I have to admit that it took me a few trials before having a nice result but this one… is the best. Go ahead without any doubts, even if the pumpkin might sound weird or original, I tell’ya, it’s quite nice…
CREAMY PUMPKIN ACAI BOWL [VEGAN]
Dairy Free and Vegan
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup kefir or your fav milk
- 2 tablespoon acai
- 1 tablespoon lucuma powder or 1/2 banana (or both if you like it sweeter)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- roasted pumpkin
- fresh tahini
- cacao nibs
- raw pistachios
- mulberries for a touch of extra sweetness.
- Blend everything in your high speed blender (except toppings)
- Top up with the above toppings or the one of your choice.
