People like to justify all of this holiday eating with dietary or weight loss resolutions in the New Year, but it’s rare that people fulfill those resolutions.

There’s nothing wrong with a little holiday indulgence, especially if you use healthy ingredients and make the food yourself. Problems arise when you purchase sugary store bought treats, which are typically full of excess sugar, fat, and refined carbohydrates.
