I’m completing today by meeting all my goals and loving on myself with a great workout session.
Day 6
My first and hopefully only slip. We had company over, I cooked and felt it would be rude to not eat with them. I kept it down to Amish chicken and green veggies. I’m back on the program and determined to finish strong. I’m starting my regular workouts this week too.
Day 5
I’ve lost 7.2 pounds in 5 days! Still getting used to the program as a lot of foods I don’t eat. My skin is clearer and I’m excited to see what the next 5 days will bring. I take 2 boot camp classes a week and 2 days of cardio my body is shrinking and […]
