Q: Yes indeed, the Full Body Cleanse Program truly works. I am so very glad that I persevered through the program. I took it like a champ after my first two initial days and the more my body expelled, the easier it was for me to complete the program. I look and feel wonderful!! I have to tell you that I really appreciate you and all the inspiration that I have received from the Dherbs staff. You are all top quality, just like your products. I'll be looking out for the weight loss regimen because I know your company doesn't half-step. Therefore, I'm bound to have results with following the instructions. I will always be one of your regular customers, as well as a walking testimony to all I meet.
Thank you, we appreciate your kind words.
Q: As a diet controlled diabetic I question being able to change my diet(to raw/live foods) while I keep up the same rigorous exercise and fitness program without suffering from too many low readings of which I am prone. The program has gotten me off insulin.I also have diverticulitis and seeds and nuts have been a problem for me in the past. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the question. I hope this helps. If you are under a doctors supervision I am forbidden to give you any advice that may alter a doctors advice. They have little to no nutritional training but their word trumps everyone.
What I can do is point you in the direction of programs getting the results you desire. Those three are Dr. Neil M. Barnards "program for preventing and reversing diabetes" (DVD,book), Dr. Gabriel Cousins "Raw in 30" program (DVD) and "There is a cure for diabetes" (book), and recently The Gerson Therapy has released a program for diabetes (book).
The common denominator in all three programs is a low fat vegan diet. The differences are that Barnard's program is a cooked vegan diet while Cousins' and Gerson's program are raw. All get results but the raw programs have a 75 percent success rate in 1 month where as the cooked version of Barnards get results in 6 months. Big difference.
I have gotten people off of insulin in around 2 months using a high raw and low fat vegan diet. I use no oils and nuts. I do encourage avocados and seeds for fats. However, with diverticulitis you must avoid seeds until your body repairs itself through a high alkaline diet. I suggest getting a bulk of your fats from avocados and coconut. I usually limit myself to a half an avocados worth of fat a day.
I would look into those books first and if you are under a doctors supervision bring those materials to him/her and see what they say.
I hope this helps.

Q: Last week was my first week on the detox program. I have a question about the charcoal - what is it used for? I know that it is part of the detox program, but what organ does it help to cleanse? I have stopped all meat and dairy products with no problem- but I am still having a difficult time with the sweet cravings. Any suggestions?
Activated Charcoal aids the detoxification process by helping eliminate toxins and heavy metals.
For sweet cravings, you can eat as much fresh fruit as you'd like while on the cleanse. After your cleanse is finished, you may wish to consume Sugar Control Formula to address those cravings.
Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate). I have my "Back to Eden" Book, I will continue digging for answers there too.
Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition. Good herbs that will assist include Gingko Biloba, Ginseng (all types), and Gotu Kola. Dherbs.com Brain Tuner, CNS, and Ethereal Bliss are also helpful for your condition.
Q: It was suggested that one should take supplements along with a detox program in order to not deplete the body of essential vits/minerals.
The herbal formulas you consume during a cleanse contain naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. There is no need to add additional supplements when on a cleanse.
Q: I am writing to ask a couple of questions. I was reading one of the articles and it talked about the different types of cooking oil not to use. I wanted to know what would be a good cooking oil to use? I was looking for articles on HIV but didn't find any. I heard you on Warren Balentine speak briefly about AIDS. Can you enlighten me more? Also you talked about a home first aid kit in one of your articles. What exactly should be in a home first aid kit and is this mentioned in your e-book ALTERNATIVE DIET AND LIFESTYLES MANUAL, which I am about to order? And by me having a Mac book would I still be able to download the ebook?
Using a Mac book to download, should not be a problem for one of our e-books. Good cooking oils include: olive oil, grape seed oil, safflower oil. In re HIV and AIDS and Home First Aid Kit, the articles will be up next week. So stay tuned, Beloved!
Q: Hello, I would like to know if the Parasite and Worm kit program will still be successful without the manual. I just didn't have the extra $20.00 for the manual. Can I still have 100% successful without the manual? Also when will you feature the 10-day Candida buster?
Of course! The manual is just for instructional purposes. However, I think you're talking about the optional Full Body Detox Companion. The Parasite and Worm kit itself has its own manual that comes with the kit. The 10-day candida cleanse is coming next month. So stay tuned
Q: I have completed your Full Body Detox program. I did follow up, with the recommended colonic. During the procedure, I was told that parasites were observed. I am now starting the Total Male Cleanse. Should I use your parasite product?
Perform the Full Body Detox, followed the Parasite and Worm Cleanse and Regimen.
Q: I just finished my Full Body Cleanse Program, which started out rough for me (I was very toxic) but left me feeling my best ever. Thank you for such a wonderful product! Now that I've completed the detox, I am now ready for your Weight Release Kit. Now is the perfect time for me to start since I'm clean from various toxins. Let me know. I just love you all for helping me and for offering the informative articles and products that you have available. Thanks so much, again. Your loyal consumer.
Glad you're feeling great!
You can purchase the Weight Release Kit directly from our site.
Q: I was recommended to start the 20 day Full Body Cleanse program; I was wondering does this affect your regularity. should I take this during a vacation time? I also smoke cigarettes should I quit while doing this? I just need to know before ordering your product so I can plan. I am from Canada and need to know how long before the product arrives.
The cleanse doesn't usually interfere with your regularity schedule. You can take it right away. We highly recommend you should quit smoking, as your are inundating your body with dangerous toxins. To smoke while cleansing would defeat the whole purposes of cleansing.
Q: I am interested in starting the Full Body Detox program. At this time, I would like to know which program is best for me. At current, I have started removing things from my diet as of 2 weeks ago (pork, chicken, red meat, I'm trying with the fish but it's hard!) I am not eating cheese but I still eat yogurt and every now and then I will eat a boiled egg (egg whites). I have removed soda from my diet, no coffee, I drink herbal or green tea, pomegranate juice or orange juice and I drink filtered water (I have a countertop filter that I change every 6 months and the Brita pitcher that I change every 2 months). Along with the supplement, is there an eating plan that you can suggest for me? I am eating more fruits and vegetables, but I would welcome suggestions on certain foods that I can eat while I begin my cleansing.
The Full Body Detox kit comes with a prescribed dietary plan and notifies a person what they can and cannot eat during the detox.
Q: I'm wondering which program I should do first, weight release or detox. I'm 340lbs 5'11. I'm looking to lose mass more than weight. I also want to rid the toxins in my body. Would I get better results if I detoxed before release?
Q: I AM CONSIDERING THE FULL BODY CLEANSE FOR MYSELF. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A 20 day PROGRAM. WHAT IS YOUR RECOMMENDATION OF HOW OFTEN A PERSON SHOULD DO THE PROGRAM?
The Full Body Cleanse can be performed 3-4 times a year ideally.
Q: I heard that regular detoxing removes toxins from the body, but in order to get heavy metals such as mercury, arsenic, etc. You have to do a special/certain type of detox design to remove heavy metals. Do your detox program remove heavy metals from the body? BTW I have large amounts of arsenic and mercury in my body. I notice your detox program is 3 weeks and most holistic practitioners say it takes 3-6 months to rid the body of heavy metals through chelation. If your detox program removes heavy metals do I have to do several iterations to totally remove heavy metals to an acceptable level?
The Full Body Cleanse removes heavy metals from the body via the use of activated charcoal. No other product removes heavy metal toxins like activated charcoal (carbon). Now if your focus is mainly on removing heavy metals, we suggest you use liquid bentonite clay (every other day while on the detox) and also drink plenty of vegetable juice that has plenty of cilantro in it. Cilantro is an excellent heavy metal remover, especially for mercury (due to mercury amalgam in the mouth).
You don't have to cleanse for 3-6 months straight to remove heavy metals. You simply detox (Full Body Cleanse), add liquid bentonite clay, cilantro juice, perform castor oil packs for liver cleanses, get colonics performed and do enemas (coffee enemas), drink oxygenated water (1 ounce every 30 minutes), fast (once you're off the detox); perform hot water soaks in 2-3 boxes of sea salt, etc.
Q: I have completed the FULL BODY DETOX program. How often should I do this?
Every seasonal change (every 3-4 months)! How did your cleanse go? Do you have a testimony for us?
Q: I noticed the CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA contains garlic. My partner would like to participate in the detox program with me, but she has allergies to garlic that make her very sick. Her allergist told her that dried herbs have less of an effect because of the processing. Do you think it would be safe to take, considering this is the only compound in the program that contains garlic? I assume it is a small amount and may not have a negative impact.
THE FORMULA IS BALANCED WITH OTHER HERBS AND IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY GARLIC, WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM. SHE'LL BE FINE!
Q: I've read that it's not a good idea to start a detox program while breastfeeding because the toxins are released through the milk to the baby. It that true or is there something I can start doing to detox before I wean my son?
THE BREASTS ARE NOT ELIMINATIVE CHANNELS SO TOXINS WON'T BE ELIMINATED VIA THE BREASTS. IF ANYTHING, THE BREASTS MANIFESTS WHAT'S IN THE BLOODSTREAM (OR WHAT'S EATEN)? WE DON'T RECOMMEND DETOXING WHILE BREASTFEEDING BECAUSE THE HERBS ARE TOO POTENT AND A WOMAN SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON THE BABY'S NEEDS MORE THAN HER OWN UNTIL THE BABY IS DONE WITH THE BREASTS.
Q: I am having difficulty urinating, I am overweight, bad health, heart conditions, torn quad in right knee. I am starting a physical therapy program as I email you. Two questions, will I need doctors permission to start taking a herbal program. And which one do you recommend to start.
