This apple pie smoothie recipe can be enjoyed daily. There’s no buttery, white-flour-based crust or onslaught of white sugar — all the ingredients are wholesome, healthy and delicious! Feel free to adjust it to your tastes or to what you have readily available.
Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1 cup homemade almond milk
- 1/2 cup organic applesauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 3 Medjool dates)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Dash of salt
Place all ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy any time of the day — from breakfast to dessert!
