Anyone who’s suffered from them knows that how to get rid of stretch marks is no small task.
Regardless of how healthy you eat or how thin you are to begin with, stretch marks can be inevitable, particularly for women; they are one of the most common occurrences during pregnancy–50-90 percent of women will experience them during or after a pregnancy. There are other causes of stretch marks, too, including rapid weight gain or loss, which can affect both women and men.
Stretch marks can span across the hips, thighs, stomach, and breasts. They can be unforgiving and brutal. There are plenty of ways suggested to avoid getting stretch marks to begin with, such as maintaining a healthy weight, maintaining a healthy and hydrating diet and doing whatever you can to improve skin elasticity (massaging, dry skin brushing, etc.), all of which help to get rid of stretch marks as well.
This recipe incorporates some of the most powerful moisturizers and healing creams out there – cocoa butter, coconut oil, castor oil and sweet almond oil.
