Q: Can I do a 45-minute cardio while doing the Full Body Cleanse? The Doctor claims I am a Type II Diabetic and I have decided to cleanse and then do the Pancreas Cleanse as well. I want to workout to tone up!!! Just wondering if I will have enough energy to continue to workout...I am doing cardio 4 x a week for 45 minutes.
A: You can still exercise while doing the cleanse, but we suggest only engaging in the light cardio instead of any intense workouts. Because you're on an adjusted diet that consists of mainly fruits and vegetables, you may burn through the foods faster as opposed to when you workout while consuming carbs or starchy foods. You can drink Green Tea for a boost of energy or consume raw foods that provides a natural source of energy. Foods that provide you with more energy include bananas, spinach, citrus fruits like grapefruits and oranges, apples, almonds and lemons.
Q: I am in dire need of some help. My cardio crp came back high 6.2 last year. It was a 5.6, the highest it should be is 3.0. Now, they want to put me on drugs. This is something I dont believe in. I'm having very bad leg aches, and 10 years ago I contracted Hepatitis A. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter. Can you can give me a recommendation?
You stated that are having issues with your cardio and liver (ie.,Hep A) functions along with some other things that are causing you to have pains in your legs. The issues that you are currently dealing with in your physical body can best be addressed by doing a Full Body Detox. I highly recommend this cleanse for people who are suffering from multiple sources of degeneration of the body. This is a complete cleanse for your body as a whole and will jump start you on a path to regaining your health. Let me also say, that pains in the body are signals that things are not well on a deeper level. And you must listen to your body and give it some relief from the things that you were doing to bring it to pain in the first place. Changes are necessary if your are to expect different results from your current situation. In addition to the Full Body Detox, I can also recommend our Headache and Pain Formula to help you deal with the pains you are having in your legs. You can find more detailed product information on the DHERBS.com website via Articles and Online Store. I hope these suggestions help you to make some good choices about what steps you can take to begin your journey of building your personal health!
Q: Currently use medication - atenolol/chlorthal, also currently using the following products - Cardio Plus, Cataplex B, C & G (Standard Process) and when I can afford it Oragonal Juice. I was referred to this site by a friend and find your articles very interesting. Would like to start using your products but I don't know where to start. Recently completed a 30-day cleanses.
BEGIN WITH THE FULL BODY DETOX. HOWEVER, DON'T TAKE THE HERBS WITH THE MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY ARE POISONOUS . HERBS AND POISONS DON'T MIX AND ACTUALLY DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE AND I DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY. BUT YOU'LL DO FAR BETTER WITH NATURE'S HERBS OVER MAN'S HARMFUL DRUGS. GLAD YOU FIND THE ARTICLES INTERESTING!
Q: I noticed the CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA contains garlic. My partner would like to participate in the detox program with me, but she has allergies to garlic that make her very sick. Her allergist told her that dried herbs have less of an effect because of the processing. Do you think it would be safe to take, considering this is the only compound in the program that contains garlic? I assume it is a small amount and may not have a negative impact.
THE FORMULA IS BALANCED WITH OTHER HERBS AND IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY GARLIC, WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM. SHE'LL BE FINE!
Q: My daughter continues to take 2 capsules of Cardio-Vascular Formula at night, 2 capsules of Brain Tuner in the morning, and 1 at night. Also, using the Children Detox Oxy-Drops. However, she still experiences palpitation, every morning when she wakes up from her sleep. She will get a severe epilepsy attack every 10 days, or forthnightly. The cycle seems to repeat itself. What else should I do, to reduce her morning palpitation, and improve on her epilepsy attack? Will Ginkgo biloba help or any other herbs help?
Give her Gingko Biloba, and Gotu Kola, preferably in tea, or liquid extract form. Also consider our Magical Alchemical Elixir. Give her our Heart Heart tea too! Clearly there's a problem with her heart, so target the heart!
Q: I am taking CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA almost for 6 months instead of my blood pressure pills and water pills from my doctor prescription before. I am doing very well with the cardiovascular formula bur still retaining water, sometimes I have to take my water pills that I am trying to avoid. Do you have some formula for I can take for my problem?
Try our FLUID BUSTER formula, Beloved! Eat plenty of parsley and celery too!
Q: Hi, I am interested in your raw foods detox however, I am in the gym 6 days a week doing spinning, other cardio & weight training, will I be able to continue with my normal fitness routine during detox?
Hi Karen, Thanks for the question.
Detoxing and fitness.
The best way to detox your body is to give it the tools and time necessary to clean house. There are many types of detoxes and many avenues for fitness. The best way to detox is to rest the body while giving it the cleanest foods and herbs. However, some light forms of exercise like yoga, swimming, jogging, pilates are acceptable because they are light and won't require the amount of nutrients to repair and replenish. A raw food detox is sublime and is one fantastic step towards a healthier body and mind. I encourage you to try it.
What I would do is scale back on the exercise for the length of the detox and have fun! Go hiking and enjoy nature. A light jog instead of a spin class. I guarantee you will not lose strength or endurance during the detox. Intense exercise increases the bodies need for nutrients and protein.
Imagine if you will you have a desk at work. And work keeps piling up and no matter how you try to efficiently make it through you can't seem to get ahead. What detoxing is designed to do is give yourself the time to clean your desk. The most efficiently way for that to happen is to stop the work from coming in. Heavy exercise may increase your workload. You want your body to be in a cleaning mode and not a repair mode.
Again I would continue exercises that are light and stimulating. You want increased blood flow and you want to aid you lymph system to pump efficiently.
Lastly, if you are training for an event it may not be the best time to detox. Detoxing symptoms can throw you off your game. Best time to detox is the off season.
Hope this answers your question.

Q: I received my order of the CARDIO-VASCULAR FORMULA and CHOLESTEROL BUSTER. My question is should I do a body cleanse before takings this formulas and should I take them at the same time?
BY ALL MEANS PERFORM THE FULL BODY DETOX FIRST! THIS WOULD BE BEST FOR YOU!
Q: I am 6'0 starting day 1 at 246, on day 4, I hit 236. But for 3 days I am at the same weight. Do I need to workout to lose more weight, if so what are some good workouts for my body type. Most of my weight is in the midsection.
Hi, thanks for the question.
Your body does not like rapid changes in weight and will fight you along the way. These are called plateaus. It's too early to panic and by the time you get this email I am pretty sure your weight will have shifted again. You cannot spot lose weight. Your body picks and chooses where it gains weight and where it loses weight. sometimes they aren't the same places.
Working out always helps the process. Here is a blog I wrote, Three Successful Fitness Habits for Sustained Weight, on three successful habits for sustained weight loss.
Fitness for weight loss is interval cardio training and circuit weight training.
Example of both would be:
Interval training on bike.
3 minute warmup
30 seconds of high speed
1 minute of recovery
repeat for 15 minutes till 30 minutes.
Circuit training (five rounds-1 minute rest in between rounds)
Mountain climbers x 20
Pushups x 20
Squats x 20
Bent over rows x 15
Crunches x 25
Without knowing your body type, sports history, and health history I cannot recommend any specific exercise. I run a highly successful internet fitness/health coaching company www.theveganeffect.com. If you would like a free consultation you can fill out the health history form on the main page and I will have one of my fitness coaches contact you.
Hope this helps,

Q: I really love what you're doing and you have a brilliant approach in getting the information out to the masses. I just finished watching your youtube footage. Very Nice! I am a Kung-Fu Martial Artist and I've been experiencing discomfort in my knees. I workout regularly. Is there any recommendation you could give me to quiet this discomfort and help restore my body, because my muscles are often sore.
Thank you for your acknowledgment, Beloved! Much obliged! Metaphysics: Emotionally, the knees (knee pain) refelcts inflexibility in your perception of the future. It occurs more often in those with an arrogant or stubborn personality, who are unable to bend to new ideas or to the ideas of others. Physical: Knee pain denotes inflammation and should be treated immediately. I recommend Dherbs.Com HEADACHE AND PAIN FORMULA, JOINT FORMULA, ACID BUSTER, MSM SULFUR, and ENZYMES FORMULA. Rub a natural salve product on your knees too (or essential oil of Eucalyptus and Peppermint). Rub knees daily with these oils. Apply olive oil on the knees first before you rub in these 2 oils.
Q: I did the Full Body Detox and it worked great. I went on the Cardio-Vascular, Cholesterol Buster, and the Khemetian Gold, (going on the 3rd week) but my blood pressure and cholesterol are up (went to the Dr. last Friday, BP up (187/102) and today he called me with my cholesterol findings. I don't want to get back on the medication (I did increase my Cardio-Vascular to 6 a day. I did order last Saturday Blood & Lymphatic, Circul-aid, and Intestinal Janitor). I want this to work can you give me some direction. I don't want to have a stroke or heart attack. I'm 55 and a Black female.
How do you feel? This is what counts!
What are you eating? Are you eating eggs, dairy, and meat products? Don't concentrate on what you don't want (i.e. having to go back on meds). Think about being med free and healthy! Stick with your regimen. It took time to get messed up, it will take time to heal. Healing requires patience!
Q: Truth indeed. I just finished watching this youtube video, on mass control, fluoridation, and mercury poisoning. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?Feature=player_embedded). I wondered if there were any herbs, or natural rememdies that can counteract this? I am in my mid 30s, and feel as though I am going through alziehmers (growing forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, foggy thinking, ADHD, hypersensetivity to noises so as to find it almost impossible to concentrate). I have my "Back to Eden" Book, I will continue digging for answers there too.
Don't look for answers or solutions primarily from sources outside of the body. There are herbs, but first use your mind. Mental healing! will your healing into fruition. Good herbs that will assist include Gingko Biloba, Ginseng (all types), and Gotu Kola. Dherbs.com Brain Tuner, CNS, and Ethereal Bliss are also helpful for your condition.
Q: What type of exercise is good for working out while on the Full Body Detox program? I'm afraid I won't have much energy and stamina for a high impact workout on a raw food diet. Any suggestions???
Thanks for the question,
· Light resistance training
It's best to keep exercise to a minimum. When you exercise your body pulls blood away from your core and into your limbs (fight or flight response). That directs blood away from your healing response. Also high impact or weight training requires more calories and more protein which will over work the organs that should be using their energy healing.
Hope this helps,

Q: I'am 62 years old and sometimes I forget things, and I have to do something this. I have a job managing a department of 50 employees in a Hotel in Miami Beach. Do you have something I could take in order to keep my brain and memory sharp and strong for my future starting now? Please, I appreciate your answer and thanks for all. My heath has improved so much since I started taking your supplements eyes formula, cardio vascular formula etc. Thank you, thank you, so much for everything you doing with humanity
Q: I've been eating vegan (mostly raw) for nearly 2 years. In the first year, I lost about 60 pounds. I still have about 50 more to lose and it hasn't budged in almost a year. I hear conflicting info about what sort of exercise would be best - cardio vs. strength. And any time I up my exercise, my hunger gets out of control. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the question. The most efficient way to lose weight from working out are high rep/low weight circuit training and through HIIT (high intensity interval training).
Your goal should be to increase metabolism and fat burning potential throughout the day. Both HIIT and circuit weight training are both effective. To be maximized you should exercise for 1 hour 5-6 times a week. You could alternate between cardio days and circuit training days. Here is an example.
Tues: Circuit training
Fri: Circuit training
Here is an example of a circuit and HIIT
Circuit. 15-20 reps 1 minute rest between sets. repeat for 20-30 minutes. (feel free to use the template and build your own)
Upper: Clean and press or curl to press
Lower: Alternating weighted lunges
Core: Reverse crunches
Plyo: Step ups
HIIT (can be done on almost any cardio machine)
3 minute warmup
-30 second sprint
-1 minute recovery
*Repeat for 15 minutes to 30 minutes*
3 minute cool down
Top fat loss mistakes for cardio and weight training
Cardio: Doing 1 speed with no resistance cardio. This kills me. Your fat burning potential begins and ends when you do. If it doesn't challenge you it will not change you. Atleast put the resistance on mountain or random.
Weight: Resting too long in between sets. Super sets are key here. Work one set while resting the other. Example of a superset is chest press and seated row together. Quad machine and ham machine. Pullup and shoulder press.
When you ramp up your metabolism you are going to have to eat more. Losing weight isn't about calories. Losing weight is about nutrient density. Here is a blog I did on eating for fitness and getting lean. http://the-vegan-effect.healthcoach.integrativenutrition.com/blog/2012/05/qa-eating-for-fitness-getting-lean
Hope that answers your question,

Q: I just stopped taking my medication for high blood pressure (10mg of Lisinapril) about a week and half ago. I started your regimen of Circul-Aid Formula, Cardio-Vascular Formula and celery everyday. Will there be any after effects from my taking prescription medication for a long period of time? Are there any other healing regimens I could undergo along with the current (i.e. cayenne/garlic)? I did the Full Body Detox in January (excellent), and plan on undertaking that regimen again in July. My only concern was the lasting effects of the medication. Also, the article on High Blood Pressure was very informative.
Drug residues will remain in the tissues for some time. The more you detox, take herbals, and eat raw fruits and vegetables (drink fruit and vegetable juice), drink good water, etc. The faster the drug residues will leave the body. Drugs are not assimilated in the body, because they are not organic, they end up lodged in the tissues of the body. When you take herbs, and eat fruits and vegetables, the tissues are cleansed and that's how the drug residues are eliminated from the body. You are on the right path, and I suggest you keep doing what you're doing. Don't even worry about the past drug medicine use. Stay in the NOW (moment), and focus on what you desire and you will be alright. A cayenne/garlic formula would aid you. Go for it! Make sure changes are made to the diet because it's the primary factor in HBP along with stress. Check out our "Dietary Choices" section under 'More Services' on the Home Page.
Q: I am in need of cleansing my body and weight removal! (Removal and not loss because I don't want to find it again)! I need to remove about 80 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body and would like to do so in a natural way. I looked at both your Female Cleanse and the Full Body Cleanse, but don't know which is a better option for me to follow right now? I eat a lot of organic foods, I juice (some) but need to increase my water intake (A LOT). I don't drink much soda at all and when I do it is organic carbonated lemonade. I realize carbonated drinks are not good for us and limit how much I drink. My body lets me know when I have eaten something that is not good for me by causing my hands and feet to swell. To reduce this I drink water. I am allergic to wheat and try to stay away from it as much as possible. I have few ailments and have started working out again (cardio and weight training). I also looked at your weight loss products, but thought I should maybe detox first. What do you think? Any assistance you can offer on your products and which ones I should take is of great appreciation.
A: The best thing for you is the Full Body Cleanse. The Full Body Cleanse will allow you to remove unwanted weight, while also optimizing your entier body so that you can maintain that weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
Q: I just purchased the FULL BODY DETOX and I have a question. I work a full time job (office work) and a part time job (cleaning). I'm worried if I will be able to work while doing the detox, I also workout (weight lifting) and with eating raw foods and no cooked food, I'm wondering if I will make it the 3 weeks doing this. I want to detox my body but I'm wondering if I can eat anything else (fish, chicken, baked of course). Can you give me some suggestions on what I can do or do you think I can do my normal things and still be on the detox?
The human mind can make or break you based upon its conditioning! Just take the cleanse one day at a time and FIND OUT for yourself what the reactions will be. You're all in the future worrying! One day at a time! One day at a time! Take things one day at a time. Read the article â€WHAT IS RAW FOODS†because you're asking about cooked foods and prohibited foods (animal flesh) which the kit clearly states should be avoided for 3-weeks. Always THINK positive in life about everything. Your thoughts create your reality!
