We love this idea of a startup that delivers imperfect produce to your door. Not only is it cheap and convenient, it’s also great for the environment. Sure, it may have a bump and bruise or two, but it still tastes just as delicious.
Q: I've had a bump on my gum for nearly 20 years. It is most likely an abscess, developed from a childhood injury. On occasion, it swells, and becomes slightly painful to the touch. A few weeks after, it shrinks again. Is there a natural alternative to a root canal?
I never heard of a root canal surgery for a gum boil or abscess. Gum boils usually go away on their own. They are due to a mucus-forming diet. Consider going mostly raw foods (60%), and vegan (40%). Gargle with hydrogen peroxide and water. Read my article "Oil Pulling" and start performing this exercise. Brush with our herbal Tooth Powder.

Q: I have a good dentist, that cares much about the health and service of her patients. The only thing is that, it's their practice that before they can do anything on you (ex. fill cavities, root canal or anything) you have to take antibiotics an hour before the appointment. This is for prevention of any infections during, or after the procedure. I read the article about antibiotics, and know how harmful it is for your body. I am soon going need to have an implant procedure done. I want to know if there is an alternative to antibiotics or something I can take to be ready for the surgery in oppose to taking the antibiotics for prevention of infections?
Most people opt for the antibiotics, and then after the dental work just consume carbon (activated charcoal). Antibiotics options would include Echinacea-Goldenseal extract, and Candida Buster formula which is 100% anti-biotical in nature. These products are all available in our store. Peace and Love!
Q: I have a bump on my anus that itches. Would you please help me to understand what it is and what I can do about it? Thank you. Please read the article "ANAL AND RECTAL PROBLEMS" located in our articles section on our site.

Q: I just received my FULL BODY DETOX in the mail and I am not sure of what diet or what to eat. Could you explain in more detail for me? i.e. what vegetables do you suggest (I hate vegetables :) I love fruits. Anyway, any help that you give will be appreciated, as I would like to start as soon as possible.

Q: Which are the best fruits and vegetables that promote weight loss during the detox and should the nuts be excluded? Do I need a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats in order to lose substantially and if so, are there fruits and vegetables in these categories and is there possibly a limit to certain ones?
All fruits and vegetables help to tone you to the weight you desire. Why exclude nuts? Weight comes from meat, dairy products, refined products, etc. Not natural foods! Don't worry about protein, carbs, etc. It creates confusion! Real food doesn't cause problems. Let all the dietary confusion go and you will be fine!
Q: Can you combine Vegetables (green leafy) with Vegetables (fruit-vegetables)? Are fruit-veggies considered fruit or veggie?
Green leafy veggies may be combined with fruit-veggies (cucumbers and tomotoes). Fruit-veggies are really fruit. You can always tell because of the seeds. Technically, anything that contains seeds is a fruit!
Q: I started the full body detox today, and found that I DO NOT like the salad dressing I made with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I found I could not tolerate it on my salad. What can I do instead? Another question is... I noticed lentils on the food combining chart. Those have to be cooked. Are those actually allowed to be consumed warm? I love the raw fruits and vegetables. I don?t have a problem, cause I love salads. I just need help on what I can have on it.
Check out our website for raw salad dressing recipes. You are bound to find one you like.
As for lentils, you are NOT allowed to have them while on the cleanse.
Q: I would like to ask what are or any remedy can you do for dental like cavity or tooth decay so what I'm asking is there any place I can got to for service other than going to an regular dental office thank you for your time.
I suggest you visit www.dherbs.com and read the article "BEWARE OF TOOTHPASTE AND DENTAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS" .
Q: Can I lightly sauté in Olive oil or steam my raw vegetables occasionally on the Full Body Cleanse? This is my second day on the cleanse and I am having a hard time eating crunchy vegetables.
Hi, and thanks for the question.
It is best to avoid oil for the cleanse and future dieting. Oil slows down digestion, reduces blood flow up to 30 percent for 3 hours after digestion, and is essentially a ton of calories with little to no nutrient value. When you sauté vegetables in olive or other oil you are turning a low calories highly nutritious food into a high calorie and low nutrient dense food.
Steaming is an ok option if done lightly. When you steam vegetables you do reduce nutrient value and destroy some enzymes. If you do you will lessen the impact of the cleanse to a degree but I would rather you eat the vegetable than not at all. The benefit of eating the vegetable lightly steamed is better than avoiding the vegetable.
Hope this helps,

Q: I just completed the Full Body Cleanse about two weeks ago and started the Pancreas Formula for my pancreas... I don?t have the money for the full kit but after the Full Body Cleanse I?ve notice my blood averaging +-200.....it had reached a low of 124 during detox. I bought cromium and have used it since the onset of detox at about 1200 mcg per day! My Pancreas is a piece of crap!!!!! I haven?t had ANY thing with added sugar or artificial, just green tea with stevia to sweeten it. NO Treats! The only regular food I get now is like lean cuisine type once or twice a day with fresh vegetables or fresh made Veg juice....I had went from 327lbs to 289lbs during detox but since I?ve went back up settling at about 296 and stable. I have cut everything I love out of my life! No Sugar, No Milk Products. About 6 ounces of meat A WEEK eat mostly live vegetables yet I see a Pancreas that needs to be punished for ruining my life!!!!! I try to help it and this is what it does for me! I don?t know what to do next.
If you can't afford the full kit or kits, order and drink some of our Herbal Teas to help maintain the pancreas in its normal healthy secretion. Cinnamon Tea can also provide additional benefits.
Your vegetable juice should consist of GREEN BEAN (Snap pea) and/or BRUSSEL SPROUTS, to help maintain pancreatic health.
Q: I have read about your detox system on your site and others. Here is the product that I am thinking about purchasing: Full Body Detox I have some questions... 1) Is there a diet plan or eating plan that comes with this order? and 2) I have 100 pounds to lose and am thinking about going on the Medifast plan. That is a high (vegetable) protein diet with no fruit and not a lot of vegetables allowed. Would these supplements in the detox plan help my organs that might be taxed a bit on this diet with very little vegetables and no fruit? I am skeptical about #2...I think raw fruits and vegetables are so important inour diets, yet, I do need to drop weight fast. I look forward to any thoughts that you might have.
Yes, the Full Body Cleanse comes with a dietary regimen prescribing an all-raw foods diet (fruits, vegetables, raw nuts and seeds). This means no meat, dairy, grains, or processed foods.
Q: I am allergic to fresh fruit, vegetables and peanuts. I have eczema. But I have not had an outbreak for about 10 yrs now. I really want to eat healthier but this problem is hindering my goal.
What's the problem? Who told you were allergic to these things? If you believe it, you will achieve it! The mind is powerful! I don't really believe you are allergic to fresh fruit because you require them for life. In re: eczema, please consider the FULL BODY DETOX. It will help you. Read our article on â€ECZEMAâ€. You can be healed!
Q: Mr. DHERBS are there foods- such as fruits and vegetables that would help humans, expands ones IQ, comprehensive level, and even be more humane, is there such a diet. LJ
Yes, there is such a diet and the herbivores in the wild are proof of it. Just eat raw foods and you'll be fine. Drink plenty of Gotu Kola tea daily and this will help expand the IQ. Our BRAIN TUNER Formula is very ideal for this
Q: I am 7 months pregnant with just a few symptoms (sciatica, low blood pressure, and change in appetite). So far, I have been doing pretty well. I take your pre-natal and calcium herbs. My fear is that I have no desire to eat vegetables. I only want fruit. Meat turns my stomach so I stay clear of it. I have just started gaining weight (3 pounds). What do you advise regarding the vegetables, low blood pressure, and sciatica?
In place of vegetables try taking 6 capsules of our ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD formula. For sciatica, try our NERVES FORMULA (also get massage and see a chiropractic). For low blood pressure, take CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA. For change in appetite, just go with the flow. Trust your body's natural inclination to change. You'll be fine. If you feel it's necessary, please schedule a consultation.
Q: How will the quality and safety of the herbs be affected by the radiated methods of the u.s. mail service? I do not feel very secure about this shipping method. UPS, FEDEX or DHL would have been better for me.
Herbs will still do their job, Beloved. The herb actually fights the radiation regardless of the source. That's how they are programmed, to fight that which is unnatural.
Q: Thanks for the great web site! MY question is what's the best way to get sodium. I thought un-refined sea salt was the best, but the salt article says "eat this salt only if you must." The great thing about pure sea salt is that it all or almost all the minerals the body needs! So what's the best way to get all the mineral and to stay in balance? Also is there a way to get Epsom salt that is sodium sulfate not magnesium sulfate? Is it a good idea to bath in the "good" Epsom salt.
You're welcome, Beloved!
The best way to get sodium is via vegetables (i.e. celery).
Sea salt is great source of sodium, but its a secondary source as it has to be processed from ocean water. Absent the process, it would not be available.
But it does provide minute amounts of trace elements.
In re Epsom salt, I haven't been able to find the sodium one.
I stopped using Epsom salt many years ago.
You could bath in the good Epsom salt, but sea salt is far better and more natural.
Q: I am interested in purchasing the 20 day cleanse. However I just read the diet while taking it. My only concern is that I do not eat salad or raw vegetables now. I do not like the taste and they do not agree with my stomach I eat almost every vegetable steamed. Is there any way to get around this. I can do fruit smoothies but for 20 days? Do you have any suggestions? thank you
A: Cooking foods takes out the nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial to our bodies, so eating food in it’s most natural state is best. Unfortunately there's no alternative diet to the regimen. The herbs work in conjunction with the raw food diet. You would need to consume some vegetables while on the cleanse. You can incorporate raw vegetables into smoothies, but it would be best to also consume whole foods.
Q: I am currently doing the Full Body Cleanse and my "meal" is typically a salad. To keep it interesting, I add different vegetables and fruits to it. I am not creative enough to think of other meals that I can possibly eat that consists of only raw foods. Any suggestions. I am struggling and I have two weeks to go.
A typical detox raw food program looks like this
Green smoothie: 1 1/2- 2 cups water / 1 cup greens / 3-5 medium pieces of fruit blended.
(see "Green Smoothie Revolution" Boutenko for more info)
Bridge: 2-3 medium sized fruits
Raw Wraps: collard greens as wraps/ tomato, cucumber, bell pepper / fresh herbs / Sauce (salsa/tahini/guacamole/ etc))
Bridge:2-3 medium pieces of fruit
Raw pasta: Zuchini sliced with a potato peeler / veggies / Homemade pasta sauce made in blender / sprouted quinoa or legumes
Snack: Sorbet: Blended frozen fruit in a blender
Hope this helps,
