Q: A few years ago I did a face peel. I am of African and Indian descent and light brown complexion. My face is completely two toned especially on the forehead and the temple area. (very dark) Please tell me what I need to do to help this pigmentation fade away. I did a Full Body Cleanse in May and the rest of my body is glowing even some old scars I had faded away after the cleanse. I have been using the Oxy Oil on my body and I just started using it on my face (not sure if I should). Please help me.

    A:

Yes, keep using the Oxy Oil on your face! Also, keep detoxing and drink GREEN vegetables (juiced) to help restore your natural tone.

Q: I just started the Full Body Cleanse today! I reviewed the recipe section for ideas but I'm either allergic to the fruit or don't care for the vegetable. Based upon the Full Cleanse process, are there any other food combination or recipes I can do? I made the veggie shake but it was 'spicy' not sure why? Is there anything else I can add? I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

    A:

Could you explain a little further? What do you mean by allergic to the fruit? Do you have certain fruit allergies or getting a reaction to the fruit?

Changes in your body are going to occur. Know that your body builds up a culture of bacteria designed to digest your current diet. Your taste buds may have been hijacked by high fat, high sugar, high salt, chemically processed foods. It will take 3 days or more to begin the chance in culture. You will find as your body cleanses your taste buds will be significantly different.

Q: Can you recommend a good natural shampoo and conditioner I heard about some Indian products but I don't know the name?

    A:

We list them in the " Alternative Diet & Lifestyle Manual."

I use "Aubrey Organic" brand of shampoo and conditioner (available at good health food stores).

Avalon organic also makes good products.

Q: What is the alternative to not becoming a vegetarian? I still like chicken, fish, and some seafood’s. Can I still heal eating those and significantly cutting back on dairy (maybe once a week)?

    A:

SORRY BUT IT DON'T WORK LIKE THAT! YOU CAN'T EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS AND EXPECT TO GET HEALTHY. IT WOULD BE NICE, BUT IT JUST DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT!

Q: I have a few concerns and I'm hoping I can get help on, 1. I'm mixed with Indian and black, I have good hair but I have a bad case of thinning is there a certain vitamin that I can take to help me? 2. I'm diabetic and would like to detox my system and to get my blood sugar under control, will it help?

    A:

Please read the articles "DIABETES" and "BLACK HAIR, NAPPY HAIR", "HAIR PROBLEMS", and "WHY BLACK WOMEN HAIR FALL OUT"! These are in our articles section. Vitamins may help but the root may be your reproductive organs which manifest disease in the hair, i.e. thinning, split ends, etc.

Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate). I have my "Back to Eden" Book, I will continue digging for answers there too.

    A:

Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition. Good herbs that will assist include Gingko Biloba, Ginseng (all types), and Gotu Kola. Dherbs.com Brain Tuner, CNS, and Ethereal Bliss are also helpful for your condition.

Q: Can you combine Vegetables (green leafy) with Vegetables (fruit-vegetables)? Are fruit-veggies considered fruit or veggie?

    A:

Green leafy veggies may be combined with fruit-veggies (cucumbers and tomotoes). Fruit-veggies are really fruit. You can always tell because of the seeds. Technically, anything that contains seeds is a fruit!

Q: I just purchased the WEIGHT RELEASE CLEANSE AND REGIMEN and today is my first day. I'm unable to get through on our inquiry line. The diet isn't completely clear to me. Although it says miso soup is ok, I'm unclear on other things. For instance, is tofu ok? What about hummus? What do sprouted grains consist of? Would Eziekial sprouted grain breads and tortillas be ok? The miso soup is the exception to the dietary rule! NO tofu, NO Ezekiel grain breads (no processed grains at all). Sprouted grains are grains (or seeds) soaked in water overnight and consumed. They are not cooked! Hummus is okay (as it's not cooked). Recommended article: "WHAT IS RAW FOODS" Visit our articles section!

Q: I write you on behalf of my 37 year old aunt who is undergoing different physical illnesses in her life. The two illnesses that I mentioned in the subject area are the main two ones (not sure if I spelled them correctly, though.). The first being the meningioma-- a cyst that has already caused blindness in one of her eyes, and is now growing larger; threatening to do the same to her other eye, causing, God forbid, total blindness. I know you consider these names to be covers for the real, underlying issues. I have mentioned your Full Body Detox kit to her. My question is, what are your suggestions in regards to this situation? I know that if I am not there to support her, this program will probably never happen. We come from a family whose cuisine is Mediterranean, cooked, and does include meat and dairy. I have read your philosophy on these foods, though, I'm sure such a strict regiment will not be her way, indefinitely. However, I'm sure that the cleanses can be done, regardless of this fact. I'm not sure if I'm making much sense to you right now or not, however, your help would be greatly appreciated.

    A:

This person seriously needs to perform our Full Body Detox. You see, it doesn't matter what the disease is, detoxing the body is the answer - ALWAYS! I highly advise the person performs the Full Body Detox and drink Detox Tea during the 3-weeks.

Q: I just completed the Full Body Cleanse about two weeks ago and started the Pancreas Formula for my pancreas... I don?t have the money for the full kit but after the Full Body Cleanse I?ve notice my blood averaging +-200.....it had reached a low of 124 during detox. I bought cromium and have used it since the onset of detox at about 1200 mcg per day! My Pancreas is a piece of crap!!!!! I haven?t had ANY thing with added sugar or artificial, just green tea with stevia to sweeten it. NO Treats! The only regular food I get now is like lean cuisine type once or twice a day with fresh vegetables or fresh made Veg juice....I had went from 327lbs to 289lbs during detox but since I?ve went back up settling at about 296 and stable. I have cut everything I love out of my life! No Sugar, No Milk Products. About 6 ounces of meat A WEEK eat mostly live vegetables yet I see a Pancreas that needs to be punished for ruining my life!!!!! I try to help it and this is what it does for me! I don?t know what to do next.

    A:

If you can't afford the full kit or kits, order and drink some of our Herbal Teas to help maintain the pancreas in its normal healthy secretion. Cinnamon Tea can also provide additional benefits.

We also recommend a daily pancreas regimen of: Pancreas Aid, Pancreas Formula, and Sugar Control.

Your vegetable juice should consist of GREEN BEAN (Snap pea) and/or BRUSSEL SPROUTS, to help maintain pancreatic health.

Q: My husband has scar tissue on his head. He was hit on the head with a bat by some attackers (years ago). The top of his head is extremely hard like a rock --the entire thing is scar tissue. In the back towards his neck but still on his head is a larger patch of raised scar tissue. It is so severe that he has lost and appears to be losing more hair off the top of his head (I think it's because his skin isn't breathing or getting oxygen. He's tried everything from drinking Aloe Vera and applying this to all sorts of products. Currently he is using the skintight products (razor/hair bump, as well as the coco butter) however after reading your article about alcohol, I know they contain this so I don't want him to keep using it even though we are seeing some larger results than we ever have before with that product. We are both vegetarians. He has been a vegetarian for 15 years. He used to eat soy burgers etc., but has completely cut that out for about 3 months. He is now in his third week of raw food (as prescribed by your website) just drinking the green juice from Bolthouse (algae, wheatgrass, spinach etc.) and eating large spinach and vegetable raw salads. We are using the recipe that you included in your e-books. We will continue on a diet like this for the next year while we cleanse our bodies and keep this lifestyle. However, with all of that, my question for you is-- Do you have any recommendations for him to remove his scar tissue? I thought the OZ OIL would help. In addition, I'd like to buy him the FIBRIOD BUSTER and/or any other fibroid kits- but the website says they are for women (only?). Any recommendations you could make would be most appreciated.

    A:

I would tell you to keep using natural products (shea butter, OZ OIL, FIBRIOD BUSTER, MSM SULFUR, etc.) and let the healing take place at its own course. The more you focus on what you don't like (his head injury) the more it will magnify (not heal). His body is programmed to heal and it will but you must remain open to let the body heal at its own pace. Just continue to eat, think, and live right. He'll heal! Just give it time! Let nature do her thing!

Q: Hey, Question? What does it mean when your right-hand at the base of my pointing finger [just below my knuckle] lately it has been jumping, indiscriminately. Does this signify that my body?s trying to give me a message or what? I?m 27 (male); vegetarian more vegan, I mediate regularly and keep myself relatively balanced! If u can expand, I?d greatly appreciate it!!!

    A:

It could denote a problem with the nerve there, physically speaking. It could be a message to stop pointing the finger at others (or even your self). It could be saying "Let Go!" "Forgive!" Massage the finger. Talk to it!

Q: After I had my baby over a year ago I've had a constant discharge. There is no foul order just thin white. I've been to the Doc four times she says I had Bacteria Vaginosis and treated it with gel. Its back! Can I do a cleanse to get rid of this or change my diet. I'm vegetarian but I occasionally have pizza with cheese. Help!

    A:

There is help for you. I would highly recommend that you perform our Female Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse. Using a gel is only masking the problem. You need to address the root of the problem, and herbs can successfully attack the root of the problem.

I have read even though herbs are natural there are side effects. Are they any long term side effects of sage? I believe I have read an article of long term use. I know the herb "Bringaraj" is the king of hair and is good for grey hair. I buy this in my area. Also, Amla, indian gooseberry is very good for grey hair which she takes also. I purchase your herb'gray-less hair and she uses it everyday. She his young and I want her to upkeep her nice shiny hair and less greying. Is this for long term? Thanks

A: Yes, she can use the Gray less Hair Rinse as often as she likes. The rinse works best with consuming the Gray less Hair formula.
