Q: I did a Full body Kit, 10 months ago and was feeling wonderful. About 3 months ago I started breaking out REALLY bad. I have tried many things in trying to stop, but there seems to be no cure or end in sight. 1 month ago I went back on the pill, because I know that it will help. On day 17 I began spotting, I started the 2nd month directly after (doctors suggestion) it is day 6 in the new pack and I am still spotting. On day 4 I passed a large blood clot. I am very concerned about my body and I eat extremely healthy I am just very frustrated about my skin issues. Any thoughts?

    A:

The birth control pills have caused you to clot. BC pills cause clotting and eventually cancer. Personally, I'd deal with the skin issue. It isn?t worth dying over. Face problems convey the message that it's time for you to FACE something you've been avoiding in your life. Physically it means your blood is polluted and needs to be cleansed. Sounds like you need to detox again. While detoxing, perform facial steaming of your face. 2-3 days out of the week clay your face (with Bentonite Clay). Use Oz-Oil on your face after you steam and clay it. Healthy eating is compromised when you consume toxic matter such as pharmaceutical drugs.

Q: I want to find out about skin lightening or evening out my skintone. I am a dark skinned 46 year old black female, I do not use bleaching creams because they are cancerous, and I think that it borders on black female self hatred, But I have uneven, and very dry dark skin color, I would like to get my skin all to one tone, and moist and healthy. Do you have any ideas, or recipes for a natural bleaching cream?

    A:

Skin tone changes based upon life changes, just as your hands change based upon life changes. Live healthy, holistic, and everything will come back into balance. You see, evidently you did something for the skin to become uneven, after all, the skin was not always uneven. Something happened based upon what was going on in your life, and things you were doing and thinking. Go back to that period and reflect and start from there. Do the reverse and the healing will begin.

Q: I am having really bad dry skin problems. My scalp is very dry and I can pull huge chucks of skin out of my hair. My fore head is peeling and around my nose area is peeled off and has left me with red raw skin around my nose. I wanted to know what should I do to help solve my dry skin problem?

    A:

Wewould suggest you perform our Full Body Detox. Also, purchase the Full Body Cleanse Companion booklet and perform some of the soaks mentioned in there. The best soak is to soak in 2-3 boxes of sea salt and 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide for about an hour per day. After getting out of the tub, rub our Oxy-Oil over your entire body to help the skin breathe.

Q: When I use the OZ OIL my outer skin is very soft and subtle. However deep down in the skin I feel very itchy. I have been assuming this is the effect of the oil doing its job. After a few weeks I got the feeling that I should try to loofa off the top layers of skin so the under skin could rejuvenate its self. I suppose I am writing because I want to check to make sure that the deep itching truly is a positive healing process before I purchase another bottle. Also to prompt you for any other ideas you might have to help my condition. It is purely beauty based btw I don't have any skin illness.

    A:

The itching is a natural side effect that a healing crisis is taking place. Keep using the Oxy Oil at your discretion.

Q: I have an 8 month old baby that has severe a topic dermatitis as well as food allergies, and other allergies. He is currently on different skin creams and allergy medicine. I would like to know if any of your products could be helpful for him?

    A:

Yes, have him perform the Children's Cleanse. You can drop the extracts into his milk.

Also, apply our Oz-Oil to his skin every day throughout the day.

In addition, the child's diet needs to change. Consider a vegan (vegetarian) diet that is full of fresh fruits and vegetables to give your child the nutrients he needs for his body to function optimally.

Q: I was online searching for some natural treatments for hair growth in Black Men when I came across your article. I must say that I believe it was so on point that I decided not to look any further. I'm 44 years of age and started noticing my hair thinning when about 12 years ago. I was one of those that you wrote about in your article chasing a lifestyle that is no longer an interest to me. I did fall into some bad habits that were not good for my health off and on over the past 15 years or so more off than on. My body type I would describe as athletic. I'm tone, and strong when I exercise regularly. I'm about 150lbs @ 5'11". My diet is mostly vegetables but from time to time I feel I have to eat fish or chicken. Not necessarily prepared in the healthiest way I'm sure. I just got out of one of my "on" spells so to speak. Meaning the drinking of beer and cigarettes. I've been smoking and drinking beer now since September 2006 after not having done anything but live healthy for six years before that. As soon as my wife and I came back to the states and started working and runnign again these old destructive habits appeared again in my life. I only blame myself though. Right now my hair and skin suffer from the chemical poisoning from the habits that I just mentioned. I am prepared to take your advice about righteous living to heart and start fresh again. Is there a mild remedy that can work with me to stimulate the re-growth of my hair in the spots where it is balding in that classic balding pattern? I am generally very healthy when I doing right and even now rarely get sick. But my sickness manifest in stress and bad habits to num the pain of having to live this way when don't really want to. I quit the job that I've been working for the past 4 years for that reason and have been blessed to have some time not to grind everyday chasing after money. Now is a crucial time of healing for me, and I must take full advantage of the time. Moderation is in order for whatever you can suggest for me in the way of herbal remedies. I am sure that you can prescribe a simple overall regiment for my overall health based on what I have shared with you with an emphasis on the hair and skin. Again, thank you for writing the article. Call or write. The sooner the better.......Thank You!!

    A:

I would say first detox with the FULL BODY DETOX and get your diet right CONSISTENTLY! Constantly clean your temple! This is key! Next, perform the TOTAL MALE CLEANSE. After this, do a daily regimen of HAIR SKIN NAILS FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, KHEMETIAN GOLD, and MSM SULFUR. Forgive yourself of past self-inflicted harm! Stop worrying about your hair loss. Start visualizing your hair growing back. If you can see it, you will achieve it! The mind is all and problems and remedies begin in the mind! BTW: we offer phone consultations if you're interested.

Q: I feel I'm not in the best of healthy at the age of 34 but what is a good way to get myself and family healthy. My husband and I need to lose weight and get healthy this is the heaviest we both have been in our lives. We need your help and we want to start a family. What do you recommend please help!

    A:

I run a vegan health coaching program over Skype that you may be interested in. please check out the website at www.theveganeffect.com

It is my philosophy that we shouldn't be losing weight to get healthy we should be getting healthy to lose weight. If losing weight is your focus it will be temporary but if you get healthy it will be permanent.

The best way to lose weight in a healthy way is to change nutrient density of your foods (eat more raw vegan low fat foods) and to do a full body detox or cleanse. You can see detoxing options at www.dherbs.com

    Hope this helps,

Q: With my first child I had toxemia. This resulted in my skin becoming severely discolored. My face, neck, feet, legs, and overall complexion became darker and uneven. How can I get back to my regular skin tone? Also, which Detox system would you suggest I use while nursing?

    A:

That's easy! DETOX! DETOX! DETOX! I recommend you perform the FULL BODY DETOX after nursing, not while nursing; however, you can do mild detoxing while nursing (via herbal teas i.e DETOX TEA).

Q: Your website is great, I will definitely detox in November. I am frustrated because it's so hard to get my family on the "healthy bandwagon", I am perceived as crazy because I would like to start a raw diet. How can I help my family before it's too late? Also I can't find the smart water link on your site please help? Thank You

    A:

You can help your family by merely serving as the example of a healthy. Simply BE the change you desire to see in the world and others. JUST DO YOU! Your family member's have their own destiny and karma which is different from yours. Remember this! Every man for himself and God for all! We never had a smart water link on our site. Have you read our â€ALKALINE WATERâ€article? It's in the articles section on our site.

Q: I am a 49 yr. old black female. When I was younger I had severe cystic acne that left me with what the dermatologist calls "ice pick scaring" and enlarged pores. I had 2 full face dermabrasions in my 30s and have been on retina A from then up until now. I have a pretty healthy diet and exercise routine. My Father and a couple of Uncles of mine also had the same type of skin problems, left with the same aftermath. I use French green clay masks which slightly reduce the look of the large pores and a sugar, honey, and lemon scrub (I make it at home) and I use it on my face. I'm not unattractive, but my skin looks rough and dull and pitted on my cheeks and nose. All the doctors talk about scar revision (cutting),laser treatments, chemical peels, and all sorts of invasive surgeries. I don't want to go that route again and I feel bad about the way I look sometimes. Are there ANY suggestions that you can give that will help me?

    A:

SKIN PROBLEMS ARE UNDERLYING BLOOD PROBLEMS. CLEANSE YOUR BLOOD, GIVE YOUR BODY NUTRITION. STEAM YOUR FACE. KEEP CLAYING YOUR FACE. IMPROVE UPON YOUR DIET GO ALL RAW FOODS OR VEGAN DIET). A GOOD ARTICLE TO READ IS â€SKIN RASH†ON OUR SITE UNDER ARTICLES.
