While it may not be cold across America, many states are experiencing some brisk temperatures. The cold temperatures, and the fact that cold & flu viruses are making the rounds, are not conducive to remaining healthy. Sometimes we tense up in the colder temperatures, but this is not good for your muscles and joints. It’s best to take a natural approach and warm up internally.

    Q: I am very much aware of herbs ayurvedic and regular from a child. What makes your product lets say for the lymph and blood work better than another brand.     Q: I recently had some blood work done per my cardiologist and the results were that my Triglyceride level was at 800. From my understanding, normal range is somewhere around 150.     Q: My friend is 34 and he has congestive heart failure. The doctor says his heart is bad, and he needs an LVAD- (left ventriclar assisted devise attached to his heart). He is curently taking the blood thinners lovenox and warfarin. He is a diabetic, and has high blood pressure. He has a mediport which include dovutamina, which helps the heart to pump. His heart is weak. His diet consist of meat and veggies. Should he have the lvad surgery which will lead to heart transplant? Should he keep his bad heart?     Q: I noticed the CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA contains garlic. My partner would like to participate in the detox program with me, but she has allergies to garlic that make her very sick. Her allergist told her that dried herbs have less of an effect because of the processing.     Q: I was reading your article about vinegar being harmful to the body because of its acids and I was curious to know what you think of the Organic unpasturized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with mother?     Q: I am going to do the full body cleanse and I am a kidney patient on dialysis. I wanted to know if my current medications will hurt me if mix the herbs with them. I have recently had an abnormal pap smear due to HPV and take lysine because of cold sores around mouth area (had problem since a little girl w/these).     Q: What Causes Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura? A lack of activity in the ADAMTS13 enzyme (a type of protein in the blood) causes thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TPP). The ADAMTS13 gene controls the enzyme, which is involved in blood clotting. Not having enough enzyme activity causes platelets to clump together, forming blood clots. In TTP, when blood clots form, there are fewer platelets in the blood. This can cause bleeding into the skin (purpura), drawn-out bleeding from cuts, and internal bleeding. It also causes small blood clots to form suddenly throughout the body, including in the brain and kidneys. TTP also can cause red blood cells to break apart faster than the body can replace them. This leads to hemolytic anemia. My 25 yr. old niece has this very serious, rare disease, and I wanted to know if there is any natural herbs to that can help her heal this condition?

    Q: Is sea salt and warm water a good natural laxative? If so how often do you recommend the use of sea salt for elimination? I was reading The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs and it gives this recommendation, along with drinking lemon water mixed with organic syrup and cayenne pepper. Is it safe to give myself an enema 2xs per day using a hot water bottle filled with fresh squeezed organic lemon and distilled water?     You can do it as often as you FEEL the need to drink or take it.
