- 5 ripe tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 1 small clove of garlic
- ½ fresh red chilli, deseeded
- 1 stem fresh basil leaves
- 2 stems celery
- 1 tsp virgin olive oil salt to taste
- 1 red pepper, deseeded
Juice all the vegetables and herbs, add the olive oil, season to taste with a little salt If you wish, and mix well. If you prefer your juice to be a vibrant red, add 1 deseeded red pepper to the vegetables and herbs when you juice them.
