In honor of Cinco de Mayo, which commemorates the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla, we will provide you with an array of raw vegan, Mexican-inspired recipes. Since you can’t go out to celebrate this year, bring the party and the flavor indoors!
