The Number One Surgery That Women Don’t Need

hysterectomy

So you’re in the market for a hysterectomy, are you? The top things to take into account are the potential side effects, which your doctor may not tell you about or thoroughly explain, that may occur. From vaginal shortening, nerve issues, loss of sensation, bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse to urinary incontinence, there are many factors to consider. While these are only some of the side affects, we’ve got some information that will hopefully steer you away from this surgery that women don’t really need.

Women are lead to believe a hysterectomy is good because of the “instant relief” factor. Whether you have fibroids, ovarian cysts, or endometriosis, the decision to get a hysterectomy isn’t something that you should say yes to. A female’s reproductive organs are essential to womanhood from the time a woman starts puberty and even after she is in menopause. By removing any part of the female reproductive system, a woman immediately throws off her hormonal balance. This can launch a younger woman into menopause and can make weight loss near impossible.

Did you know that there are over half a million hysterectomies performed every year in America? How are all these surgeries necessary? The reason for this is because doctors sway you into thinking that the procedure is absolutely necessary and that alternative or natural remedies won’t be effective. Additionally, a hysterectomy can cost anywhere from $8,000-$15,000. Multiply that cost by half a million and that’s a boatload of money that doctors are making.

One major complaint, which we at Dherbs often hear, is that losing weight after a hysterectomy can be a major issue. This is because you throw off your hormonal balance. When you have a hormonal imbalance, it becomes harder for your body to process things and regulate normal functions; thus, losing weight can become difficult and gaining weight can happen easily. This can be compared to having a thyroid problem, another hormonal issue. If your thyroid or adrenal glands are not functioning correctly, for example, weight loss or gain can be a constant uphill battle.

An important thing to remember is that the female reproductive system contains organs, which can be regenerated via natural remedies. One of the best ways to breathe new life into your organs is by cleansing them. You can target a specific organ or cleanse the entire body. The most common reason for hysterectomies are fibroid tumors, which can be remedied by cleansing the body, staying properly hydrated, drinking apple cider vinegar, using a castor oil pack, staying away from hormonal disrupting foods like soy and dairy, and eating foods with strong antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. It may take longer to get rid of them, but it is better than disturbing your hormonal balance for the rest of your life.

The best way to lose weight for women with hormonal imbalances is to first lower stress levels. Cortisol (a.k.a. the stress hormone) encourages blood sugar to convert in to long-term fat storage. Now, this is beneficial if you are surviving in the wild, but chances are that you don’t want to store fat for a long time. Ways to combat these stress levels can include yoga, Tai Chi, or other breathing exercises. These exercises can help lower stress and establish a healthy digestive system, which is integral for weight loss.

Cardio exercises are beneficial because they boost endorphins, speed up your metabolism, and strengthen your immune system. Additionally, watch your caloric intake. You don’t want to be consuming more calories than you are burning. Eating too much can also be common for those who get hysterectomies. Because hormones are out of whack, you will most likely craves salty, sugary, or fatty foods, all of which can lead to weight gain.

This is a lot of information to take in, and we’ve tried to discuss the issue we primarily hear a lot. There are some cases where a hysterectomy may be necessary, but we always recommend trying natural remedies first. For more medical explanations, you can read our article on hysterectomies. We just want to encourage women to try alternative remedies before delving into a surgery that is dangerous and unnecessary.

Q: Thank you for your responds to my letter. The reason why I want to gain weight is for a health reason not for looks. Society has nothing to do with me gaining weight. I'm 5'11 1/2" almost 6' and my weight is 137 lbs. Now to me I'm underweight for what I used to weight in my 20s. I was 150-160 lbs then but as I'd reached my 30s and having a lot of stress weigh down on me my eating habit as well my weight decrease to 120 - 130 lbs. So as you can see I had lost about 30-40 lbs. So yes I want to gain my weight so I can be happy and healthy. I understand that "gaining weight is gaining waste" if you are doing for the society or physical appearance. But that's not what I'm looking for, I'm doing it for my health. So if there a way for me to put the weight on; do you have a suggestion. I will appreciate it if not then thank you for taking the time to read my letters.

    A:

THE BEST WAY TO PUT THE WEIGHT BACK ON IS VIA EXERCISING (WEIGHT LIFTING), PERFORMING VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES (SEEING YOURSELF WITH THE WEIGHT ON YOU) AND PERHAPS OVEREATING GOOD VEGAN FOOD

Q: I just had a partial hysterectomy due to having a very low blood count, and finding 2 fibroids. Since the surgery, I am feeling very unmotivated, tired, and I have a very stressful job to return to. I used to weight around 190, and have dropped down to 180 since the surgery. I need to regain the blood level back to where it should be in my body. I need to become motivated, and full of energy again. I would also like to lose another 10 pounds, and feel better again. What do recommend?

    A:

I highly recommend you perform the Full Body Detox, and read our e-book "The Mental Science Manual", while performing the Full Body Detox. You should release your desired 10 lbs you seek to release!

Q: Hello, I enjoyed reading the information on your website. I have many questions, but my concern is that I am 43 year old African- American female, who would be classified as obese. Last year I had a miscarriage, which was devastating to me though we were not trying to get pregnant. I have a 16 year old healthy son. The doctor wanted me to have a hysterectomy because of my age and reported that I had non-cancerous fibroids. I chose not to as if I have the opportunity to get pregnant again, I would like to carry my baby to full term and deliver another healthy baby. My question is: which would you suggest I do first (as we know, time is a factor)? Should I do the full body detox and then the weight cleanse? I don't want to do the fertility program, but I'm not sure exactly why I lost my baby. I know stress played a major factor (I quit that high-stress job I was on) and after reading your website, realized that weight played a much larger role than I wanted to realize. I'm not trying to actively get pregnant, but because it remains a possibility, I would like to be as healthy as possible. My partner and I broke up shortly after the miscarriage, but have recently recommitted to a relationship again after almost a year apart. I am sorry for this long email, but your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely

    A:

First perform the FULL BODY DETOXfirst followed by the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN.

Q: My question is regarding fibroids. I have been told I have had fibroids about the size of someone 3 months pregnant. I have been told there are two in clusters. They gave me the diameters, but I don't have that information at this time. My OB/GYN has told me he believes it is causing me to be slightly anemic. I have been trying some remedies on my own like more exercise and a change in diet. My primary physician does not recommend surgery she has me taking iron ferrous sulfate supplements twice per day to help with my iron count. It seems to be helping. The only problem I have with taking the iron supplements is that it sometimes causes constipation and I am normally pretty regular. I usually eliminate 2 times per day sometimes 3. My OB/GYN on the other hand keeps pushing for me to having surgery.& amp; nbsp; They had me take BC pills, however I took myself off of them because they made me sick. I took them only for 6 months. I'm 45 and have never taken BC pills ever and I don't want to start now. I've never been pregnant. I flow heavy on my 2nd and 3rd day heavy and after that it is manageable. My cycle has improved however I want to reduce the flow on those days if possible and of course dissolve the fibroid if at all possible. Doctors tell me they won't go away unless removed. I used to be on my cycle for 7 days and 4 of those days were heavy. Now I'm normally on for 4 days and only the 2nd and 3rd day are heavy. I know that as I reach menopause they may shrink in size, however I'm still aways off from that. I eat no red meat however I do eat fish and poultry. I eat a pretty good balance of vegetables and fruits, mostly raw and steamed. I drink lactaid milk. I don't eat much dairy except cheese and eggs occasionally. I do have a weakness, I love potato chips. I know this is not good. I can feel the fibroid get bigger when I eat them. When I stop for a period of time it decreases in size. At least I feel like it does. I'm not a sugar craver, however during the week before my cycle I'll crave sweets. I usually resist. I feel it's my diet that has caused the fibroids as well as every female in my family has had a hysterectomy due to fibroids. I think it is also hereditary as well. Whatever the case I'd like to know what regimen can you put me on that will help me? The goal is to reduce or dissolve the size of the fibroid so it is not affecting my iron level. I'm also starting to see my abdomen get bigger when I've always had a flat stomach. Perhaps this is me just getting older, however I think it's the fibroids. Constant low levels over time can't be good. I hope I have provided you enough information to give me your recommendation. If not please feel free to e-mail me for any additional information you need. I'm looking for a natural cure. Outside of this condition I'm in very good health. No problem with weight, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I'm pretty athletic and active as well. Please advise. I look forward to your recommendation.

    A:

I remember just recently e-mailing you on this inquiry. Your diet MUST CHANGE! Consider full fledged RAW FOODS and VEGAN diet during your healing transition. Lactaid milk is HORRIBLE for you. Did you read our â€FIBROID TUMORS†article?????? You need to keep on performing FULL BODY DETOX followed by Fibroid Buster kit and regimen, back to back! Continuously! Detoxing must become a lifestyle for you! For iron, consider Dherbs.Com IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA and MOON CYCLE FORMULA. Also, consider a telephone consultation because time is greatly limited in writing back in response to inquiries. There is much healing for you, Beloved!

Q: I am in need of cleansing my body and weight removal! (Removal and not loss because I don't want to find it again)! I need to remove about 80 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body and would like to do so in a natural way. I looked at both your Female Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse, but don't know which is a better option for me to follow right now? I eat a lot of organic foods, I juice (some) but need to increase my water intake (A LOT). I don't drink much soda at all and when I do it is organic carbonated lemonade. I realize carbonated drinks are not good for us and limit how much I drink. My body lets me know when I have eaten something that is not good for me by causing my hands and feet to swell. To reduce this I drink water. I am allergic to wheat and try to stay away from it as much as possible. I have few ailments and have started working out again (cardio and weight training). I also looked at your weight loss products, but thought I should maybe detox first. What do you think? Any assistance you can offer on your products and which ones I should take is of great appreciation.

A: The best thing for you is the Full Body Cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse will allow you to remove unwanted weight, while also optimizing your entier body so that you can maintain that weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

Also, how much per month will these products cost and how many months do the kits last? How do you recommend I buy them? By kit or individual? Thank you for your time!

    A:

I recommend you perform the FULL BODY DETOX kit followed by the FIBRIOD BUSTER CLEANSE AND REGIME. Perform them back to back. Take a break for about a month and perform both of them again. Six weeks on and six weeks off. While your off of these 2 kits, take individual formulas of IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA, FIBRIOD BUSTER, and MOON CYCLE FORMULA. In re iron, you are taking POISON! The kind of iron you are taking is poisonous and mixes with sulfur in your body which creates constipation. I suggest Dherbs IRON PHOSPHATE FORMULA which is 100% all-natural with absolutely no adverse side effects! Also, you have to improve your diet. Nothing greatly causes fibroids than DAIRY PRODUCTS! The meat, potato chips, dairy, etc. is filling up your trashbags (tumors). Go VEGAN and RAW FOODS! Start reading some of our free health articles, i.e. â€FIBROID TUMORSâ€, â€WHAT IS RAW FOODSâ€, etc. Dherbs products can greatly help you and you'll see and/or feel the difference (as long as you don't cheat on your diet). There is much help for you!

Q: Re: Daily Regimen for Weight Loss, Inflammation, and Staying Regular. Hello, I used the full detox and loved it. I lost 15 lbs and would like to continue using something natural to help with the weight loss. Also, quite honestly I loved the ease of the bm's. Even before I began the detox, I have limited my carb intake and it is almost painful to go to the bathroom now and laxatives can be very harsh on the stomach. So, if you could please recommend a daily regimen of dherbs that I can take that would be greatly appreciated. By the way - though I enjoyed the healthy regimen, I can not do salads everyday so don't even suggest it! LOL Thank You! Weight Loss Inflamation

A: Congrats on your success with the cleanse, we're happy to hear that you enjoyed it. If you're looking to stop inflammation within the body, continue to recondition your bowels and lose additional weight it would be best for you to cleanse again. It's safe to do the cleanses back to back. A lot of foods contribute inflammation and not being regular in regards to the bowels. If you keep a balanced diet you'll be able to achieve your goals. Raw food doesn't just mean salads. The main purpose for the raw food diet was to benefit from the foods and to give your body a break from the foods it’s accustom to. You’re giving your body everything that it NEEDS. Most people are successful with the cleanse and the diet when you open yourself up to the change. The diet was not intended to be a challenge, it's to benefit from live foods that help your body. If you decide to cleanse again, we suggest embracing the diet and trying new types of raw meals.

Q: A friend of mine purchased the Full Body Cleanse for me but I am a little hesitant about starting the cleanse. I am afraid that I won't be able to go through with it and that maybe I am doing it for all the wrong reasons.I used to weight 140 pounds in high school, but after I went away to college stress and poor eating habits I gained 50 pounds.I have tried a few different things and when I did not notice results I stopped them. Will it be different this time? Will I actually lose weight? I was also considering trying The Female Cleanse after the Full Body Cleanse. Would that also help with weight loss?

    A:

If you follow the diet and take the herbs as recommended you will 100% loose weight. Not only will you be expelling toxins from your system with help of the herbs but you will also be adapting to a raw vegan diet. The diet alone will help you loose weight.
The Female Cleanse is not design for weigh loss. If weight is what you are focused on then you should perform the Weight Release Cleanse, once you have performed the Full Body Cleanse that is. Never hesitate to call us at 866-434-3727, we would be more than pleased to walk you and guide you through the process.

Q: I am in my early 30's and have not been able to cycle for the last 6 years. I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, PCOS, and POF (premature ovarian failure). I have gone to weight loss places and several doctors and things have been unsuccessful. Currently, I am with a holistic doctor to help me to lose weight. I have also seen an acupuncturist. I'd like very much to know, what can be done to balance my body and restart my cycle. I do not believe in any of the things the doctors have labeled me with. I just want my body to function normally. Can you help? Can I take any of your herbs

    A:

OKAY, YOU SIMPLY HAVE A HORMONAL SYSTEM IMBALANCE AND AMENNORRHEA (NO MENSES). FIRST, PERFORM THE FULL BODY DETOX FOLLOWED BY THE TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE. DRINK FEMALE HEALTH TEA TOO DURING BOTH OF THESE CLEANSES. AFTER THESE CLEANSES, TAKE 3 CAPSULES EACH OF: MOON CYCLE FORMULA, FEMALE HORMONAL FORMULA, YONI FORMULA. STILL DRINK THE FEMALE HEALTH TEA AS WELL. CONSIDER A RAW FOODS DIET AND DRINK PLENTY OF VEGETABLE JUICE AND FRUIT JUICE. IF RAW FOODS IS TOO STRICT, GO VEGAN! NO MEAT, NO DAIRY, ETC. Q: I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago. I have been single for a number of years due to the death of my husband. I now have a wonderful man in my life and I enjoy making love with him. Q: I have recently had my whole thyroid gland removed due to cancer. My doctor has put me on Synthroid (150mcg) due to hypothyroid. I've gained about 20-25 lbs and I'm considering in purchasing your weight loss package ($165). However, I would like to know if you would recommend this product for someone like me with this kind of condition? Also, I've had several individuals and doctors tell me that my weight will not come off until my medication is at the right level and my body gets adjusted to the medication. Therefore, any diet and/or medication for weight loss will be ineffective. Please advise.

    A:

You have a choice to make if you are still planning on taking medication (drugs) while taking herbs. If you are going to take herbs and drugs at the same time you are defeating the purpose. Herbs nourish and cleanse while drugs pollute and toxify. You have a choice to make.

Q: At age 15 I started getting cysts in my sweat glands (under arms, under breasts, groin area). Doctors treated me with antibiotics and creams over the years... it left so much scar tissue...Around age 23 I had my sweat glands removed and at that time I was diagnosed with HS (Hydra denitus supporativa)... the problem went away for about a year, and eventually moved to another place (the groin).. seems to flare up monthly during my menstrual cycle.. Since then, I was diagnosed with kidney disease, I am a dialysis patient with High blood pressure, high cholesterol.. I am on at least 6 medications to regulate my blood pressure, cholesterol, potassium, and phosphorous levels.. Due to all these changes, my libido is extremely low and almost nonexistent.. I have a hard time achieving a climax with my partner...I am married with 3 young children... I've considered weight loss surgery as a way to finally get my weight under control as it has been a huge issue for the last 10 years. What can you recommend that I can take to detox and cleanse myself of all my health issues?? Is there really anything out there to help my situation??

    A:

Q: I have been experiencing very trying health issues for many years (over 25 years). The trouble began when my gall bladder was removed 26 years ago. I had mood swings, lack of energy, and severe diarrhea. Approximately 13 years ago I had an additional surgery for an umbilical hernia. Due to pre-op tests, my physician diagnosed me with thyroid disease and placed me on synthroid. This medication dramatically improved the digestive issues I had experienced for many years. I had very loose bowels when menstruating and when I was ill. I am overweight and have dealt with weight issues all my life. Three years ago I had a scare where I thought I experienced a heart attack. I spent three days in the hospital and learned of many health risks. My triglycerides were extremely high along with my sugar being borderline. I have been tested for diabetes on a number of occasions in my life but never show to be. There are numerous cases of diabetes in my family. My mother and one sister are insulin dependent and one other sister is on some form of pill medication for diabetes. At that time, I gave up sugar and began a regime at the gym. The have not eaten any sweets other than what I get in a little ketchup occasionally or some other kind of sauce that may contain some sugar. I have gone to the gym with minimal results in losing weight. I had a total hysterectomy six weeks ago. My regular GP has been on vacation and I've been dealing with one of her associates. This dr. sent me in for glucose tolerance and she has since diagnosed me as Type II Diabetic. She put me on a medication called "Metformin" and has me taking a 500 mg pill twice daily. I have only been on this medication for three days. I have been very careful to eat only what they say I can. I am experiencing the same issues as before with the diarrhea. Last night I was up all night with this and it is like water coming out of me. I am unable to find a physician who understands that I want to lose the weight, but cannot when I'm constantly dehydrated and feeling lethargic. When I have this constant problem, I am not able to do what I need to do for my overall health. Sorry to be so wordy but I wanted to explain the full extent of what I am experiencing. My friend told me to get on this website and explain my issues. He feels that you may be able to guide me in the direction of a natural product or products that can help me to have normal bowel movements and therefore begin doing the physical exercise that is needed for me to reduce my chances of becoming an insulin dependent diabetic.

Q: I had Hysterectomy 10 years ago. It was something that was really needed. I had lost a lot of blood, had female problems, from the time I had my first period. As I was getting older, it got worse. I went from a size 10 to a size three, didn't know if I was going to make it. What I need help with, is that since the surgery, I do not care about having sex anymore. I have tried different things, but nothing is working. I am allergic to certain lotions and creams. I just need to know if there is an herb out there that can help with my desire to want to have sexual relations again.

    A:

Now that the hysterectomy is performed, and certain damage done (read our article entitled Hysterectomy which should be up soon), focus on herbal aphrodisiacs. I would suggest you perform the Full Body Detox, followed by Total Woman Cleanse, followed by a daily maintenance regimen of Bunny Rabbit , Formula 69 Extract , Jackrabbit Tea , and Female Hormonal Formula . The Mental Science Manual will also be of help because everything is first created, and solved in the mind and you can use your mental power to get what you desire. There is a solution (answer) to your problem, Beloved. Remain positive and optimistic and you shall benefit.

Q: Thank you for the cancer info...It is welcome and beyond informative, however, I take issue with your remark that "women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men." Part of me is not surprised--men make comments like this all the time. I chalk it up to ignorance, as men enjoy living their entire lives not having to endure periods, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and lord knows what else. So because a woman does not want to have children--at all, or at a particular time in her life--she wants to be a man?! That's an illogical conclusion you are making. So why are there pregnant women with cancer, some of which who have never taken BC pills? Are women entitled to making any sort of control over their reproductive health? What about women who are infertile, naturally? If they develop cancer, is it because they never gave birth to a child? Are you willing to support all of the children that will result from women not being on Birth Control, since many people cannot afford several children on their incomes? This line of reasoning makes some women think that men really need to get over themselves. I think you have been reading too much Freud. Some women, present company included, appreciate our femininity and everything that encompasses being a woman. At the same time, this is not the dark ages--and even then, women chose not to have children during different times in their lives. Surely you are aware that in non-Western countries women utilize natural herbs to control their reproduction or as abortifacients? I am not advocating abortion; my point is that if you are going to criticize women taking BC pills, you may as well extend this criticism to women naturally preventing pregnancy via alternative means.

    A:

Birth control pills play a big role in female reproductive cancers. Women would be wise to just accept the fact that they are female by nature and God made them to have (deliver) babies and they should stop trying to compete with and be like men. In attempting to stop or prevent life (birth control), they are ending up losing their very own lives. And the birth control pills cause cancer in areas of the body that denote femininity (breasts, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus and vagina). This is a form of language here. You have disease and female organ(s) which basically means your disease is specifically related to an issue of femaleness or femininity, that's why the disease manifests in these "female" organs. In attempting to be like and compete with males, females compromise their feminine integrity and goddess nature which "eats them up" (anger, frustration, sadness, etc.) inside. When the cancer appears in any female organ, it serves as a sign or sensor that the problem lies on a deeper metaphysical level pertaining to emotions, thoughts and attitude."

Q: I have had gastric sleeve surgery and I have hit a wall with my weight loss due to a number of physical challenges and overall eating poorly (I am an emotional eater and have been very depressed due to my physical challenges). I am required to have between 80 and 100 grams of protein daily as a result of my surgery. Would you recommend the full body cleanse for someone like me? If so, would there be any modifications that you would recommend?

A: The cleanse is still okay for you to do. Some people experience difficulties digesting capsules after having the procedure. If this applies to you we recommend doing the Liquid Version of the Full Body Cleanse. The capsules are always more potent however. You do have the option of emptying the contents of the capsules into freshly squeezed juices, smoothies or herbal teas. http://dherbs.com/store/liquid-full-body-cleanse-p-560.html
