Q: I gave birth a week ago and am at home recovering. I feel like this was the healthiest pregnancy up until I was hit by another car who ran a red light. I was 34 weeks at that time. In the emergency room I did not know until afterwards that they injected me with steroids to speed up the development of the baby's lungs. This caused crazy side effects and at 37 weeks I had to give birth. She is fine, a little jaundice, but overall she is doing better than my first two children. I believe it has much to do with the fact that I took your pregnancy and calcium supplements. Thank You. My question to you is what should I be taking now? Q: You advised various stones black tourmaline, obsidian, and hematite to be placed on chakra point. Can you suggest any crystal that I can place in a bipolar persons room, and around the house? Q: I understand by reading your articles, and other related areas of study that the organs in the body are intelligent and have memory. The topic of organ donors comes up from time to time, and most recently in regard to recently deceased NFL player Chris Henry, whose family gave his eyes and other organs up. What is your perspective on this issue?

I respect free will, but our organs should never be donated. Never! The only exception is if the organs are coming from a very highly and spiritually evolved person (which is rare in our society). Organs carry memory. If you're born with organs you should die with them.

Q: I am just becoming a vegan going on 20 years in June, and it takes a lot of discipline. I was wondering if you knew any good recipes for some good vegan style dishes. Q: I heard you on Rev. Al Sharpton's show which was a treat. However, while you were speaking, I was reading your very informative article "Master Numbers". I started having this phenomenon start with me about 5 years ago. I would wake up at night for no reason, and the clock might read 2:17, or 4:17. All during the day, I might glance at a car tag spontaneously with the numbers 917. The number 17 would always be the base, with the first number constantly changing 217, 317, 417, 517 etc. The phenom is still going strong. We are both metaphysicians, but to date had not read anything as clear as your article. What do you suggest?

The number 17, You should focus on #1, and #7 as well as #8, (for 1+7 = 8). Cope you some good books on numbers, numerology, and Doreen Virtue's Angel Number book, and see what you come up with.

Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? Q: I've looked at both your product lines for fibroids and infertility. My doctor says I have 4 fibroids, and oddly unhealthy looking uterus with plenty of scar tissue and that's probably why I have been unsuccessful trying to conceive. He suggest I have major surgery to have all of the fibroids and scar tissue removed so my chances would be better. What do you suggest in my case? I am 37, my biological clock is ticking, and I cannot afford to have surgery and be out of work for 6 weeks.

Q: I have completed the Pancreas Cleanse, and I'm finishing up the Full Body Detox, I'm very disappointed! Reason being, I thought I would have dropped a lot of the extra weight, and I didn't. I did all raw foods, and started preparing raw snacks, made with nuts and dried fruits. In fact, I think I was eating too many raw nuts. I'm still working to help my body heal from the diabetes, but not sure where to go from here. Too many raw nuts could cause a feeling of being bloated, but nuts are pretty good to eat while detoxing. Most people don't have a problem with nuts, while cleansing. Okay, so you have diabetes and the weight is from the diabetes association, correct? It is ideal to first perform the Full Body Detox, followed by the Pancreas Cleanse. If you don't release the full 35 pounds of weight with these 2 kits, you then perform either the 10-Day Supreme Colon Cleanse, or the Weight Release Cleanse. Also, whether cleansing or not, drink 2 cups of Pancreas Tea daily. If the weight (waste), is due to the diabetes then your body responded to the contents of the Pancreas Cleanse (because your body needed it), and this is a sign that you should only be performing the Pancreas Cleanse, and not the other cleanses I named above.

Q: Hi, I am currently in the second week of the Full Body Detox. It was my decision to do this cleanse because I will be having a breast reduction surgery coming up on February 1, 2008 and I wanted my body to be in the healthiest condition possible (I have previously read the Toxic Tits article, but feel this is my last resort). Q: How are you. I ran into your page on Youtube and subsequently did some research. Very Knowledgeable you are. I have problems with weight, stress, and erectile dysfunction. Q: I was online searching for some natural treatments for hair growth in Black Men when I came across your article. I must say that I believe it was so on point that I decided not to look any further. I'm 44 years of age and started noticing my hair thinning when about 12 years ago. I was one of those that you wrote about in your article chasing a lifestyle that is no longer an interest to me. I did fall into some bad habits that were not good for my health off and on over the past 15 years or so more off than on. My body type I would describe as athletic. I'm tone, and strong when I exercise regularly. I'm about 150lbs @ 5'11". My diet is mostly vegetables but from time to time I feel I have to eat fish or chicken. Q: I am on my 3rd day of the fully body cleansing. I am definitely doing this to lose weight. I am a 52 year old, black, Christian, wife, mother to 21 and 14 year old girls, legal secretary who is 450 lbs. I am to the point now where if I don't do this I'm going to be housebound. I got raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and cashews and mixed them all up together (well I purchased 2 lbs of each but I only mixed up 1 lb of each together). Anyway, I was reading about how much calories are in nuts. Should I not pay attention to that because I was consuming a lot of calories in the first place or do I have to watch how many nuts I eat? I have put some nuts in a sandwich bags and basically filled it up and that is supposed to be my nuts ration for the day. I am also eating fruits and vegetables. So far the fruit have been grapes, grapefruit, red apples, pears, green apples and bananas. The vegetables have all been in a salad: tomatoes, celery spinach leaves, carrots, mixed in balsamic vinaigrette. I only ate the salad Monday night all the other times I have just eaten the fruit and nuts. I am also consuming approximately 75-100 oz of water. Sorry I’m long winded I just wanted you to get the entire picture.

Nuts are best kept to a minimum if you use them at all. Nuts are extremely high in fat and have the opposite omega 3- omega 6 ratio that is optimal for health. Seeds are best as far as ratios are concerned. Also nuts are truly easy to over eat and cause your nutrient ratios to be off.
A healthy vegan diet is a high raw fruitarian diet.
Example:
Breakfast: green smoothie. (500-1000 calories of fruits blended with a handful of greens and water)
Bridge: Dates and strawberries (500 calories)
Lunch: Salad with low sugar fruits (cucumber, tomato, squash, bell peppers) topped with fruit, beans, psuedo grains,
Bridge: 2-3 apples
Dinner: Raw wraps (collard greens) with low sugar fruit and tahini
Snack: Sorbet
