Q: I had a question regarding the chicken pox and other child sickness. I wanted to know what must I give my 8 month old baby if he do get the chicken pox or other sickness. Q: I've made a lifestyle change about 8 months ago. I excluded all dairy, wheat, grains, gluten, legumes, sugar, oils (except olive oil). I still eat minimum amount of meat (chicken, fish) maybe 2 -3 times/wk. I'm slowly trying to eliminate meat totally as I only use to make my meals more filling. My plan is to do Ozone Therapy midway through the detox program, which also rid the body of toxins.

Q: What is the alternative to not becoming a vegetarian? I still like chicken, fish, and some seafood’s. Can I still heal eating those and significantly cutting back on dairy (maybe once a week)?

Q: I am at the end of the 3rd day of the Pancreas Cleansing Regimen, and need some clarification. I have kept away from man made sugars, dairy products and meat. Can I consume turkey and chicken while on this regiment? I assume I can eat fish.

Q: Hello I am currently on the full body detox and I have a question for you. How do you feel about organic chicken from a credited organic food store? I was wondering if eating organic steamed chicken was ok and whats your take on almond milk.

Animal products are not part of the detox program. The detox protocol is a raw food detox as well. Most if not all food should be consumed raw. Organic meat is a double edged sword. On one hand you have an animal pumped full of anti biotics and on the other hand you have an animal refused antibiotics if they are sick. Which they routinely are being that they are crammed in sheds. The amount of land required by the USDA to be considered free range is the size of a sheet of printer paper. Birds kept in such close quarters communicate diseases fast. I do not recommend any animal products when on a detox.
The main issue with detoxing is lessening the workload of the livers and kidneys so they can clean house. Animal protien is acidic to the body and forces the body to work overtime digesting the excess protein.
Almond milk is fine if you make it yourself. Its really not that hard to do if you have a good blender. If you can't blend it yourself you can buy it from the store but remember that it's pasteurized and probably has added sugars which you want to avoid.

Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? Q: Today was my first day of Full Body Cleanse, but I only made it through formula 1. After taking formula one, I started feeling dizzy and nauseous. I vomited a few times, and then I tried to eat something before taking formula two. Before I could take the pills, I began to vomit again. This was three hours ago, and I still haven't stopped. Blood came up a few times and a few green and yellow fluids. At this point, I have nothing on my stomach and everything I eat comes back up. Please help? Q: I have problems with my stomach and hemmorids with an bleeding fisher. I was too have an operation but scared of the knife. Q: I heard you today on The Warren Ballentine Show. I have been trying to convince people to eat right for months. My question to you is, for the last 6 months I have not eaten beef, or pork, I have eaten chicken about 5 times, but only white meat(breast, baked). Q: I purchased the ANTI-VIRAL CLEANSE AND REGIMEN kit. I began taking the regimen of capsules. For breakfast I had water and a banana. For lunch I ate a homemade vegetable soup (chicken broth and veggies). By 2:00 p.m. I began to regurgitate profusely. What did I do wrong?
