The Best Way To Keep Zucchini Noodles Fresh

When you are cleansing, we advise doing some prep work for your meals. This makes life so much easier when you get hungry, or when you want to take healthy lunches with you to work. Sometimes you just want to put as little effort as possible into dinner after a long day at work, which is when zucchini noodles come in handy.

 

If you haven’t boarded the veggie noodle train yet, you need to get on board. Zucchini noodles have taken the health world by storm. Grocery stores are starting to sell spiralized zucchini noodles, but it is so easy and way healthier to spiralize your own zucchini noodles. If you prep them on the weekend, though, what is the best way to keep them fresh for future meals?

 

The best way to store your spiralized vegetable noodles is to refrigerate them in glass containers that are lined with paper towels. The paper towel helps to absorb the moisture from the noodles and the airtight container keeps them fresh. If you blend a homemade pesto, cashew cheese sauce, or raw marinara sauce, you can store those in glass jars in the fridge for about 3-5 days. Toss with your veggie noodles when ready to eat and you have the perfect raw dinner.

    Q: I am the proud purchaser of your FBC system. My husband will be starting the regiment soon. His occupation requires him to work 6p to 6a, thus he sleeps during the day Fri - Mon. The other 3 days he is on a more "normal" schedule. My concern is around what times he should consume his meals/supplements. As you can see, Breakfast and lunch could pose a problem .     A: Thank for contacting us.  We're happy to hear that you were satisfied with the Cleanse and recommended your husband to do it.  He can adjust the intake of the capsules according to his personal schedule. If he works overnight and is asleep during the day, he can start the regimen when he is up.     Q: How often should one eat cook food? I'm a vegan, I do not consume any meat, seafood, milk what so ever. I eat water cresses like everyday so as cook food.     You can eat cooked food as much as you like. However, try to incorporate as many nutrient-dense raw foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, into your diet to make sure you are receiving an adequate amount of nutrients.

    Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper. Is it safe to give myself an enema 2xs per day using a hot water bottle filled with fresh squeezed organic lemon and distilled water?     Breakfast: Green smoothie

    Bridge: raw bar, handful of nuts or seeds, or fruit

    Lunch: Raw wraps made from collard greens. use a base of tahini, hummus, or nut butter. Fill with sprouts and colorful veggies

    Bridge: raw bar, handful nuts or seeds, or fruit

    Dinner: Raw pasta with a large salad

    Snack: Sorbet

    Q: I am on day 4 of the FULL BODY DETOX and was wondering what else can or should I eat besides toss salad and fruits and veggies.     Q: The reason I have chronic constipation is not because of diet, I eat very healthy, it is because of pain medication (narcotics), that I have to take to be able to stand the excruciating pain I am suffering from 5 spinal surgeries (I have metal rods in my spine from my shoulder blades to my tailbone).     Q: I completed FULL BODY DETOX and the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN. I went to get a full STD test including HIV the 1st week in July. My results were normal, but I called the doctor back to make sure herpes was included in the tests she ran and her nurse said I will need to come back in for that additional test.
