Q: I was reading your food combination chart and I was wondering if you recommend the eating of organic whole grains, like spelt, millet, quinoa, etc? What about cereal like Ezekiel 4:9?
You can eat organic whole grains, but not during any of our cleanses. The grains you listed are pretty nutritious, especially the Ezekiel bread which I myself eat from time to time.
Q: Do you have a chart prepared that lists all food groupings that can be combined such as what fruit & veggies go together? I have downloaded your food chart but it lists the groupings individually and not in a combination form. If there is another document available that lists it that way, please advise.

Q: I read the food chart for the FULL BODY DETOX. Is it ok to eat the cream of wheat while detoxing? I'm confused because on the food chart it mentioned alot of different foods, but it tell you the best thing to do is a all raw food diet such as salads and fruit, smoothies... I also plan to do the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN right after the FULL BODY DETOX and that requires a all raw food diet as well. So that means 2 months of strictly raw foods right? :( Its tough but I am determined too get rid of this hsv1 & hsv 2

Q: I got a question for you, I got a natal chart from you guys and it says my karma is in Virgo, I am a Scorpio. What does that mean, do I have problems with Virgo, do I owe them? Identify the qualities of the sign of Virgo (service, work, health, hygiene, etc.) and this will show you the areas from a past life that you failed and need to work on in this present life. You may need to serve people, work for free (charity) in helping others, and perhaps in the field of health (i.e. hospital or something).
The North Node also means the past life karma - area you need to work on (which is also Virgo; many times the North Node matches the 12th House sign which deals with karma). The 12th House and North Node are usually the same and mean the same - karma!
The South Node deals with the things (traits of Pisces) you learned well in the past life. These are strong resources you can use now in this life. Study what Pisces represents and these are the things you mastered in the past life.
Q: A lot of nuts & seeds that are on the food chart are acidic. Because our body should be alkaline during the cleanse is it ok to eat them?

Q: When looking at the Food Combining Chart I was wondering if smoothies are not a violation of all of the "recommendations." If it is suggested that certain items not be combined, how can smoothies actually be "healthy" to our bodies aside from the absolute nutrition they provide? The food combining chart is a suggestion for "optimal" digestion. It suggests we should eat mono meals optimally. This is often impossible and there is no evidence scientifically for this method. I am not sure how it would be studied anyway.
It is considered best to try to adhere to the rules to the best of your ability. However, mixing fruits and veggies as in a green smoothie is absolutely fine. The benefits of the nutrition you receive will out weigh any digestive disturbance that may occur. Feel safe to have green smoothies in your diet and cleanse.

Q: Can you combine Vegetables (green leafy) with Vegetables (fruit-vegetables)? Are fruit-veggies considered fruit or veggie?
Green leafy veggies may be combined with fruit-veggies (cucumbers and tomotoes). Fruit-veggies are really fruit. You can always tell because of the seeds. Technically, anything that contains seeds is a fruit!
Q: Yes I checked the chart for your herbal recommendations for each ailments and you have specific formulas for each one after completing the Full Body Detox or would it be better to use an entire kit for the specific need. Plus I am on a budget but want to get the maximum healing if possible. I have various needs such as female issues, sinus/mucus and a viral infection. Please help!

Yes, you can consume carrots or use them in fresh juices. Carrots are commonly used in juice recipes and provides various benefits. It is not good to consume too many carrots in your daily diet.
Q: This will be the first time my family and I have undertaken any form of cleansing. It will be the first of more to come throughout the year; but my question is which one do we start off with? The cleanse or the detox? Also, if you could recommend the specific children's products I would need for a three, five and ten year old I would appreciate it.

Q: I am trying to figure out what name numerology to use so that I can clear my karmic slate, step by step from your article. RESPONSE: Your name at birth is fixed, vibration-wise, so you carry the vibration (meaning) with you for life (entire life). It is your dominant vibration! It will never change! All names that you later take on in life (whether via marriage or name change for spiritual reasons) have significance and must be acknowledged and studied as well and read inclusively with the other numbers (original name's number). Name changes will give you meaning about yourself in the present under that present name and numerical correlation.

Q: I had surgery to drain a cyst on my right ovary, while in surgery the doctor hit my bowels, and they had to call in a surgeon to repair my bowels. I am on this low fiber diet now, and not able to eat raw foods. This means nothing in the green family like lettuce, or greens since they are hard to digest. This list includes no nuts, or fresh fruits with skin. How can I can complete a cleanse, if I am not able to eat the raw vegetables and nuts?

Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. I can barely move some days that is why I started this because I feel so unhealthy. I have a question about the nuts. I got all gun-ho and ordered $135.00 worth of organic nuts from nuts.com. I got raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and cashews and mixed them all up together (well I purchased 2 lbs of each but I only mixed up 1 lb of each together). Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Sorry I’m long winded I just wanted you to get the entire picture.

Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.
A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet.
Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)
Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories)
Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains,
Bridge: 2-3 apples
Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini

Q: I notice that my 5 year old son as a cavity, and also his teeth are of a grayish color. He does not eat a lot of sweets, and artificial foods. I try to eat food that is organic, lots of fruits and vegetables. My concern is that, he is not getting enough vitamins, protein, and calcium.
