    Q: Today makes day 9 of my FULL BODY DETOX (FBD). This morning I have an outbreak on my hand. I have been practicing telling myself I am Healing, but my job is stressful and yesterday I had a stressful day and this morning the outbreak on my right hand. Could this be part of my healing process? Can you suggest what I can do to alleviate the stress at work so this will not block my healing process of herpes? I am following the diet; however I have been kind of burnt out at times on the salads so I at least eat a salad and a bowl of steamed brown rice and frozen green peas that are steamed for 3 min. Is that considered following the diet? I still eat my fruit for breakfast daily, my salad for lunch and steamed broccoli (5min) and for dinner another salad, but for a few days I have eaten the rice and steam green peas. I basically want to know is it alright so if I eat it in the future.

    You have to learn to deal with your stress and stop reacting to it. Your subconscious mind is greatly blocked and therefore you have to realize your healing will come very slow. At a deep level you still believe herpes is incurable and your body is giving you this (despite the healing crisis of outbreaks on the hand). Your dietary deviation is understandable and not that bad but if you are tiring of salads opt for other things to eat.     Q: I have another question, do you have anything without Senna? Senna causes me to have anxiety. I am suffering with this pressure in the middle of my chest that comes from stress. Have you heard of Holy Basil? Please let me know I have used it before when my life became stressful. Do you have any ideas?

    Q: I just had a partial hysterectomy due to having a very low blood count, and finding 2 fibroids. Since the surgery, I am feeling very unmotivated, tired, and I have a very stressful job to return to. I used to weight around 190, and have dropped down to 180 since the surgery. I need to regain the blood level back to where it should be in my body. I need to become motivated, and full of energy again. I would also like to lose another 10 pounds, and feel better again.     Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate).     Q: I am 44 yrs.old five failed In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) over $150,000.00 and nothing to show for it! I'm frustrated and weary. I was diagnosed with endometriosis around 24yrs old, now I'm thinking I have started menopause. I still have regular periods, but I started with hot flashes. I'm unfortunately a smoker and made several attempts to quit, but it seems to be the only thing to appease my sanity, I've been depressed since I run a stressful home health company for the past 13yrs.     Q: I am a marathon runner, swimmer, and part time student. For my Entire Life since age 13 1/2, I?ve had either anorexia or bulimia, sometimes a bit of both. I am now 41. Yes, my teeth are hurting.     Q: I was wondering in your list you include foods that are classified as acidic (AC). I thought we were to avoid acidic foods so we can stay alkaline or do we need some acidic foods?     Q: My sister suffers from excruciating migraine headaches.     Q: I am looking for foods that will help to burn and speed up my metabolism. Also foods that are comforting. I have a problem with constipation please help in that area also. Thanks

    Thanks for the question.I will answer the constipation question later. Here are five foods that will naturally speed up your metabolism. The more efficient your metabolism the more efficient your body will burn fat. Who doesn't want that?! 

    1: Grapefruit. Due to it's high alkalinity and high nutrient density it is a great food to rev up your metabolism. Have you heard of the grapefruit cleanse? It works! It's possible it works because you are consuming less calories and fat. However, I feel it also helps the body stay alkaline and allows your body to shed fat.

    2: Spices, especially cayenne pepper! All spices and herbs have an alkaline effect making them super foods for weight loss. One Canadian study found the use of spices enabled people to burn up to 1,000 more calories daily than those not incorporating spices into their diet. Cayenne pepper can raise metabolism up to 25 percent in another study.

    3: Apples: Apples have 80 calories in them. It takes nearly 100 to digest them. What does that mean for you? that you are getting a ton of nutrients while getting negative net calories. Sounds awesome to me! Also studies have shown that women who eat three apples a day burn more calories than those who didn't. Consider pears in the same category.

    4: Leafy greens including green tea. Green tea has special metabolism boosting powers. That why you see the green tea extracts everywhere. However, the extracts do not work. There is something special about using the whole food. You need synergy and so does your food. Spinach, kale, collards, etc are super healthy (what a revelation!!) metabolism amping powers. Obviously are negative calorie foods that go along way.

    5: Seeds! Add seeds to greens, smoothies, salads, or just about anywhere. All seeds are potent but the ones that we are talking about here are the tiny ones. Flax, chia, hemp, sesame, etc. They all have wonderful balances of essential fatty acids and in nature the best way to break down fat is with another fat.

    Q: What are the various foods that I should eat for my melanin and also to reduce mucus in my body?

    For melanin consciousness, eat all natural foods (fruits and vegetables), especially all green-colored plants that you like to eat. get plenty of nutritional copper (mineral) as well. Make sure you are sleep between the hours of 12 a.m. - 4 a.m when you pineal gland is secreting most of your melatonin which is very anti-aging in nature.

    Simply eat ALKALINE (raw fruits and vegetables) and this alone will combat mucus and prevent mucus buildup. Mucus comes from cooking food and eating unnatural things, like meat and dairy products and other refined things (i.e. refined bread, pastries).

    Q: I am trying to stop ingesting unhealthy foods. I am trying to get rid of my large fibroids. In one of your articles you mentioned about the uterus. I am curious as to what happens to the uterus when the doctor performs an hysterectomy? Also, is there a daily regimen that I should follow to rid myself of the toxins in my body?     Q: How are you. I ran into your page on Youtube and subsequently did some research. Very Knowledgeable you are. I have problems with weight, stress, and erectile dysfunction. I work nights if I were to order your Full Body Detox does it need to be conducted in a different manner than someone who works at nights?

    Basically, you would just reverse the times you take the formulas. Instead of starting at 7 a.m., you'd start at 7 p.m. (or whenever you start your day or night). Just flip flop the time schedule. Plenty of people do this, those that work night shifts.
