you to unblock your blockages that are preventing you from truly enjoying sex and having an orgasm. Consultations are now half price ($50). There is healing and help for you! You're just missing the knowledge you require.

Q: Due to what I did with women in previous experiences, from time to time I tend to think, and worry about what my woman might do. She's a wonderful lady-she really is; and she's been upfront, and honest from the get go. But, I can get a little pessimistic about the relationship. But, I do that because I know how slick women can be. I've been on the receiving end of that slickness! So again, from time to time, that creeps up in my thoughts. And yes, I have been absolutely committed to her as well.

    A:

What you focus on with emotion is what you attract according to the law of attraction. If you continue to give these negative thoughts, your focus you will manifest this outcome. You have to consciously change this pattern to get out of your loop. When you feellike consciously, remind yourself of what you DO want. Allow yourself to create what you really want, which is to feel calm and in love with your amazin woman.

Q: I have had bacterial vaginosis for about 2 years now. My symptoms are not bad, as I only feel a little bit of itching and burning every now and then. But I do have a lot of discharge, which generally actually does not smell foul. The reason is gardnerella. I have tried all kinds of treatments from antibiotics, boric acid, homeopathy and magnetism, but nothing has helped so far. I've been a vegetarian for almost ten years now, although I do eat fish from time to time. I avoid breads, dairy products, eggs and seafood. However, I've been really busy lately and in a lot of stress, so I have been paying less attention to what I eat. I do prefer pretty comfortable clothing though. As far as treatment goes, I am not interested in daily baths or douches (have tried this as well based on a homeopath's recommendation) or anything like that, as I simply don't have the time or the conditions for it. I currently live in a Third World Country. What can and should I do? I am thinking more of supplements etc. I hope you can give me some advice

    A:

Please read our BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS article. It is very detailed and tells you everything you need to know and what to do.

Q: Thank you for the cancer info...It is welcome and beyond informative, however, I take issue with your remark that "women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men." Part of me is not surprised--men make comments like this all the time. I chalk it up to ignorance, as men enjoy living their entire lives not having to endure periods, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and lord knows what else. So because a woman does not want to have children--at all, or at a particular time in her life--she wants to be a man?! That's an illogical conclusion you are making. So why are there pregnant women with cancer, some of which who have never taken BC pills? Are women entitled to making any sort of control over their reproductive health? What about women who are infertile, naturally? If they develop cancer, is it because they never gave birth to a child? Are you willing to support all of the children that will result from women not being on Birth Control, since many people cannot afford several children on their incomes? This line of reasoning makes some women think that men really need to get over themselves. I think you have been reading too much Freud. Some women, present company included, appreciate our femininity and everything that encompasses being a woman. At the same time, this is not the dark ages--and even then, women chose not to have children during different times in their lives. Surely you are aware that in non-Western countries women utilize natural herbs to control their reproduction or as abortifacients? I am not advocating abortion; my point is that if you are going to criticize women taking BC pills, you may as well extend this criticism to women naturally preventing pregnancy via alternative means.

    A:

Birth control pills play a big role in female reproductive cancers. Women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men. In attempting to stop or prevent life (birth control), they are ending up losing their very own lives. And the birth control pills cause cancer in areas of the body that denote femininity (breasts, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus and vagina). This is a form of language here. You have disease and female organ(s) which basically means your disease is specifically related to an issue of femaleness or femininity, that's why the disease manifests in these "female" organs. In attempting to be like and compete with males, females compromise their feminine integrity and goddess nature which "eats them up" (anger, frustration, sadness, etc.) inside. When the cancer appears in any female organ, it serves as a sign or sensor that the problem lies on a deeper metaphysical level pertaining to emotions, thoughts and attitude."

Q: I just had a child 5 months ago... every now and then this really sad or hopeless feeling comes over me and I just want to cry for no reason. Even before I got pregnant I would get these feelings, I don't understand why because I'm pretty happy for the most part. Do you know what I can do to help me with this? Also, I have a swollen Lymphoid on my neck. It has been there for about 4 or 5yrs now. Do you have anything that would take the swelling out? I checked with a massage therapist and they wanted a statement from the doctor first but the last time I went to the doctor she said something about a biopsy so I didn't go back.

    A:

SOUNDS LIKE POST-NATAL DEPRESSION DUE TO MINERAL DEFICIENCY. FOR THE SITUATION AND THE LYMPH NOID PROBLEM I WOULD RECOMMEND PERFORMING THE FULL BODY DETOX AND CHANGING YOUR DIET, EATING RAW AND VEGAN FOODS. FRUITS COME FROM A WORD THAT MEANS, "JOY" AND VEGETABLES FROM A WORD THAT MEANS "GROWTH" SO FOR MORE JOY AND GROWTH IN YOUR LIFE, EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. OUR ELATION INSPIRANT MAY ALSO BE OF GREAT USE FOR YOU.

Q: I'm experiencing very high pitched ringing in my ear, I've read your articles on this and understand there are spiritual matters I may need to deal with. My question to you is, when you experienced the ringing and came to the understanding that it was of a spiritual nature... how did you focus enough to understand the message coming to you.

    A:

I simply just focused and went with the flow and maintained my (studying, meditation). I'd soon wake up in the mornings with my answers or they would come through the day. Living in sheer silence was the key!

Q: I am a Scorpio male; I've read the health issues of Scorpio and I will be honest. I have an obsessive sexual nature and do not practice safe sex. Many times I have been sexually poisoned by my partners. with your knowledge of Scorpio; is there any way to reverse this; what can we do to protect our most valued possession. Is there any hope for actual cleaning of the sexual organs?

A: We can better assist you if you tell us what exactly you're trying to achieve? Cleansing your sexual organs can help rejuvenate your reproductive system, but if you're looking to heal from an ailment the approach can vary.

Q: Hello Sir. I seek your recommendation for the following challenges I am facing. I tried "Colonix" cleansing system 1.5 years ago and the results were damaging. I had a bowel movement (BM) which I felt travel down my intestine like it was brillo. The result was a BM surrrounded with a thin coating of blood. I was shocked!!! I had always been fairly regular with my BM's 2-3x per day with occassional constipation during PMS time but since that "cleanse" I have been reduced to 1x a day maybe, hard as rocks and I am now a regular user of laxatives(which I do not like at all!!) Aside from that, I have gained 60 pounds and I am having a difficult time losing the weight. Prior to the "cleanse" I had NEVER had a weight problem nor BM problem. I have a regular DR. whom has stated I have no health issues, just the need to lose this weight. 2nd topic: I had an STD when I was 17 yo (37 now) which damaged my fallopian tubes. I have had 2 pregnancies 1 prior to and 1 after the STD, the latter resulted in a total abdominal pregnancy and the pregnancy (20 weeks) had to be terminated. I have not been pregnant since. The DR. removed 1 tube & ovary and stated the remaining tube was damaged. I went on the pill for many years, as not to repeat that experience, and have now been pill free for 2 years, not preventing pregnancy in any way, yet not becoming pregnant. I believe my body can heal itself with the proper natural remedy as I do not trust Western Medicine as a first choice. I have read many of the testimonials and have heard your ad's and believe in your philosiphy for better health. I would like to try your products but do not know where to begin. Please help. Thank you,
