Q: I have a question for you. I love reading your articles and I was reading about the importance of iodine in a vegan diet. I am vegan and I'm scared I'm getting iodine and you wrote that seaweed would fulfill that need. Did you mean Sushi seaweed, the roasted nori kind? Or fresh seaweed? I haven't been able to find fresh seaweed anywhere, except for already prepared seaweed salad. Also, how would you suggest I use the roasted nori seaweed? In smoothies? Because by itself it does not taste good.
No! Not fresh water seaweed. But seaweed sold in a health food store. One in a bottle. Try Dulse, Kelp, Spiriulina, or even Dherbs Iodine Phosphate formula.
Q: You have products that have Kelp as the ingredient. I have Graves Disease which is a hyperthyroid disease. Could you recommend another product that does not have Kelp to help clean my system.
Our Blood and Lymphatic Formula does not contain kelp. Most of our formulas do not contain kelp. However, natural and organic kelp will not harm you due to your thyroid condition. It is only unnatural, synthetic man-made kelp that would be a problem to you. Natural kelp may actually help you and your condition.
Q: Not many candy things we can eat, are these items bad to consume? Is it alright eat gummi, made of seaweed?
Yes! Okay to consume! Look at it, is seaweed animal-derived? Boom, there it is!
Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate). I have my "Back to Eden" Book, I will continue digging for answers there too.
Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition. Good herbs that will assist include Gingko Biloba, Ginseng (all types), and Gotu Kola. Dherbs.com Brain Tuner, CNS, and Ethereal Bliss are also helpful for your condition.
Q: What would you recommend to use for belly fat? How do you feel about the superfood powders that are out here today that are using things like wheatgrass, barley etc? Lastly is there anything that can help hair growth? One more, weight training should it be done if so how and with what kind of resistance? Thank you
1. FULL BODY DETOX 2. DHERBS 10-DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSE Super foods are great! For hair growth, hey, read our articles on the subject! Visit â€ARTICLESâ€. In re weight training, that's up to you, Beloved! I don't advocate weight lifting.
Q: I have thyroid problems. I am extremely cold sensitive. I spend the majority of the year cold. My hair is thinning. I would like a supplement instead of medication. Real Life health food store told me to take Kelp. I don't know if I have given it enough time. What do you recommend?
Please read our "THYROID GLAND" article" in our article section. Herbally, I recommend our THYROID FORMULA, ELECTRIC GREENS CELL FOOD, and IODINE PHOSPHATE Formula. Kelp is a seaweed and all seaweeds are good for thyroid problems.
Q: I just found your article on â€THYROID GLANDâ€. Very informative! So you answered my previous question in the article. However, I would like to know if I need to take both formulas and purchase seaweed as well? Thanks again?
Yes, take both formulas. Seaweed is optional!
Q: I would like to know what are the benefits of green food drinks (superfoods as I've heard them called) and how often could I drink them in a day. Thank you in advance for your wisdom!
The benefits are all positive: alkaline, energizing, nutritious, rich in chlorophyll, antioxidant, etc. and you can drink them as much as you like, just like many people drink wine, beer, coffee, Kool-Aid, milk, etc. as much as they like and never worry about it. It's all good!
Q: Hi to whom it may concern, I have a question about the TOTAL WOMAN CLEANSE product it would be ideal for me except, I am allergic to shellfish, and I see that this product has kelp in it.. is this product safe for me to take?
RESPONSE: Kelp is seaweed, not a fish! Two totally different substances altogether and thus nothing to be concerned about!
Q: In your opinion: What are the top three-four freshly-squeezed Juices and what their associated benefits? My wife and I are currently trying to work fresh-squeezed Carrot, Apple and Orange juices into our diets.

Q: There is a raw bar called Raw Crunch Energy Bar - Goji Berry, and a raw protein drink called-Raw Power! (Chocolate) Protein Superfood Blend (raw, organic), can these be taken on the detox to sub for a salad while at work?
As long as the nutrition bars are made from RAW FOODS, they are ok. Please check the ingredients label to make sure they are within the parameters of the cleanse guidelines.
Q: I currently have Hashimoto's thyroiditis (autoimmune disease, diagnosed at 20 as a goiter) and am currently taking synthroid medication...I would like to discontinue this and go down an alternative healing route because I don't believe in drugs anymore....I'm interested in the thyroid supplements, especially those with iodine with seaweed. On Sunday I attended a Health Freedom Expo and saw a Chakra healer, who put his hands on my thyroid, asked me to inhale/exhale 3 times and said I was healed? Is that true? Also, muscular dystrophy runs in my family...I am scared to get tested and am afraid for my kids, and although I haven't been diagnosed with anything, I would like to know what supplements I should take to keep me healthy. I am also interested in your complete body detox cleanse--the herbalist told me that I could try the total woman cleanse.
Start with the Full Body Cleanse, followed by Athletic Package. After finishing all cleanses, you should continue taking individual formulas. Formulas we would recommend for your issue are Brain Booster, MSM Sulfur, Vegan Protein, Athletic Boost, and Electric Greens Combo.
Q: SOMETHING YOU SAID PERKED MY EARS. I JUST GOT THE KYK940 IONIZER. THEY RECOMMEND 8.5 STARTING OFF, AND 9.5 ON A REGULAR BASIS, EXCEPT WHEN CLEANSING. NOW, ARE YOU SAYING I CAN'T GET BENEFITS UNLESS I DRINK A PH OF 14? BECAUSE IN THE BODY THE ACID WILL BRING IT DOWN TO ABOUT 8. ON THE CD I GOT WITH THE UNIT, 9.5 WAS PH OF THE WATER IN LOURDES, FRANCE THAT PEOPLE DRINK THAT LIVE A LONG TIME. I BELIEVE THERE IS ONLY ONE CAUSE FOR DISEASE, OVER ACIDITY OF THE BODY. CAN I GET BENEFITS FROM 9.5 ?
You misunderstand what I was talking about, Beloved. I was talking about "my" machine! Any water with a pH of 9.5 is going to raise your pH levels - GUARANTEED! You have a good unit and will benefit greatly from it! Drink high alkaline water (9.5 pH), as much as possible!
Q: My teenage son constantly has joint cracking. I've been giving him a combination of Flax, Borage and Primrose oil and a superfood w/Alga, Spirulina. What would you recommend?
Joint cracking can be treated with olive oil (1 teaspoon per day) or the oils you mentioned below, MSM Sulfur, Joint Formula and Calcium Formula, Black Cherry Juice concentrate (1 teaspoon added to cup of water, 2-3 times weekly); bathe in hot water, sea salt (1-2 boxes); and start stretching/moving the joints.
Change his diet - more fruits and green veggies! Cut out or cut down on the meat, dairy, refined grains and starches.
There is healing and hope for your son!
Peace and Love!
Q: What is the difference in the benefits of the Oz Oil, Healing Skin Oil and the Melissa Oil?
Oz -Oil doesn't have essential oils. Healing Skin Oil does have essential oils. We don't sell Melissa Oil by itself. Most people wouldn't be able to afford it!
Q: I have heard that there are tremendous benefits in taking coconut oil - three teaspoons every day before a meal. I have high cholesterol ( I just ordered your cholesterol herbs). Can I still take the coconut oil everyday or will this make my cholesterol go up?
A: Coconut Oil has tremendous health benefits. You should absolutely include it as part of your diet regimen.
Q: I am taking more than 20-30 herbal supplements a day and am wondering if it's okay to mix or take all of them at the same time. Here's an example of some I am taking: Burdock, Yellow Dock, Sarsaparilla, Kelp, Licorice Root, Oregon Grape Root, Red Clover, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Calcium, Magnesium, 50 Chlorella tablets 200mg, 10 500mg Spirulina capsules elderberry, echinacea, goldenseal, vitamin e, gotu kola, american ginseng guarana, dong quai, guggulipid, red yeast rice, hoodia, dandelion, cod liver oil, neptune krill oil, acai, psyllium husks, apple pectin, oat bran chromium picolinate, wormwood, damiana, st johns wort, 5-htp and pycnogenol not to mention others. They are mostly in gelatin capsules. I am concerned that too much gelatin is bad for me too!
You are overloading your body! Spread those supplements out throughout your day. Take 6 of them at a time every 3 hours or so. This is best for your body!
Oregon Grape Root
50 Chlorella tablets 200mg
10 500mg Spirulina capsules
red yeast rice
cod liver oil
neptune krill oil
st johns wort
We do not reccomend Gelatin capsules. Gelatin capsules are hard to digest in the body, which is why we offer vegetarian capsules.
Q: What's better, distilled or alkaline water? What are the benefits of each?
Alkaline water is better! Distilled is leeching (and good for detoxing) whereas alkaline is very cleansing and helps balance the body's Ph balance, but it too is good for cleansing but unlike distilled water can be drank daily.
Q: Besides its contraceptive properties, what are the other benefits of the Mexican Wild Yam Root?
Wild Yam is a great source of natural progesterone hormonal precursor. It helps dissolve gas pockets in colon, helps against spasms, (especially abdominal spasms), balances estrogen and progesterone levels, helps to regulate the female menstrual cycle, tones and nourishes female breasts, and alleviates pain (headache).
