    Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this?     Q: I have incorporated fish into my diet because I have been craving. Is moderation okay.... meaning my fruits for breakfast a regular lunch with salad and a salad for dinner okay to pretty much moderate other foods? It is challenging for me to become a vegan.     Q: Hi, I'm a 36 year old African/American woman with 4 children whose been trying to lose weight off and on for the past 16 years. I lose the weight but then I gain it right back after I go off of my diet.     Q: I am very interested in Dherbs herbal formulas - they appear to be high quality, good formulas. I have a question for you. I eat a vegan diet, about 50% raw foods (sometimes more), get regular exercise, and love to spend time in nature. I am a generally healthy person who rarely gets sick.     Q: I was wondering in your list you include foods that are classified as acidic (AC). I thought we were to avoid acidic foods so we can stay alkaline or do we need some acidic foods?     Q: I am a woman who happens to be diabetic and now I am pregnant. I would like to know what foods I should eat and restrain from while I am still pregnant. I am also taking insulin to keep my blood sugar levels low enough as not to harm my baby. They are telling me I need to eat dairy and meat to meet the dietary requirements for a healthy baby.     Q: I am in need of cleansing my body and weight removal! (Removal and not loss because I don't want to find it again)! I need to remove about 80 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body and would like to do so in a natural way.     Q: For starters I have been doing a lot of reading and coming into contact with folks who speak about live foods and how it can cure certain aliments. I have been dealing with type two diabetes for 7 years now. To top that off, I have been recently diagnosed with Type two herpes. What the hell?     Q: If I may ask, what is it specifically about the baby's diet that is conducive to eczema? We try to give her a normal, healthy, nutritious diet. Exactly which foods are acid-forming so that we may alternate them out of her diet? As for my wife, she has taken several detoxes in the past with no results.     Q: For the last few months off and on when I have bowel movements that are not "normal". I read somewhere that one's waste should float. My waste however comes out whole but tends to disintegrate in the water. I am very regular, I use the bathroom at least 3 times a day after each meal and maintain a pretty healthy vegan diet about 70% live foods. I was wondering if there could be an issue with absorption, or assimilation in my colon, possibly a fiber issue?

    Q: My father (age 56 who's between healthy and sick. jogs every morning, but doesn't eat healthy) has pain traveling from knee, back to shoulder, I, myself am very health conscious! but I can't put my finger on this one!
